Rooms nice & modern. Crisps & biscuits in room were a nice touch. My only faults were with the staff service…. Auto Check-in was a joke, un-personal. Stood for 15mins at 5pm, until somebody arrived to check me in manually. Car parking machine similar, but at least it bloody worked.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 2 nights (worth the upgrade). King size bed - super comfy. Big smart TV Walk-in shower, rainfall or handheld or both at the same time at the touch of a button. Sensored mirror with built in light. View overlooking Bradford. Convenient location, just off the motorway. Very clean. Full length mirror, fan, iron, complementary toiletries, piper crisps, shortbread, tea, coffee, coffee machine with pods. Honestly, couldn't ask for more. Check in 2:00 PM Check out 11:00 AM Breakfast £12.00 per person. Lounge & Bar with pool table - last orders for food are at 20.30. Room service has a £5 tray charge. Gym is open from 5:30am – 10:00pm. The hotel itself is cashless. Parking is £4 a day - self register on a machine in reception. You can self check out on a machine in reception too. Would happily stay here anytime. ☆☆☆☆☆ highly recommend

My second time in 3 weeks staying at cedar court and I will be back again. Lovely new modern furnished rooms, bathrooms squeaky clean. It’s nice to get a bath and actually feel clean afterwards. The lobby in the building is also really nice and the breakfast I tried one day was nice but I think I left it a little late as it was about to shut so the food wasn’t as good as it could of been.

Helpful at check in. First room smelt of stale smoke. Reception team helped to relate to another suitable room. Room clean and recently decorated however no drawers or safe and limited refreshments. Door closers were very noisy and the walls are very thin. Hot water on the Sunday morning in the shower was poor. Staff were great and breakfast was good albeit a limited choice. Issues with Expedia on the room rate which are yet to be resolved.

Check in was poor, had to do it myself. The ensuite was for a disabled person and while thats ok the door into the toilet was stiff and difficult to use. The toilet seat was loose and the soap for the shower was far to high for any disabled person. The seat in the shower was mouldy. The area near the stairs/lift smelled unpleasant. Worst night sleep, the thermostat in the room kept makung a loud buzzing noise. Noise was an issue all night walls are paper thin and the room door didnt close unless slammed and all rooms had the same problems. Room was dirty cob webs every where. The side lights didn't work.

Reception and staff all good. Easy check in and out and really helpful. Bar area fine, work still going on in the hotel with a bit sectioned off. Breakfast buffet good and plenty of choice. Unfortunately for me the rooms were not great. Hallway/lift area smelled awful, like they were damp or there was a sewage issue. Carpets looked the same when i stayed years ago pre covid as did the communal bathroom area from reception. The room itself was spacious/tidy overlooking courtyard. Well stocked tea/coffee facilities which was a god send. Iron/iron board in the room, few coat hangers and a hairdryer. Bathroom ok but appeared like it was the same as it did years ago, not new like photos on the website. There are holes in tiles where toilet roll holder has been moved for example. The walls in the room were a bit battered/worn. The suitcase area near wardrobe had a white cover over the top to make it look tidy but made it just look worse! Wow was it noisy!! Had literally no sleep, there seemed to be a constant stream of room or hallway fire exit doors banging all afternoon when I was in the room and all night! In addition, I could literally hear the bloke next door to my room snoring! A little sound proofing wouldn't go amiss. Its not the hotels fault people cant close a door quietly when its late etc out of courtesy but maybe remind them or stick something on the door. The hall fire doors need sorting they close slowly and noisy! Staff were helpful and really polite.

Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Got given a ground floor room - totally not recommended as had someone outside the window in the early morning doing some scraping of sort and then 30 mins later there was some banging (with a hammer) in the room next door. You’d think maintenance would be done late morning at the earliest and not around 9am. Check-in is mostly self service but they do have someone there to help. Same with check-out. Room was comfy and spacious - no fridge to keep any drinks cool. Overall, a decent stay but try get a room that’s not ground floor.

A very nice hotel, spacious. Room 100 was very noise with the gym below at 10am and 8am, it ruined the rest. Avoid the rooms above the gym, unless you are up early.

It’s classed as a four star but the quality of room was like am staying in a 2 star hotel, the toilet was not flashing. Plus it’s showing free WiFi which was non existent asked the staff am in the 1 floor and the internet not working he was not bothered helping and said use your own data. Also the teaspoon were dirty and not cleaned so shows the quality off hotel so don’t get fooled in believing this is a four star more like a 2 star

It’s an extremely noisy hotel. Doors banging through the night, no quiet shutting options. You can hear through the walls in there bathrooms as well and in the corridors there was a very bad smell the morning we left. The bar service was terrible. Was not the young ladies fault as she was on her own. People behind me walked away from the bar. Breakfast was good and the service was good.

