All ok and very good Except the small elevator! Perfect situation of the htl

Great location, fancy & safe area! walkable to Le Bon Marche mall, luxury brand stores, Louvre, Garden of Luxemburg, Cafe de Flore, etc! They do have an elevator, but mind you, it is very small! It says it can fit 3 people but it is tight space. Bed is cozy (we just feel extra pillows would help more), Staff is nice & friendly.

Lift barely fits two people. Escorted by staff to locate their restaurant. They passed us through other building to find it. Rooms too small. Rooms done BUT sheets not changed. Staff exceptionally helpful and courteous. Location great.

This facility was clean. It was somewhat small. The bathroom was adequate. There is an "elevator" but it was the smallest that I have ever seen. They do have stairs that reach every level, but if you are wheelchair bound, it WILL NOT FIT YOU? If you are somewhat claustrophobic it will push you to your limit. If you are fully claustrophobic, you will absolutely refuse to let the doors close on you. Other than that, it was fine and a good value.

This is a quaint, small hotel close to St Sulpice church, shops, restaurants and pubs. The room was on the small side but comfortable, and the air conditioning cooled the room adequately. The elevator is extremely small, and only one person can go in it with their luggage. Otherwise, this property is very acceptable for its great location.

Perfectly located. Nice room. Beware, teeny tiny elevator. Not good if you are claustrophobic.

Great option for location and room size. The only pointer would be the really small elevator, so just take the stairs

O hotel fica em uma localização maravilhosa , perto de muitos cafés , restaurantes, supermercado, metrô e pontos turísticos. A limpeza deixou a desejar. Quando chegamos tinha um presunto aberto antigo dentro do minibar. Nós éramos três pessoas e a terceira cama era horrível . Uma poltrona que vira cama . Super desconfortável.

Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for two people. Staff were kind and helpful.

Beaucoup de poussière, nous n’avons pas osé mettre notre linge dans les armoires. Les bas de murs sont ouverts et brisés dans les coins. Petit ascenceur, impossible de monter avec une valise. Le personnel ne nous offre pas de monter nos baggages. Quartier super pour aller prendre un café et petit-dej.

We absolutely loved the area! Our balcony (which was difficult to access) had a wonderful view of Saint Sulpice Cathedral. We felt safe the entire time. The staff were alright, not necessarily friendly, but not mean. Definitely did not seem to be super fluent in English, which is fine because I was the foreigner! We did have an ant problem that we chose not to address because I knew it would be difficult. The elevator is TINY. Like, struggle to fit one person tiny. We did not have the breakfast, so I cannot speak to that.

Spent $300 per night for a room with outdated furniture and in need of thorough cleaning and/or painting.

Hotel Atlantis is a superb place for being central to everything in Paris. The staff were excellent and the rooms are very clean. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The shower was the filthiest one that I have ever been in my life. Even the pictures that I took are disturbing to many people. My wife found a roach on the bathroom. The elevator barely fit one person with one luggage. The hotel is very antique with no toiletries for the guests.The staff is very friendly and helpful, but it's not worth the money spent.

This property has a good size suite, super clean, and smells nice all the time. The location is very convenient to everything couldn’t ask for better to place to stay with during our vacation in Paris. Definitely would go back here and higly recommended even the breakfast👌

The main entrance is hidden and you must ring a bell to enter. After check-in only one person can use the elevator and that is without luggage. Your luggage will be sent up after you. The winding staircase is wood till the first floor then old green carpet takes over. Upon entering the room the drapes were falling down, the furniture is mismatched and all beat up with broken hardware. The floor tile was uneven, lifting and spongy. The room is a nice size as well as the bathroom. The tub/shower is a very high step to get in and out of. There is a blow dryer but it is attached to the back wall and you need to keep the handle depressed to operate it. The paint was peeling all around. The WI-FI is very spotty. Turning off after 15-30 minutes then having to resign back in. But, as for the staff they were very nice and helpful.

Spacious. The only downside is the internet is very slow. If this is fixed, I would give a better rate.

The hotel is just perfect. Lovely staff, great location and pretty little building. That said our room was huge by French standards. We and our family have used many many hotels across Paris over the years and we will be going back to this jewel.

La literie est très mauvaise, l'isolation entre les chambres est très faible, voisins bruyants et peu respectueux et pour finir je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude le premier jour sur une durée de trois nuits. C'est dommage car l'hotel est tres bien placé mais la gestion semble laissé a désirer.

The location was great! Very close to the metro and walking distance to several monuments. On the downside the room was quite small and the space to set items in the bathroom was extremely limited

Sporadic Bus noise through night is the only negative. The staff is terrific.

Rooms were surprisingly large. Nice bathroom. The elevator was tiny tiny. So we used the stairs a lot.

