Villa sur la plage donc la vue etait parfaite. Pas assez de transats á la piscine, 10 en tout. Et pas beaucoup plus à la plage. Le personnel etait sympathique mais sans plus. Le matériel est vétuste et pas en très bon état. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Au final ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles.

Place is old and tired and not exactly like the photos. Stayed 8 years ago and the place was fine. A lot of work being done (demolition) of buildings etc and the beach has eroded considerably. This place is a long way behind the newer bigger hotels springing up on the island and I’m afraid they are up against it in area where there seems to be more deserted resorts than active ones

Excellent hotel which has been build in a very nice layout with a lot of bungalows which create a nice atmosphere, where most will have sea view. Nice beach and pool are that never was busy. Big celebration for breakfast. And then the offer free pickup and drop off to the airport. It is located with a 10 min walk to center, but also a lot of option on the the road in both directions

Bra hotell men något spa finns inte utom två massagestolar i receptionen. Gymmet oklart när det gick att använda. Trevligt poolområde o även stranden men vissa dagar var det så mycket sopor i vattnet att det var omöjligt bada. Mycket serviceinriktad personal.

Really good hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh, lots of options and always full. The rooms were well maintained and spotless, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the baths on the balcony overlooking the sea were amazing. The free airport shuttle was excellent and comfortable. The pool is huge and kept as spotlessly as the rooms... Loved this hotel, close to everything, as in walking distance to main attractions. A great stay!

BOn hôtel avec chambre en beach front agréable Toutefois il manque plusieurs petites choses qui pourraient faire progresser l’hôtel L’accueil à la réception est plutôt glacial et cela ne dure pas longtemps on donne déjà l’heure du Check out !!! L’hôtel est assez triste en fait le soir le restaurant est complètement vide les clients préfèrent manger à l’extérieur Guerre des serviettes pour être sur d’avoir un sun deck en bord de plage Pour la piscine idem beaucoup de transat avec personne dessus La qualité de l’eau est très moyenne très verte avec beaucoup de détritus mais la plage est sympa et propre hormis l’eau Cela est du à la rivière qui se jette dans l’océan à 1km de l’hôtel et qui transporte des horreurs Au bord de l’île l’eau est très claire Pour l’hôtel il n’y a pas de bar de plage ou autre ce qui est dommage En revanche on vous propose des bouteilles de vodka dans votre chambre ce qui se comprend ar la clé télés est majoritairement russe Pour faire bref c’est bien mais pourrait faire beaucoup mieux Le PDJ est correct sans plus pour un petit déjeuner européen en revanche pour un PDJ asiatique c’est parfait Nous avons pu bénéficier du pick up airport malgré le retard du chauffeur de 30 mn c’est cool

The hotel was nothing like the pictures. Two bars and restaurants was only one restaurant. The gym and spa was nothing like it was described, the building was closed and looked like it never been open. Overall it all looked worn out. The beach and view was great though. The service wasn’t that good either.

Lovely resort. Stayed at Beachfront Villa which wAs excellent. Resort is well located. Nice pool. Unfortunately the beach in front has a tiny strip of sand and dirty with plastic rubbish.

위치가 좋았어요. 킹콩마트 , 즈엉동야시장 걸어서 다녀왔고 주변에 식당, 마사지샵,작은마켓, 과일가게등이 있어서 편리하게 이용했어요. 빈버스 승장장도 바로 앞에 있어서 편리하게 이용했고요. 전용비치에서 여유있게 지낼 수 있었고 수영장, 조식 만족합니다. 직원분들도 친절했어요. 동양인은 우리 부부밖에 없었구요. 숙소가 1 층이다 보니 욕실에 개미가 많았던 것은 불편했어요. 샤워부스도 조금 낡고 좁았어요. 그러나 침대는 넓고 편안했어요. 로컬 분위기 느낄 수 있어서 다음에 또 가고 싶은 리조트였어요.

The breakfast buffet selection was very good. Private beach entrance from the VIP villa, the rooms were very nice and clean. The private outdoor bathtub was not clean however which is a shame. Service was good otherwise, I would stay here again.

This is a nice little resort perfectly located at the beach and also close to the city center. Breakfast is good, very clean and the room was spacious with a nice terrace. If you book the cheapest category you need to have a bit luck. My room 303 has ocean view and is located in the beach front part of the main building. Very recommendable. But there are also same room category behind with view to the wall of the front building. Ask for 301-303 rooms.

