Great place to stay…. Clean and quiet

The room was immaculate and so spacious. The beds were luxurious, but a wee bit too high to get in and out of safely without assistance. The kitchen was well stocked for a couple of people - could have used a bit more cutlery and plates for the family. The hotel is in an industrial area off the 403 so I doesn’t boast beautiful scenery, but we weren’t there for that anyhow!! The heavy curtains and the sheets on top of them both closed well for a dark room at night (or in the daytime) to early accommodate sleep. The accessible washroom and roll-in shower were the icing on the cake! Such a treat to be able to sit down in the shower at a hotel and not have to climb over a high tub. The soap, shampoo and conditioner all smelt amazing too!! The staff were so kind and helpful. There was a hockey tournament going on, so the whole hotel was incredibly busy, but kept clean despite it all! The hallways were noisy with kids and the staff did their best by putting up signs - ultimately it’s up to the parents, not the staff, to manage the kiddos - running and screaming up and down the hallways… Truly overall, an amazing experience that we would totally do again- we recommend this hotel highly!

outside of town in industrial park. so you need transportation to get to any restaurant or shopping. good clean accomadation, staff is excellent. nice trail close by.

Great place to stay

The staff was nice, the hotel was clean and the room was adequate. We were not made aware that there was a very large group of Hockey tournament families at the hotel. There were signs all over the place asking everyone to observe quiet hours from 9:00 pm so the children could sleep. We were respectful and were staying at the hotel to attend an evening event. We were quiet and returned to our room around 11:30 pm. My problem came in the morning as many many children ran up and down the hallways slamming doors and yelling at each other from 6:30 am on. I would have been fine if an attempt to separate people that were not part of this group and give us a slightly quieter part of the hotel.
