We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasant surprise to encounter such friendly helpful staff. Our room was immaculate and was a welcome sight after a long day’s drive. Everything was clean, organized, and easily accessible for us. Truly loved the little check in text from the front desk to make sure we were happy with the room. Highly recommend, this was the best hotel stay of our cross Canada trip.

The hotel location was very good. It was close to so many restaurants just by walking. The breakfast was decent. Room was very clean and staff were very kind and friendly. I totally recommend this hotel for family trip or business.

Overall can’t really complain. Semi-last min booking so prices were a little higher than I’d care to pay for an in between wedding and place to crash after. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, asked for an early check in and they accommodated for us which was great, saved us from having to change for a wedding at a gas station. Room was decent; clean, spacious and comfortable. Aside from the poorly designed bathroom you couldn’t move in and out of and the door latch that didn’t work it wasn’t ideal having my kids burst through the door I couldn’t lock and smoke my knees when I was on the toilet. The pool was closed for maintenance which wasn’t a big deal but kind of annoying since you hav no choice but to pass by it to get to the elevators and my young kids whined I wouldn’t let them go. Could have likely been reflected in the price. There was also construction next door, which wasn’t occurring during our stay, but the trucks and equipment took up half the already way too small parking lot. Very minor complaints in the big picture but when you pay close to $300 for a night you sort of come to expect a little more than just a complimentary breakfast that had almost nothing left by the time we got there.
