Learn some French it goes a long way. Great location, 15 min walk to Port Royal station to get to and from airport, about 2-3 min walk to the m-6 and m-4 metro, lots of food everywhere very close to the catacombs, and other large attractions. Very safe location. Great staff very helpful and very nice when I accidentally butchered their native language. Very understanding and even taught me a couple words in French! Would highly recommend and will be looking to book there next time I go back. Not so good things: they say AC but it doesnt work. There is an ac looking appliance but we could not get the temp to change at all. So don't rely on that. Shower was incredibly cramped. 6'7 so yea very difficult to shower. If you want to turn on the lights and outlets you need your room card to be inserted into the white box thing next to the door. If it's not in there the lights and outlets won't work. Just fyi. Not an actual issue but we both never seen that before and it took us an hour or so to figure out lol

Alles gut , die Lage super 15 min vom Eiffelturm mit der Bahn. nur sind die Bilder der Lobby sehr sehr alt. Lobby ist sehr schäbig und nicht schön genau wie der Aufzug, aber das Zimmer ist super auch wenn’s klein ist und einen engen Flur hat

Rooms are small but clean. Daily room service with fresh towels. Elevator is small - only 3 people at a time. Breakfast is very basic but filling. Very close to Metro station. Watch out for pick pockets especially on transit. Had group of young teenagers swarm me as I entered the train. Managed to get my wallet but I noticed it immediately and confronted them. Managed to get my wallet back but didn’t notice money gone until after they left train. Fortunately they did get much $. They are very fast and professional. Bottom line if you feel a group of people crowding you watch out.

La chambre n'était pas chauffée à mon arrivée. Impossible de la chauffée la clim était HS. (température extérieure 1°C) La salle de bain n'était pas chauffée à mon arrivée! le chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionne que quand la lumière est allumée (donc pas la nuit). La TV (tv ip) se fige au bout de 30 à 40 minutes, pour la relancer il faut re-booter en la débranchant.

L'hôtel est bien située près de la gare Paris Montparnasse. L'accueil a été très désagréable parce que le commis au comptoir n'arrêtait de me dire que je n'avait pas payé assez cher pour ma nuitée. Il me disait que j'étais le client qui avait payé le moins cher dans sa journée. Il me disait qu'il y avait sans doute eu une erreur. J'ai tout simplement payé ma chambre au prix affiché sur le site Expedia. Je ne suis pas un voleur. La chambre n'était pas du tout somme les photos affichées. Elle était petite et la chambre avait besoin de rénovations. Le plancher était gondolé (il y a sans doute déjà eu un dégat d'eau). Les joints de coulis dans la douche étaient noircis.

When we tried to check in , the front office couldn’t find our booking and we were sent at another hotel that had a similar name cause he thought it was that one , just to get there and be told that it’s not that one , then after a while the booking was found at the first hotel and we were given a room in the back “garden” of the hotel and we were told it’s a “matrimonial room” , which it was obviously not as it was next to the hotel bins, had mould , the bed sheets were ripped , no phone in the room to get in touch with front office , the overall condition of the room was absolutely awful and beforehand we were told “we have no other rooms available “ , but because we were tired from the trip we had no other choice and decided to take it just to get some rest and eventually in the morning to find out that there were plenty of rooms available which was ok, breakfast was very limited with incredibly few options and from time to time pigeons were flying in and serving themselves from the empty table as bread and brioche were left for the next customer to come in . The hotel is in a nice area and it was easy to travel around as the metro station was next to the hotel . Awful experience for our first night in Paris

En premier j'ai déchanté, la chambre bof et la salle de bain vraiment horrible, rikiki, moisissure et pommeau de douche tout noir. Je suis aller râler et on m'a donner une chambre qui correspondait aux photos et une salle de bain refaite à neuf. On m'a également offert le petit dej et vraiment personnel très sympas.

Vous arrivez à l'Hotel Unic Renoir et là on vous dit c'est un peu plus bas. Changement d'adresse et changement de décor. Chambre qui date des années 70, spacieuse mais très défraîchie. Canapé déchiré, salle de bain vétuste et du moisi sur les joints. Toilettes remplies de tartre. Très mauvais souvenir, content d ene pas avoir pris le petit déjeuner.

The hotel was surrounded by cafes. Great choices for dining. The hotel room was clean but the furniture was rather old and worn. The carpet in the common area was very dirty.The staff was pleasant and helpful.We were sent to the second location when we checked in. That site was not acceptable. The room was clean but bathroom was not acceptable as the toilet seat was damaged and very stained. We were moved when we voiced our issues.The staff were helpful and courteous.

The room was clean but bathroom was not acceptable as the toilet seat was damaged and very stained. We were moved when we voiced our issues.The staff were helpful and courteous.

Le très grand avantage est que l'hôtel est en centre ville. En contre-partie, le plan de travail dans la chambre est vraiment restreint et on peut à peine se tourner dans la cabine de douche tellement elle est étroite et je ne suis pas gros (78 Kg pour 1,80 m). Sinon rien à dire sur le service.

La chambre n'était pas chauffée à mon arrivée. Impossible de la chauffée la clim était HS. (température extérieure 1°C) La salle de bain n'était pas chauffée à mon arrivée! le chauffage de la salle de bain ne fonctionne que quand la lumière est allumée (donc pas la nuit). La TV (tv ip) se fige au bout de 30 à 40 minutes, pour la relancer il faut re-booter en la débranchant.

