This was such a cosy and clean place to stay on Arran. The host was very welcoming, and served a delicious and plentiful breakfast. The location is a short and convenient walk from the small town of Brodick.

Mitch is a fantastic host. The property is a little tired, but it's exactly what you'd expect from a guest house. The room was a nice size and very comfortable. There was a nice selection at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

A true BNB. Nice little property, very close to the ferry dock and easy walk to Brodick for whatever you need. Owner Mitch was very accommodating, definitely has stories to tell. Breakfast was classic, and they kindly made some early for us due to an early departure. It's not super high-end luxury, but it's real, affordable, and the kind of place that adds something to your trip.