This hotel is in a great location, but you do not get a lot for your money. The Pro's for this hotel are the location, king bed, great water pressure and hot water. There is an elevator, but it's the worlds smallest elevator. It's a tight fit for two adults and no luggage. The Cons far outweigh the pro's. The picture on Hotels .com looked nothing like our room. The furniture is shabby, battered, and mismatched. The furniture looked like it came from a flea market. There was a hole in the baseboard. The ceiling was a flexible vynal fabric, but it looked like a real ceiling. The bed was hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. The carpet in the hallways and stairwell is very worn and has some holes. The front desk staff barely said hello. I don't know how this hotel had such a high rating on hotels.com. We paid about $300 a night for this dump. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

This was a fabulous stay! The location is a 10 for all the main sights, restaurants and metro. We had a room on the 6th floor with a little balcony and bistro set which was an added bonus. The room was very spacious for Paris. Very clean room with comfy bed. The elevator was the smallest I have ever seen, it fits 1 person and suitcase side by side. Would definitely stay here again.

The concierge was kind enough to arrange for us to get a quiet room on the courtyard. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

The receptionist thought I had not paid the tax and threatened me lo call the police as we were leaving to the airport. The water in the room 4 euros small water. Horrible. Building in poor conditions. NO vayan a este hotel, está deprimente, 2 personas en el elevador apretados, si llegan carry on y son varios se la pasan en el elevador. Pensaron que pague las taxes y me amenazó gritándome que llamaría a la policía. La ducha súper peligrosa con una media puerta de cristal que se mueve, prepárense para caerse. Edificio descuidado NO VAYAN ESTE HORRIBLE HOTEL. ESTA EN BUENA ÁREA SOLAMENTE. AMEN!!!!

While the property was practical and the room pleasant. There were some shortcomings. The lift is only large enough for one person (think dumbwaiter but taller) - and god forbid you are on the larger side! The room lacks some very basic helpful instructions - what number to dial to phone reception (or even to get an outside line). How to turn on the air conditioning unit. When we asked the staff about this the attitude given was ‘you should know this’ rather than helpful it felt condescending. That being said we had a magical stay at a reasonable price and will remember Paris fondly

I absolutely adore this hotel in Paris. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet right off the beaten path. The room was comfortable, the bathroom large! And the staff are awesome and at the front desk 24 hours a day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've been using it for more than 3 years because it's very convenient and the location is good. staff told me to find it myself at the taxi stand. It was very unfriendly. This has never happened before. I really think this is the difference from a 5-star hotel.

We had an urgent situation where our son needed to come to our room with us. The hotel clerk insisted that our son couldn't come to our room and said he would call the police. We brought him to our room to make a plan for him. The clerk then came to our room and insisted that our son leave. We asked if we could pay for him to stay for the night as his school dorm was closed and the hotel advertises that they accept extra guests in the room on a rollaway bed for 25 euros. We paid that fee, but were never offered a rollaway bed, sheets, or blankets for our son. He slept on the floor on our blankets. The next morning we took him to his dorm and let the day desk clerk know that our son was not staying at the hotel anymore. When we came back from dinner that night, our son was with us. As we walked into the hotel, the night clerk stood up and repeatedly yelled at us that our son couldn't come to our room. We showed our son's dorm card and explained that he wasn't staying with us anymore. During a 20 minute argument, the manager walked into the hotel. We explained that our son was not a guest and we showed his dorm card. The manager refunded the 25 euro fee we paid after we showed a picture of our son sleeping on the floor. He made excuses for the unprofessional staff, told us that we could call President Macron to complain, but he allowed our son to come to our room. We saw a rollaway bed in a closet 12 feet from our room that would have easily fit in our suite.

This is a great place to stay. Everything is within walking distande. If you want shopping it is there. If you want food it is there. If you want to just sit and have a beverage. It is all right here.

Wonderful location, excellent breakfast and cordial, helpful staff.

The rooms were bigger than we expected. The beds were more comfortable than we expected. There was no remote control for the air conditioning unit on the wall so it got too hot at night. The toilet seat was broken and you couldn’t sit without sliding off. I told the front desk about the toilet seat and they brought us more towels. I don’t understand their breakfast situation. It wasn’t explained, nor was there any brochure to tell us what we needed to do so we did not have breakfast there. They did they were very kind when we asked about the next morning. They said we didn’t order it, but they didn’t tell us how to order it the day before and the front desk people went and gave us a croissant. She was very professional and nice . The level of English language was very low, so it was very difficult to communicate with him even at a basic level In French or English.

Perfekt hotell för en weekendresa till Paris! Bästa läget i Saint-Germain. Enda dåliga att det var oklart om frukosten ingick i priset, det gjorde den inte visade det sig när vi checkade ut…i övrigt perfekt, vi kommer att återkomma!

Avoid rooms on 1st floor which are very noisy and above reception area. They also store all dirty linen there which gets removed in the evening around 11pm once every 2 days. Very noisy. Area is very nice but close to noisy street. Breakfast is simple and competitive at EUR13 but no savoury option.

Stayed here for a week and loved it! The location made it easy to get on the metro and access all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast available was pastries, coffee, and yogurt. The staff were all very nice. Only complaint was that the elevator was extremely small, but we made it work!