Front desk employee was nice, but every time we asked for a service we were given some backlash that we “already asked for something too recently”. They put us on a floor that had construction going on midday with a weird stench. Looked like it was trying to be a top tier hotel but was a miss in many aspects. Not too bad of an experience. Did find hair on the bedsheets, and toilet wouldn’t flush in one of the rooms.

Poor service overall. The first night there was an hour's wait for food in the restaurant as there was only 1 chef. The rooms weren't cleaned from day to say, meaning I ran out of the essentials like toilet roll, tea and milk. When I got into the room, it hadn't been cleaned properly as the table was dirty.

From the start of our stay until the end the staff were incredible. The customer service was next to none that I've experienced. I would like to mention specifically, Josh, Sez, leanne and Zeya. We spent a few days at the hotel after our wedding and they made the experience extremely enjoyable. The professional approach and service was unbelievable and made for an unforgettable time.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was extremely busy with functions, including a wedding and boxing event. There was a long queue to check in. The room was okay, but no cofee and tea was left in the room. It was also a little noisy as some drunk guests got back in the night.

Mine and my partners stay at cedar court was great. We can't thank enough Naz and zee helping us out throughout our stay. Both have a friendly, approachable and professional attitude towards customers, not just ourselves but with every person I seen them interact with during our stay. Both team members are a credit to Cedar Court Hotels.

Next in the queue for the check-in. When my turn, receptionist started the process, however, another customer just turned up and she started helping him. Felt putting aside... Very rude... No apologies... The right and basic thing to do was just to say to the other customer "bear with me I'll be with you in a second, just checking in this gentleman first". Terrible!!

Rooms nice & modern. Crisps & biscuits in room were a nice touch. My only faults were with the staff service…. Auto Check-in was a joke, un-personal. Stood for 15mins at 5pm, until somebody arrived to check me in manually. Car parking machine similar, but at least it bloody worked.

Hotel was great but downside was a few things. First of all paying for parking in the hotels own car park. Secondly electronic check in not good. You expect that at low budget hotels not this one. Thirdly no information in rooms about breakfast times or even how to speak with receptionist. Finally at breakfast only one member of staff on duty who did not seem interested in clients.

“Perfect for Families – Interconnected Rooms & Super Easy Access!" We stayed here as a family of five and couldn’t have asked for a better setup. The interconnected rooms were ideal, plenty of space, privacy for the adults, and peace of mind with the kids close by. The location was spot on, just a few minutes off the motorway, which made it so easy after a long day of driving. Best of all, the hotel has free parking on-site,no stress, no extra charges. Highly recommend for families on the move!

Travelled solo on business for 2 nights, selected the hotel due to location as it was very close to my meetings. Upon arrival found of parking spaces, the hotel reception, bar and dining area all very modern and impressive. Check in done very quickly. Room really spacious (227), clean and modern. Bathroom a little tired. Bed on the surface looked massive, but as with most king size beds it was clearly 2 singles secured together which created a dip in the middle so only one side was used. Used the gym on the 1st night, which had all the necessary equipment. Had one evening meal served to my room, was surprised at how costly it was for the north of England, and although tasty the steak was quite tough, vegetables really nice. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment. In general a very pleasant stay.

Similar level to Premier Inn. Nice big room. Was there for four nights and fire alarm went off in early hours on two of those. Standard food offerings, very little for vegetarians.

Poor service overall. The first night there was an hour's wait for food in the restaurant as there was only 1 chef. The rooms weren't cleaned from day to say, meaning I ran out of the essentials like toilet roll, tea and milk. When I got into the room, it hadn't been cleaned properly as the table was dirty.

We were staying for one night before heading on holiday. Welcome was good, checkin easy. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Maybe a little tired. Bathroom i felt could do with an upgrade. The design of it i found a bit odd with the placement of soap dispensers and towel rails were awkwardly placed but still fine. Shower was decent. No plug for my baughter to use the bath as a bath. Breakfast innthe morning - there was plenty of choice but when we went down at 9am, the hot food had gone a bit stale and cold. Still edible but not very fresh which was a little disappointing for me. It wouldnt put me off using again though, and was a good stop over for us, practical and easy to find.

Bed very comfy and large, room clean, restaurant is good food and service. I just can’t bear the check-in, the self-sign in feels impersonal, the key card machine never works for me and then you have to go to another machine to pay for parking.

On arrival at the property, I was greeted with a lovely lady who kindly checked me in. I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend.

Bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The shaving mirror was not stable, the dispenser in the shower wasn’t working and when I tried to fix, the metal plate underneath fell in the bath and luckily didn’t injure my foot! Additionally, the toilet flush didn’t work first time and took several goes (room 117) which was annoying to say the least. Lastly, the ergonomics of the bathroom was a bite weird because the hand towel rail was in the opposite corner of the wash basin. We got a good deal for 4 nights and 2 adjacent rooms, but I and you know why.

Overall, this was a reasonably good hotel with a few areas that could be improved. We stayed for seven nights and booked three rooms while attending our son's wedding in Bradford. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the wedding venue.