The staff were fantastic. There was a horrible flash flood/thunderstorm that took out power and water for the resort. The staff worked diligently to address the needs of the guest and fix things as quickly as possible. Also their housekeeping is top notch. A lovely quiet stay right on the beach. I will be coming back!

Beach front bungalow was ideal for sunbathing, reading and looking out at the beach and sea. Breakfast was good. Beach cleaned by staff several times a &day. Lovely swimming pool.

Deux petits points à revoir -La cuisine du restaurant a améliorer car pas à la hauteur de l établissement...pourtant l endroit pour dîner près de la plage est superbe -La cheffe de l accueil pourrait être plus aimable Nous avions la chambre 142, la mieux a notre sens, car les pieds dans l eau sans avoir les nuisances des chambres côté bar et restaurant A privilégier les chambres 141 à 144

Fantastisk sted, anbefaler veldig å velge Bungalow, sentralt, god mat, fin strand med stille vann som gjorde det mulig med en svømmetur.

Party peopleの楽園。落ち着いた夜を過ごしたい人には地獄。子連れで年末には来ないことをお勧めします。Year End Partyの爆音が深夜まで続き寝られない。ここはディスコか？24時回ったけど、いつまで続くのか。不快でしかない。 空港送迎を依頼していたが、荷物が出て来るのが遅かったためか？既に出発してしまった。探せなかったのでホテルに電話したら看板を持っているから探すように指示され、見つからないので5分後に再度電話したら出発済みでタクシーで来るように言われた。最初に言ってくれればまだ良いのにフラストレーションが溜まった。 ビーチが目の前だが、海のゴミが溜まる場所なのか？生臭くて海の透明度は東京湾より汚くて臭い。ホテルのせいではないが、海に入ることはお勧めしない。 5泊したが朝食ビュッフェのフォーは日替わりで別々の味を楽しめた。

The private beach was lovely, though the room felt a bit dated and could use some updates. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Lovely resort. Stayed at Beachfront Villa which wAs excellent. Resort is well located. Nice pool. Unfortunately the beach in front has a tiny strip of sand and dirty with plastic rubbish.

We forgot the special big size shampoo and conditioner ( special treatment) in the bathroom and the next day we ask the driver come back to ask the staff at front desk but they did not ask the housekeeping yet and help us to find them out, she just said there are nothing in the bathroom….that’s so weird!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOUR STUFFS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!

Excellent hotel which has been build in a very nice layout with a lot of bungalows which create a nice atmosphere, where most will have sea view. Nice beach and pool are that never was busy. Big celebration for breakfast. And then the offer free pickup and drop off to the airport. It is located with a 10 min walk to center, but also a lot of option on the the road in both directions

This hotel was very nice a beachfront and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Here comes the problem that was handled very badly. When I checked in the front desk lady showed me a paper and was writing checking in time checking out and the price. She said checking out at 2 pm and I was like really that different than other countries, and the front desk lady agreed to with me. We laughed and talked everything is good right. No checking out time we are already packed up by 12pm so we decided to go for a swim for 30 min thank take a quick shower and leave by 1:30pm. The guy showed up at the beach screaming at us telling us to leave the room and just saying a lot in his own language. So we rushed out at about 12:30pm and he was just fallowing us and yelling really loudly and then everyone was looking at us. In the end we went to the counter and told her that lady said 2 pm and it is not our fault. I told her to bring out the paper for our check ing and she sow what I said was true. Guess what they did after finding out it’s their mistake. They made me pay more money to them.

The staff were fantastic. There was a horrible flash flood/thunderstorm that took out power and water for the resort. The staff worked diligently to address the needs of the guest and fix things as quickly as possible. Also their housekeeping is top notch. A lovely quiet stay right on the beach. I will be coming back!

Really good hotel, staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh, lots of options and always full. The rooms were well maintained and spotless, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the baths on the balcony overlooking the sea were amazing. The free airport shuttle was excellent and comfortable. The pool is huge and kept as spotlessly as the rooms... Loved this hotel, close to everything, as in walking distance to main attractions. A great stay!

We are very pleased with the stay and that was our best part of our multi cities vacation tour. The resort staff are very helpful. The pool is excellent, large enough and very cleaned. The breakfast buffet is good. Our beach front cottage is the best we ever had in all our vacations. It is right on the beach and so romantic. Its location is perfect for us since we can walk to town and and have interaction with my people. We did have a problem with the air conditioner but the hotel technician fixed it right away and it worked good. As a person in this AC business, some of the AC condensers need to be replaced soon; At least they should check them before the guests move in. This little thing may cause bad impression. I love waking early and help cleaning beach debris. I hope this is a constructive comment since we love this hotel, the berach and hope it is doing well in this economy. We recommend this hotel without reservation.

