Apartment was very clean and comfortable. No free parking in t h e city so we paid for onsite parking which was very convenient. Highly recommend aad all staff that we met were very helpful .

Stunning upper floor apartment with glass enclosed balcony with amazing views I’d Adelaide. It feels like you’re suspended in the air! Modern building with secure access, great pool (which also has a surprise at the end of it) and even the spa has a view! Local IGA literally next door and walk to CBD and restaurants, or take an e-scooter which are located nearly everywhere.

For the price, was not impressed. Obviously hiked for Gather Round. Tears in carpet, carpet spikes coming through where carpet met tiles cutting our feet. No housekeeping even though there 5 nights, could get it for extra cost. No towels at pool, had to use room towels. Not enough supplies of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder for 5 nights. The one positive, very accommodating for an 11am check out.

One lift didn't work (due to a critical part failure)and there were notices saying that the stairwell could be used in the interim (this was during the 3 days of our stay) but this only happened half the time. We were stuck in the fire stairs at least 3 occasions during our stay so had to back track around the property alot. It's important to hold your nerve when using the stairwell just in case you do become stuck. My tip is to be resourceful and try the next available door. Pool and recreation facilities were excellent and the best Brazillian restaurant around the corner. Also a red stain in the hallway of our apartment so bring slippers just in case.

Overall great place to stay, has everything you need, sweet balcony. Pool, spa area with a view! Only downside is hot water pressure in the shower is weak, that would be the only downside, however definitely will come back!

Fair kitchen allowed us to cook for ourselves but small fridge. Good location and easy to get to. Walk to most things and buses around. One lift not working, so just 1 lift for 17 floors was slow on occasion.

I booked a sky view but unfortunately was looking only at the side of a building, the other side when I looked around it was a abandoned building and vacant lot, not very scenic. The room smelt damp, there was signs of water damage on the roofs of 2 of the rooms the toilet was very smelly. Beds weren't very soft. Was only given 2 towels and had to ask for more by heading down one building across an alley to another to request the towels. Parking costs and the basement layout was quite confusing. No guest book or any information about the hotel. Had to call to ask when the pool was open and where the pool was. Wasn't really a 4 star experience and wasn't very good value.

Pool, spa and sauna great, balconies can be weather proofed and quality furnishings. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure. Ideally a decent sized fridge would be an improvement in some rooms, and nice if the pool closed a little later than 8pm on Friday through Sunday. Otherwise a great place to stay.

The only negative about the property was the smells on both lift and shared corridors. They were either smelling food or cigarettes during our stay. The apartment we got was great! It was hyper clean, super comfortable, had a great size and the iStay Precinct Location was just ace. Staff at the front desk were always quick to answer questions and offer help and both check-in and check-out were very quick and easy.

Great location, 7 minutes walk to Central Market and 20 minutes to Rundle Mall. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and well sized. Fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels were clean but carpets and sofa/cushions were dubious. These are in urgent need of a refurb! One air conditioning for whole apartment located in sitting room meant that bedroom was not properly cooled in the week we were there - 38C days and 26C night. Loud throbbing ‘music’ until 3am every night over weekend meant that sleep was elusive and it reverberated all the way up to the 13th floor! Overall, great location, comfortable apartment.

Was a pleasent stay at night. The room itself could have been cleaner. There was food stains up the cupboards and on the sides of the table. All four dining shakes had crumbs and food on them. It obviously only gets a quick clean after guest stays, but looks like it hasn’t had a thorough clean for a long time.

The overall stay was good and so was the overall cleanliness. But the carpets really need to be re-done because of the staining and a fresh paint coat would not hurt. The shower door did not close properly. No mirror in the room except the one in the bathroom. TV needs an upgrade with a remote that has visible letters/numbers. Not sure why they charge 28 dollars parking fee per day, which I thought was very hefty. Staff was friendly and helpful 😊

There was a cigarette smell in the room and in the lobby area of the building, carpet was not clean, water leaked out of the side of the toilet when flushed, cutlery was dirty, washing machine had mould in it making it unusable.

Location (for us) was good but the building itself was disappointing … air conditioning was inadequate and the wifi/internet service particularly bad. Front desk staff tried to be helpful but there wasn’t much they could do.

The property apartment was clean and nice big windows to let air into the apartment as it did get quite hot. Once you step outside your door you are hit with the smell of smoke which we didn’t like. I don’t recommend staying over the weekend as there is a bar at the end of the alley that is open til 2or 3am with loud music even with the windows shut. Loved the pools location restaurants nearby and would recommend for a midweek stay.

