The hotel is great and check-in was easy and effortless. I just wanted to make some suggestions: review the breakfast selection and quality and compare with other hotels to ensure its great quality and varied. Pay attention to the small details, at the rate you offer you can include a turn down service, make sure the mattress converters are new as the one in my room was old and worn (i could feel the middle of the bed). Also improve the professionality of your service. Small tweaks can turn your hotel from ok/fine to great! It will also ensure a return guest instead of being a once-off. The staff is very helpful, but perhaps train them to be forward thinking and focussed on great service.
