You get what you pay for, everything is poorly maintained or broken. I do not recommend this place because it’s dirty and not organized with cleanliness. Housekeeping is only requested by guests 24 notice to freshen up the room and the beach area is full of rocks.

The view was amazing but room was very very dirty had to clean it before I could even bring my stuff in had fecal smears on the door for the bathroom, cob was every where and when u open the door to the room at night to go in or out thousand of bugs fly in as soon as u crack the door,had 2 diffent tv stand one that the tv use to be in that hasn't been rmoved from the room and another with a TV that I couldn't watch because it wouldnt let you change the channel on at all.if it wasn't for the view I would have canceled and found a different place

Quality Inn Mackinaw City. Waste of the gift card I won for travel. Too much wrong to even list so Do not go there! Luckily I spent the least amount of time possible in the room. The room shown that was paid for in advance was similar but not the room booked. Needs serious upgrading and cleaning, inside and out. Spiders, webs, algae and and mold were all over every entry door in the building I was in and on the balcony and entire side of the building. A power washer could take care of most of that and then maybe a quick brooming every time they clean would help. Since the air conditioner part bringing fresh air from outside brought in musty and possibly mold spores into the room so didn't use. Pool was cloudy like soup. Hot tub out of order, no toilet paper, soap or paper towels in the pool area bathroom. Dogs allowed to do their business anywhere right on the beach. The few beach chairs were dirty and falling apart. Breakfast consisted of to go items such as wrapped sandwiches muffins fruit or other such items. When I got there I wanted to check the room and said I would be back if it wasn't what I expected, I was told sorry you can't and it was prepaid so you won't get your money back. This property is being allowed to deteriorate and seemingly they do not take any pride in how they operate nor about their customers. Hotels.com should take this off their list of places to stay along with any other properties this company owns. Even the front office stunk. Disgusting!

room was FILTHY - and smelled horrible. our second room wasn't available until 6 pm spiders everywhere, mold in our bathroom- our second room had the airconditioner dripping in the bathroom
