The property has to be renovated. You can tell by the looks and smell. There’s a musty smell coming out of the bathroom. It was also raining a lot when we were there, they need to fix their drainage too. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I ended up using my own data. On the good side, the hotel is at the beach front and very close to restaurants and D’ Mall. Staffs were accommodating and nice. Breakfast was decent too.

Vårt opphold på Le Soleil var litt skuffende. Vi hadde rom med havutsikt, den var veldig bra. Det var slik at rommet lå over matsalen. Her var det høy musikk til kl ett / to på natta, hver kveld, Ikke mulig å sove. Ellers begynner hotellet å bli litt slitt.
Vårt opphold på Le Soleil var litt skuffende. Vi hadde rom med havutsikt, den var veldig bra. Det var slik at rommet lå over matsalen. Her var det høy musikk til kl ett / to på natta, hver kveld, Ikke mulig å sove. Ellers begynner hotellet å bli litt slitt.

This was my third visit within 7 years at Le Soleil Boracay. The first 2 times was perfect, this time, the rooms (we booked 3 rooms) were musty and the restrooms smelled of urine, even after housekeeping- maybe it’s time for a renovation. Overall, staff was pleasant and you can’t beat the complimentary daily breakfast.
This was my third visit within 7 years at Le Soleil Boracay. This is not a 4 star hotel, poorly maintained, rooms very outdated, nothing like the photos, pool, chairs and surrounds in need of upgrade, staff unfriendly, breakfast average only catering to Asian travelers. The only redeeming thing is the location where you walk out directly onto the sand of the magnificent White Beach.

We had a nice stay at Le soleil in Boracay. This was our third stay (last stay was in 2012), and the first time with kids. We all enjoyed the hotel because of our room with a loft, the breakfast, the garden, the svimmingpool and that the hotel is beach front and close to everything. But the booking office should update the information they are sending guests after reservation and also at Expedia. It is confusing.

Our first visit was in 2017 and we were satisfied with the service/hotel. We decided to come back and give it another try this past December 2023. This time around we were much happier with the hotel/service, seemed like they did some updates to the facility; cleaner and more amenities. The only issue I had was right outside the hotel were people coming up to you left and right trying to sell everything. This is not the hotels fault at all; we chose to stay in that area so that’s what you have to deal with, other than that, the hotel was affordable, clean, and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast, that was delicious every morning. This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. Bathrooms were ok but I’ve seen better cleanliness. The beach was great but the vendors constantly selling to you was a bit annoying.

Le Solie er nettopp åpnet etter Corona stenging. Hotellet informerer om at renhold ikke utføres pga smitte. Vann hentes i lobby sammen med andre fasiliteter man trenger. Frokost bestilles dagen før, serveres ved bordet på morgenen Fungerer greit, veldig hyggelig betjening. Vi koste oss stort.

The room is very nice and clean. The area is walkable to all shopping area like D’Mall. All employees I have met is very friendly and accommodating. I made a great decision to request for a pick up from the Airport to the Hotel and back to the Airport. The service is really great. If coming back to this place, I would chose them again.

Accessibility of hotel from shuttle drop off point is dismal; unfortunately Hotels.com did not indicate availability of shuttle service. We used this service going back to the airport and it was much more convenient specially if one has more than one luggage. Staff are courteous and helpful and hotel is beach front property next to all conveniences. Placement of towels is unsafe and not short people friendly and you have to step on the toilet to reach them. This could be unsafe for heavy set individuals; soap, shampoo holder looked like it fell off and never replaced; mattresses felt old as you can feel the metal springs when you lie down; replacing the mattresses or adding a padding would help.

The hotel location is perfect and very convenient to go around at Station 2. The service personnels were very helpful and accommodating to our request. Only improvement is to increase the horsepower of the A/C in the premier room. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

We had a nice stay at Le soleil in Boracay. This was our third stay (last stay was in 2012), and the first time with kids. We all enjoyed the hotel because of our room with a loft, the breakfast, the garden, the svimmingpool and that the hotel is beach front and close to everything. But the booking office should update the information they are sending guests after reservation and also at Expedia. It is confusing.

There was no shower door on the room I was given. The water all over the bathroom floor and there was some safety issue that it was slippery with a wet bathroom floor. The soap and shampoo receptacle was missing at the shower stall other than that, it was excellent. The staff was extremely nice even the security guard was very helpful.The entertainment during dinner needs a little more livelier. The breakfast servers needs to be more keen on refilling the dish containers if it is almost empty. For the the price what guest pays for the breakfast buffet, they need to up the ante on the food. The ice tea was too sweet. The convenience of being by the beachfront was so great. The place could easily solve the minor problems.

The Hotel itself is in a great location, beach front and close to everything. But what I liked the most during our stay are the polite, friendly and courteous staff. Special mention to Zeph who helped us organized a pick up service from airport @Caticlan to resort and vv.

This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. Bathrooms were ok but I’ve seen better cleanliness. The beach was great but the vendors constantly selling to you was a bit annoying.

This time around we were much happier with the hotel/service, seemed like they did some updates to the facility; cleaner and more amenities. The only issue I had was right outside the hotel were people coming up to you left and right trying to sell everything. This is not the hotels fault at all; we chose to stay in that area so that’s what you have to deal with, other than that, the hotel was affordable, clean, and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast, that was delicious every morning. This was my third visit within 7 years at Le Soleil Boracay. The first 2 times was perfect, this time, the rooms (we booked 3 rooms) were musty and the restrooms smelled of urine, even after housekeeping- maybe it’s time for a renovation. Overall, staff was pleasant and you can’t beat the complimentary daily breakfast.

The location is perfect, beachfront, in the middle of all the action in Boracay. the staff are friendly and helpful with our concerns. however, the unit that was assigned to us was outdated, old and a little disgusting esp the washroom😔 We don't want to spoil our vacation as it was our first time in Boracay, so we just stay outside most of time and come back to our unit after dinner. The resort needs a lot of updating to compete with the new hotels/ resorts. The units near the swimming were all empty and looks abandoned when we pass by. to add to our disappointment, the pool was under maintenance the whole time of our stay. Breakfast was good enough with no repeats, new main menu everyday. overall, I wish the resort will be updated and renovated then I might probably go back.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Free chairs on the beach for the amazing sunsets was an huge plus. Excellent and attentive staff. Breakfast (included) was good. You have a 10 minute walk up the sand frontage to get to the hotel, so definitely arrange for transportation. Most of the beach front properties are that way. The hotel itself reminded me of many that I’ve stayed at over the years that are out in the country. Probably fantastic in its heyday but definitely outdated. Good value for your money, just temper expectations.

The pool was full of cracked tiles. A lot of them were missing. I didn't try the pool since I don't want to cut my feets. It looked as approx 60-70 percent of the rooms were closed. My room was in dire need of some restaurations, primarily the bathroom. The breakfast buffé was aiming to please asian tourists mainly and the staff was slow to fill up when something was out.