Had lovely views, air con did not work in bedroom, beds were extremely uncomfortable and the shower had no pressure and was barely warm. If I am spending my money on a place to stay I expect the basics to be in working order and the bed to not be as hard as a rock, woke up every morning in pain. 1.5 stars sorry, wouldn’t stay there again.

My second visit to iStay Precinct. Parking underground with a short walk to the lift that takes me straight up to my room is very convenient. There are roadworks out the front of the building and other nearby building works, which makes checking in a bit problematic. My main gripe was that Internet to the Altitude building (where I was) was unusable throughout my stay.

Staff were excellent, location was great. Only negative comment, vertical blinds wrre missing two slats, therefore, when closed, there wasn't total privacy.

Pros: location close to supermarket and market Cons: - communication: cleaning was requested for a different day and was not done for close to a week and a half. Would have been longer if we had not complained - rooms very dated - blinds and windows damaged

A bit out of the busy CBD district yet easy walkable. With dish washer, laundry facilities and great comfy bed. Nice city view, but what makes this facility really pleasant is the super understanding and helpful staff. After a journey around the globe these folks can make the difference if you're exhausted. Thanks guys!

The staff were excellent, so cheerful, efficient abd helpful. We would highly reccomend people staying here as it is very conveniently situated and easy to access various attractions.

In general the hotel and facilities are good but the lady at the check in was a bit unwelcome and rude. The staff person that was cleaning the pool and sauna were rude as well. Like we are paying for the facilities, we felt like they didn't want us there.

Nice apartment. Great bed and shower. Woman on Reception when checking in was rude and abrasive which was disappointing. Would stay again.

The staff at check in were wonderful, they accommodated my request for a quiet room without hesitation, the property also was a pleasant surprise, with ample space for a 1 bedroom apartment, pool, sauna and steam room…excellent!

The property apartment was clean and nice big windows to let air into the apartment as it did get quite hot. Once you step outside your door you are hit with the smell of smoke which we didn’t like. I don’t recommend staying over the weekend as there is a bar at the end of the alley that is open til 2or 3am with loud music even with the windows shut. Loved the pools location restaurants nearby and would recommend for a midweek stay.

Stunning upper floor apartment with glass enclosed balcony with amazing views I’d Adelaide. It feels like you’re suspended in the air! Modern building with secure access, great pool (which also has a surprise at the end of it) and even the spa has a view! Local IGA literally next door and walk to CBD and restaurants, or take an e-scooter which are located nearly everywhere.

Apartment was spacious and offered everything we needed. Close to supermarket (open until 10pm). Park close too, for children to play. A little noisy (other residents leaving for work). A couple of blocks from King William St and tram stop. Excellent public transport in Adelaide

Great location, short walk to Rundle Mall & Adelaide oval, extremely helpful staff, good secure parking, stayed on level 1 road side & was surprisingly quiet.

Great location - close to Adelaide Central Markets and a pleasant walk to Rundle Mall and restaurants. Our unit was on the top floor and view was spectacular. Everything in the unit was neat, tidy and clean. Was a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. It was noisy at night and early morning - bar/ club near ground floor, intoxicated people shouting in adjacent walkways, neighbouring building sites. In the common areas and lifts there was a strong constant smell of cigarette smoke - which personally disliked the most.

We had a great view from the 17th floor, and the staff members were very helpful when we asked for additional laundry powder/tea bags when we ran out. We did have a bit of a mosquito problem when we entered for the first time - we swatted about a dozen mosquitos that first night. A window in the bathroom was open, but after we closed it when we entered, we didn't have any more issues for the rest of our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with just a minor inconvenience in the beginning. I would definitely stay here again.

1/5 Stars - A Complete Nightmare – Incredibly Noisy and Unreliable I will never come back and definitely do not recommend anyone staying here. If you want any sleep, avoid this place entirely. It is surrounded by clubs and bars, and because the windows do not close properly, the street noise is unbearable. Even all the way up on the 18th floor, the noise levels are incredibly high, peaking at 75–85 dB all night until 3:00 AM. To top it all off, a fire drill/alarm went off in the middle of the night on Friday, completely ruining any chance of rest. The amenities are equally terrible: Useless TV: The TV does not work at all. There is no Netflix, no Disney Channel, and you cannot cast or connect your phone to it in any way. It is a completely useless piece of hardware. Unreliable Wi-Fi: The internet connection is non-existent or completely unstable. Save your money and peace of mind—stay somewhere else in Adelaide