Vous arrivez à l'Hotel Unic Renoir et là on vous dit c'est un peu plus bas. Changement d'adresse et changement de décor. Chambre qui date des années 70, spacieuse mais très défraîchie. We’re lucky to be upgraded to a triple room due to our last minute booking. The hotel is a small Parisienne hotel in the restaurant strip of Montparnasse. It is an old building but our room has had a refurbishment of the bathroom so apart from a small bit of mould on the window frame it was very clean. We opened the window to air the bathroom while showering. The room had a balcony looking over the street which we could use to dry laundry. When we tried to check in , the front office couldn’t find our booking and we were sent at another hotel that had a similar name cause he thought it was that one , just to get there and be told that it’s not that one , then after a while the booking was found at the first hotel and we were given a room in the back “garden” of the hotel and we were told it’s a “matrimonial room” , which it was obviously not as it was next to the hotel bins, had mould , the bed sheets were ripped , no phone in the room to get in touch with front office , the overall condition of the room was absolutely awful and beforehand we were told “we have no other rooms available “ , but because we were tired from the trip we had no other choice and decided to take it just to get some rest and eventually in the morning to find out that there were plenty of rooms available which was ok, breakfast was very limited with incredibly few options and from time to time pigeons were flying in and serving themselves from the empty table as bread and brioche were left for the next customer to come in . The hotel is in a nice area and it was easy to travel around as the metro station was next to the hotel . Awful experience for our first night in Paris

The first night was NOT the room we requested. So we had to change rooms for the rest of the stay. The Hotel was NOT the one I paid for. They made us move to another building down the street. we basically stayed in our room to sleep, shower and get ready for the day. I wasn't happy with the original room they assigned to me so i told the concierge and the next day they showed me 3 possible rooms I can choose from. Robbie is very accommodating to my family. The staff is friendly as well. The location is perfect! walking distance to Edgar-Quintet station and theres many areas to eat, shop and drink. it is close to 5 corners and areas are not so far, easy uber rides and taxi to major attractions.

Learn some French it goes a long way. Great location, 15 min walk to Port Royal station to get to and from airport, about 2-3 min walk to the m-6 and m-4 metro, lots of food everywhere very close to the catacombs, and other large attractions. Very safe location. Great staff very helpful and very nice when I accidentally butchered their native language. Very understanding and even taught me a couple words in French! Would highly recommend and will be looking to book there next time I go back. Not so good things: they say AC but it doesnt work. There is an ac looking appliance but we could not get the temp to change at all. So don't rely on that. Shower was incredibly cramped. 6'7 so yea very difficult to shower. If you want to turn on the lights and outlets you need your room card to be inserted into the white box thing next to the door. If it's not in there the lights and outlets won't work. Just fyi. Not an actual issue but we both never seen that before and it took us an hour or so to figure out lol

Very convenient location, right next to restaurants, a convenient store, laundry and a pib that stays open late. A quick ride to the eiffel tower. The staff is amazing. The hotel itself is dated, it's a good bang for the buck. My trip was with two other guy friends for the Olympics so it worked for us.

En premier j'ai déchanté, la chambre bof et la salle de bain vraiment horrible, rikiki, moisissure et pommeau de douche tout noir. Je suis aller râler et on m'a donner une chambre qui correspondait aux photos et une salle de bain refaite à neuf. On m'a également offert le petit dej et vraiment personnel très sympas.

Rooms are small but clean. Daily room service with fresh towels. Elevator is small - only 3 people at a time. Breakfast is very basic but filling. Very close to Metro station. Watch out for pick pockets especially on transit. Had group of young teenagers swarm me as I entered the train. Managed to get my wallet but I noticed it immediately and confronted them. Managed to get my wallet back but didn’t notice money gone until after they left train. Fortunately they did get much $. They are very fast and professional. Bottom line if you feel a group of people crowding you watch out.

Pros: 5 star location! Tons of cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby frequented by locals. Huge Monoprix and other grocery options few steps away and train station mall for shopping, near lots of metro lines for quick transport to anywhere in Paris. We had a room for four and it was huge for Paris with bedroom upstairs and living / sofabed downstairs. “Almost cute” interior courtyard with patio furniture. On famous Montparnasse Breton crepes street (literally 10 crepe restaurants within one block!) Affordable price. We opted for more appealing and cheaper options outside instead of the offered 13 Eur breakfast. Bathroom facilities were serviceable, but not really modern. Odd configuration with bathtub and sinks upstairs but toilet downstairs. A second sink was hidden behind a sliding door on the main level, I could see how some people would run away from this place in horror, but I’m not fussy about appearances and appreciated its amazing location.
Pros: 5 star location! Tons of cafes, bakeries and restaurants nearby frequented by locals. Huge Monoprix and other grocery options few steps away and train station mall for shopping, near lots of metro lines for quick transport to anywhere in Paris. We had a room for four and it was huge for Paris with bedroom upstairs and living / sofabed downstairs. “Almost cute” interior courtyard with patio furniture. On famous Montparnasse Breton crepes street (literally 10 crepe restaurants within one block!) Affordable price.
