We were fortunate to stay in three room types during our stay and were incredibly impressed by all three rooms, but hands down, our favourite was the large deluxe room with a garden view. With ample sunbeds and cosy seating surrounding the pool, it will be the ideal place to chill over summer. Sunsets are guaranteed from Unique. The lunch and dinner menu in the restaurant at Lucky's will keep you here for weeks. The food is exceptional and full of variety on both menus. Unique Life Style Hotel is a popular venue and the place to be, loved by locals and guests. They have a great selection of live music throughout the week and at weekends to keep you entertained.

Otel eğlence oteli imiş. Kapıdan girince öğrenmiş olduk:( yola bakan odalarda asla kalınmaz. Korkunç ses var. Otobanda uyuyormuşsunuz gibi düşünün. Deniz de maalesef beklediğimiz gibi değildi. Dibi yosunluydu :( en güzel tarafı kahvaltısıydı. Çok müthiş bir kahvaltısı vardı. Farklı lezzet, çeşit ve seçenekler olması çok iyiydi. Servis personeli çok ilgili ve çok hızlı. Havuz küçük. Tekrar gelebileceğim bir yer değil. Resimlerden kafa dinlemelik bir otel gibi duruyor ama hiç öyle değil maalesef. Genç ve eğlenmek isteyen gürültüden rahatsız olmayan çiftlere daha uygun.

It was a small hotel with a small pool, entry into the sea isnt convenient and we couldnt swim, but everything else was good, the food👍, the staff👍and rooms👍

What a wonderful way to finish off our Turkish vacation at a beautiful resort. Banu welcomed us so warmly and made sure our stay was incredible. The grounds and saltwater pool are beautiful, the sea access is perfect- all the fun of the sea without the hassle of the sand. The restaurants had delicious food, though for seafood I would stick to the seafood restaurant. Apparently it becomes quite a hotspot many nights with DJs and concerts. From the swim up rooms at the top of the hill we didn’t notice any noise. It is hard to know which reviews are real on booking sites, but this hotel is legitimately a five star hotel, with amenities that match up to any American luxury standards.

It’s more expensive than other hotels and it’s a little out of town but the extra cost is worth it and a taxi to the centre is reasonable. Breakfast is amazing and choice of food on the menu is good. Again, a little more expensive than other places in Kusadasi but worth it. Deck area has comfy beds with branded towel/rug. The weather and the sea has worn the deck a little but that’s being picky. Great watersport group right there on the deck - don’t even need to get sand on your feet. Live band playing most nights - very popular place to visit by non residents and local Turkish folks. Our flight was late in the evening but we paid extra to keep our room which was really great. A special rate for this was €100 which was a bit expensive but we were happy to not have to use the changing area adjacent to the pool. That said those facilities were spotless and new but we just didn’t want to mess with cases.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Beautiful modern hotel by the sea with a resort-like feel. The hotel is located next to a night club which can get loud at night. Also there's not much walking distance from the hotel.

Amazing small hotel. Lovely plaj, comprehensive breakfast, live music few nights a week. Must try the restaurant. I loved the staff and check in. We checked in 11pm, was offered champagne on arrival, The gentleman went out his way to help us. Thanks a million.

Location: Perfectly situated directly by the sea, the hotel offers an ideal base for day trips to Kusadasi, Ephesus, or into the surrounding mountains.Architecture and Garden: The architecture is modern and exceptionally well thought out. A highlight is the intelligent use of the hillside location: the main restaurant is placed between the garden, pool, and sea, but thanks to a high steel-and-glass structure, the view from the pool and garden remains completely unobstructed – offering a clear panorama of the shimmering sea through the transparent building.The hotel garden is immaculately maintained and home to a variety of exotic plants. Sea Access & View: The sea is easily accessible via a wide staircase with a handrail leading down from the wooden platform. The view from this platform is breathtaking. In the evening, this very platform transforms into a romantic seafood restaurant, where guests can dine.Restaurants: There are two main dining options: A fine seafood restaurant offering fresh fish, and an excellent wine list, located right on the water. The main restaurant, where breakfast is also served, combines casual elegance with stunning views.Overall Impression: Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. We would love to come back.