Party peopleの楽園。落ち着いた夜を過ごしたい人には地獄。子連れで年末には来ないことをお勧めします。Year End Partyの爆音が深夜まで続き寝られない。ここはディスコか？24時回ったけど、いつまで続くのか。不快でしかない。 空港送迎を依頼していたが、荷物が出て来るのが遅かったためか？既に出発してしまった。探せなかったのでホテルに電話したら看板を持っているから探すように指示され、見つからないので5分後に再度電話したら出発済みでタクシーで来るように言われた。最初に言ってくれればまだ良いのにフラストレーションが溜まった。 ビーチが目の前だが、海のゴミが溜まる場所なのか？生臭くて海の透明度は東京湾より汚くて臭い。ホテルのせいではないが、海に入ることはお勧めしない。 5泊したが朝食ビュッフェのフォーは日替わりで別々の味を楽しめた。

Dejligt sted med god smuk strand. Centralt i forhold til Night market og hovedgaden generelt, men stadig lige ud til vandet. Great sunset. Morgenmad var fin nok og restauranten var god.

This resort is amazing! The location is perfect - within walking distance of the night market as well as other delicious restaurants. The free breakfast was a nice option, and the pool and beach access were perfect. No complaints on our end!

위치가 좋았어요. 킹콩마트 , 즈엉동야시장 걸어서 다녀왔고 주변에 식당, 마사지샵,작은마켓, 과일가게등이 있어서 편리하게 이용했어요. 빈버스 승장장도 바로 앞에 있어서 편리하게 이용했고요. 전용비치에서 여유있게 지낼 수 있었고 수영장, 조식 만족합니다. 직원분들도 친절했어요. 동양인은 우리 부부밖에 없었구요. 숙소가 1 층이다 보니 욕실에 개미가 많았던 것은 불편했어요. 샤워부스도 조금 낡고 좁았어요. 그러나 침대는 넓고 편안했어요. 로컬 분위기 느낄 수 있어서 다음에 또 가고 싶은 리조트였어요.

This is a nice little resort perfectly located at the beach and also close to the city center. Breakfast is good, very clean and the room was spacious with a nice terrace. If you book the cheapest category you need to have a bit luck. My room 303 has ocean view and is located in the beach front part of the main building. Very recommendable. But there are also same room category behind with view to the wall of the front building. Ask for 301-303 rooms.

Very beautiful property in a great location. You can find a lots of good restaurants near by. The beach is calm and clean. Very nice, polite and helpful staffs. We really enjoyed our stay in Saigon Phu Quoc resort. Definitely we will come back. Highly recommend this hotel.

Renovation due to start Sept 2023. Currently very tired. Reception area pulled down photos in website not reality. Have stayed here before and can't currently recommend, however, staff were excellent. Very few people staying at the moment. We were not warned of reception area being removed which also houses the breakfast area. Breakfast much more limited. Having said that the pho and omelettes were great. We were charged full price and they're much better close by hotels that cost a lot less that also have beach - ours was washed away. Unable to add photos for some reason.

The beach-front hut was amazing; sitting on the deck watching the sunset, listening to the sound of the surf, walking distance to restaurants and night market, comfortable room and bed, we enjoyed every moment. The downside was buffet breakfast; plenty of it but not the quality, with cold food not refrigerated and sitting in the hot weather. The premises and grounds are also starting to look tired and in need of work/upkeep. None-the-less, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the beach-front hut.

Great beach. Great location. Breakfast is all right, you have a bit of everything. A bit more maintenance would be required to improve the rating but the beach location compensate for it. The bungalow was great. The area where to have a drink next to the restaurant and the pool are below average and need some fixing.

Great little stretch of beach with bar. Reasonable (not large) size pool for those who dont like sand. Only short walk to resturants both sides of the property. Rooms were good size and very comfortable. Nice to watch sunset from balcony. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a good breakfast.

Highly recommend beach front bungalow, amazing views. All staff members are very kind and helpful Breakfast - mostly Asian food, we enjoyed every morning a delicious Pho and Vietnamese pancakes Room- very clean, needs some improvement- this did not bothered us because the location was amazing Swimming pool - great, spacious and 2.5m deep one side, the other is 1m Sea water - unfortunately very polluted, lots of plastic and rubbish. The staff are trying their best to clean the beach,couple of hours per day Location- lots of restaurants and shops walking distance
