By far the best apartment we have ever booked with Hotels.com Very spacious, nice furniture, quiet and very well equipped kitchen. Nice personel at the desk, easy virtual check-in without any hassle. Lovely rooftop pool. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. Rating should be 11/10

Parking was a problem. Had to park far away and pay $50. Would recommend telling people about that surprise. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Parking did not ruin my experience

Beautiful Condo, clean and spacious, very comfortable bed and bedding. Excellent location, 15-30 minutes walk to Magnificent Mile and river walk with many restaurants and Parks. What’s plus are the outdoor pool/ sitting area and fancy lounge on 16th floor with terrific views. The only minor issue I have is that the shower water flow is very thin. The shower head may need to be replaced

This is in an apartment building with long term renters so the amenities (exercise facilities, skylounge, first floor coffee shop) are especially good. The room was spacious and well appointed with an absolutely incredible view; shower was excellent. I feel we got a far better place for the price than an equivalent hotel room.

The rooftop pool, lounge area and gym were great. Location was really close to everything. Response time for communication was very quick and efficient. Would def stay at this Kasa again.

Fantastic place to stay. The building is super modern with great facilities-excellent gym, small rooftop pool and loads of rooftop seating. The apartment was spacious with everything (and more!) that you need. River North is a fabulous location with lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep and an easy walk to all the Chicago hot stops. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful modern hotel with rooftop pool, 2 fitness centers (rowing machine and punching bag!), free flavored water + seltzer dispenser, and outdoor grill/kitchen area on the roof. Short walk to the metro, CVS, Whole Foods, restaurants, and downtown. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend, and would stay again!

This was a very clean and beautiful place to live. The ease of access and keyless entry made it easy to entry exit. There was a security guard at the entrance, safety was great. Location was close to dinning places and walkable to major places in chicago city.

Cons: several patches of mold on the bathroom ceiling- was a concern due to child with health issues. Difficulty getting human response other than "thanks for letting us know- we will address". Felt impersonal and dismissive. Pros: Incredibly welcoming and kind on-property staff. Other than previously noted issue, everything was very clean and "new" feeling. Bed was comfortable and hotel stay was very quiet- no hallway or neighbor noise. Tech access/set very well explained/illustrated, if you read your directions :)

This room was very dirty, stains on pictures (which was very odd) walls had a bunch of scuffs and scratches, curtains had a weird stain and we had no hot water our first night. The only issue that was ever fixed was our water and was never offered a new room when the cleanliness couldn’t be fixed- will not be returning to another one of these.

This was an amazing stay. It’s not a hotel, really. But, it was a 1-bedroom apartment including a room with a king bed, living area with a fold out, laundry with detergent, full kitchen with all amenities that included coffee, tea and sugar. The windows are floor to ceiling overlooking the MBI college campus and city views. The front desk staff are sometimes helpful and friendly, and sometimes not, depending who was working. It’s walkable to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall, this exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay again.

Very nice 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable king-size bed. A 2-minute walk from the subway station and a lot of tourist places are a walkable distance too. Communication was great and very easy via text message. We loved our stay :-)

The room was exactly as the photo showed; but even better! Clean, modern, and comfy! The only down side was it was a little complicated getting the codes to work. Just "tapping" the code box isn\'t correct. Apparently you have to tap it in the correct area, like by the check mark. But I\'ll go there again...!

I really liked this small apartment for my business trip! Super clean and great views! The check-in is virtual, however the property has a security guard 24/7 who was very helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the building and location. It was super high tech getting into all the areas of the building and often the fobs wouldn’t work. There were so many ppl texting back and forth with me that it got annoying as we got nowhere for a day and a half. The bed was soooo firm and the fan wouldn’t go on high at night. It was hard to cool the small place and there was no TV to watch from the only place to relax, which was the bed. The tv was behind a wall in front of a tiny hard love seat. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and we got a text that there was too much noise in our room while away (from a sound detecting device) which was our dog that barked a bit. There was a washing machine, pool, workout area, and dog relief area, which was awesome! We loved having a kitchenette! All in all a great stay

We loved the building and location. It was super high tech getting into all the areas of the building and often the fobs wouldn’t work. There were so many ppl texting back and forth with me that it got annoying as we got nowhere for a day and a half. The bed was soooo firm and the fan wouldn’t go on high at night. It was hard to cool the small place and there was no TV to watch from the only place to relax, which was the bed. The tv was behind a wall in front of a tiny hard love seat. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way and we got a text that there was too much noise in our room while away (from a sound detecting device) which was our dog that barked a bit. There was a washing machine, pool, workout area, and dog relief area, which was awesome! We loved having a kitchenette! All in all a great stay

Location is amazing! It's literally a 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station with an accessible elevator. I felt safe the entire time I was in Chicago.

This was a very clean and beautiful place to live. The ease of access and keyless entry made it easy to entry exit. There was a security guard at the entrance, safety was great. Location was close to dinning places and walkable to major places in chicago city.

The building was clean and attractive. Security on site. Breakfast options close by. All the best sites walking distance. Units was amazing. Kasa very engaged and accessible. River Walk, boat excursions etc. Tours etc. Right there. Rooftop pool and all amenities on site wow!

This is in an apartment building with long term renters so the amenities (exercise facilities, skylounge, first floor coffee shop) are especially good. The room was spacious and well appointed with an absolutely incredible view; shower was excellent. I feel we got a far better place for the price than an equivalent hotel room.

This was so much better than a hotel room. It was very clean, had a full kitchen, a roomy bathroom and a separate bedroom. The location was near public transportation and within walking distance to several restaurants. Even though this was a solo trip, I wouldn’t hesitate using Kasa for a couple’s or family trip. Highly recommend Kasa and will be using them again!

I really loved my stay at Kasa, the room was lovely and very much looked the the pictures online. The room was clean and a great size. Only complaint is that it smelt heavily of bleach when I came in but atleast I know my room was cleaned. The property is contained within apartments and has a receptionist at all hours. There is a Amazon locker. Nice lounge area with a small cafe. There is a gym, outdoor swimming pool and outdoor lounge area. The accommodation is located a few minutes away from trains and local buses. There are shops and restaurants minutes walk away. I felt very safe in this area. I even went out at 3/4 am and I had no issues. What I really liked about this location is that, it wasn’t extremely busy like the city centre but still much going on. I did see in a previous review somebody complaining about the entry to the rooms and I must say at first it’s a bit picky to deal with but as soon as you know how it works it’s fine. I didn’t like that I wasn’t able to tell if the door was locked while I was inside but other than that no issues. Kasa provides a ton of information about the property and amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here. I hope to stay here again if I visit Chicago again. Thank you Kasa

Great option instead of hotel. We liked the pool area. There is a coffee shop right next door. Grocery store just a couple blocks away. Neighborhood felt safe and very walkable. Parking was inexpensive nearby. It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed.

We had a great stay here. The property is very clean and safe. It is a luxury apartment and there are amenities that hold up to that standard, such as the rooftop pool, sky lounge, views, security, and apartment finishes. The only downside we found were that there is not in fact a coffee maker, there is a tea kettle with steeped coffee. We had brought our own coffee and had no way of making it. Had we known this, we would have brought a coffee maker. Other than this minor detail, it is a great apartment in a fantastic location - walkable to so many sights. Highly recommend staying here!