Overall stay was great. Hotel very initimate, modern and minimalistic. cleanliness of room and all areas of hotel was excellent. Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage und auch die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und direkt am Meer.

It was the most terrifying experience of all of this holiday. We had a total terrible experience. We had ants in our suite and even on the beds. We could not sleep at all the first night because they were crawling on our faces! We reported it to the manager. They fumigated the room after we told them about the ants and they told us to go back to the room! We told them that we could not do that and they ended up giving us two single rooms. The shower in one of our two rooms was hardly working as there was barely any water coming out! It was a terrible stay. Do not stay at this hotel as their customer service is awful!

Alles was naar wens. Echter was de airco op de kamer niet echt koud dus verkoeling gezocht bij het zwembad. Het eten was heerlijk maar wel aan de dure kant. Elke dag schone handdoeken en dekens. Aan het zwembad en strand kon je zo gaan liggen omdat de handdoeken er al lagen.

The environment, facilities, and the cleanliness

Hotellet er meget nyt kan man se, men der er sparet en del på kvaliteten. Man skulle tro der var hul i vinduet, man kunne høre alt udefra, samt kunne man også høre alt hvad naboen foretog sig.

Jr. Suit odada kaldık. Geniş ve kullanışlı bir odaydı. Balkonu ve manzarası harikaydı. Kış sezonunda kaldık, bir tek gece geç saatte klimadan tık tık sesleri geldi sanırım 15 dk kadar sürdü onun dışında bir problemimiz olmadı.

Hotellet i sig är väldigt fint – rummen är fräscha och inredningen är smakfull. Det märks att man lagt ner omtanke på själva byggnaden och interiören, vilket gav ett gott första intryck. Tyvärr dras helhetsupplevelsen ner av några saker. Hotellet ligger på en trafikerad gata, och trots att vi bytte rum för att få det lite tystare, hjälpte det inte särskilt mycket. Det var svårt att koppla av helt på grund av trafikbuller. Även servicen lämnade en del att önska. Personalen kändes trötta och inte särskilt engagerade – det saknades den där värmen som gör att man känner sig riktigt välkommen. Frukosten var också en besvikelse; brödet var inte färskt och upplevelsen kändes slarvig.

It was a very fantastic experience. The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were very comfortable. The bed was soft. The breakfast was delicious. The spa was very nice. The staff was kind. The only bad thing is that the doors and windows are not soundproof. You can hear everything on the hallway. We stayed at the room with sea view, it was quite outside but everything from hallway can be heard.

We had a great stay at Unique Life. The hotel offered a complimentary room upgrade, and the swim up room is awesome! The decor is trendy and the facilities are new. Definitely recommend!

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Es entspricht auf keinen Fall dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Besonders die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sollte man unbedingt vermeiden; ich habe 2 Nächte dort verbracht und konnte wegen der lauten Musik und des ununterbrochenen Autolärms bis zum Morgen nicht schlafen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war sehr schwach und die angebotenen Lebensmittel teilweise alt. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten zwar höflich, waren aber alles andere als professionell. Außerdem hatten wir nach dem Essen Magenprobleme. Insgesamt war es eine Erfahrung, die weit unter unseren Erwartungen lag.

Beach kısmında ilgilenen personel iyiydi bir erkek arkadaş, resepsiyonda arada gördüğüm Türk bayan iyiydi güler yüzlü ve ilgili fakat rus bayan çok yardımcı olsa da yeterince güler yüzü bulmadım açıkçası karşılamada hatta soğuk buldum aynı şekilde spa daki bayan. SPApa’da masajlar katma değerli pahalı oluyor otellerde su karaflarının boş olması işin profesyonel olmadığını gösterdiği için hiçbir şekilde masaj ve ücretli bir alışveriş yapmadım çünkü insanlar terliyor ve su yok içeride çok saçma. Bu kadar basit bir hatanın yapılması kabul edilemez bence çünkü oteller pahalı oraya koyacağı yarım litre su otele zarar vermez personele bilgi ilettiğimde evet yok demekle yetindi. First thing is , the hotel is very noisy, we couldn't sleep until 2am as the live and loud music going on in the bar with even zero people in there, it was really disappointing, as hotel itself looks very peaceful, but its not , also it is based on a very close main road too, but main issue was the music noise all night long, plus we got disturbed by staff keep on knocking doors, with and with dnd sign on, and calling us from the hotel landline, the only positive side was the staff at the breakfast espicially Ayse make us feel like at home really friendly personality

Banu the guest service manager was extremely helpful she is very knowledgeable and resources. She spoke great English, we had a slight issue with dinner but Banu remediation the situation in an exceptional manner. The pool and jet ski was amazing. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel, decor was stunning, beds very comfortable and stylish. Staff very nice and friendly, we loved the beach deck and cooling off in the sea! Food very good and very varied choice, We ate at both the sea food restaurant and main restaurant and lunch at JoJo's really enjoyed it all. Food and drink prices as to be excepted at a hotel such as this although on the pricer side. The only bad thing was the awfully loud music played from 9pm. We took our ear plugs as we had read the reviews. This hotel would be perfect if the music was a little quieter! Despite the loud music we had a great week, very relaxing and would return.

I've stayed in Kusadasi before, and the difference was like night and day. Unique Life Style is a great resort in miniature. It has everything you want all right there close at hand: sun, sea, pool, great restaurants, a well-stocked bar, and surprisingly good entertainment. We came down from Istanbul with some friends from Miami who wanted to see the sights, and the combination of luxury and proximity to Efesus, Mother Mary's house, and the Temple of Artemis was just perfect. It was a great family vacation, although I would say it's better for adults than kids. Our little girl is only 2, and she had a great time, but this is not the kind of resort geared toward entertaining children; it's not that kind of resort. For mommy and daddy, however, the bands were great and the dance floor was just right. Highly recommended!

Très très bruyant! Le bâtiment principal se situe à proximité d'une 2X3 voies (dans la piscine des chambres Swim up on entend la circulation). Côté mer, c'est le ballet incessant des jet-skis et autres bateaux du club nautique attenant. La nuit, 6 jours sur 7 c'est la musique live jusqu'à 1 heure du matin qui est très très forte! L'accueil était très bien malgré la non disponibilité de la chambre dans l'après-midi. La restauration : beaucoup de personnel qui ne semble pas très heureux de bosser ici. Un fort contraste avec les autres hôtels et restaurants de notre séjour en Turquie. Le 1er soir nous avons opté pour le Seafood restaurant et le poisson frais était annoncé à 1000 Lires Turques le kilo (déjà beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs) lorsque l'addition est arrivée il était à 1600 (+ de 30 euros d'écart). Les serveurs n'ont pas fait de difficulté pour revenir au prix initial cependant cela ne contribue pas à faire une bonne 1ere impression. Pour ce qui est du petit déj' la 1ere journée la machine à café était cassée (Unique machine à café) et le 3ème et dernier jour nous avons attendu 25 minutes pour 2 jus d'orange qui ne sont finalement jamais arrivés car nous devions partir. Pour notre diner du 2eme soir nous avons renvoyé les 2 plats commandés. L'un était du médaillon de boeuf qui s'est avéré être 2 tranches de steak et l'autre des beef ribs sans ... ribs. Au final au regard du prix près de 800 euros pour 3 nuits, une expérience très décevante malgré la beauté du lieu.

Glass of Champagne on arrival and greeted by Banu, the guest services manager. We went for dinner last year and said we would have to spend some time there this year. It’s more expensive than other hotels and it’s a little out of town but the extra cost is worth it and a taxi to the centre is reasonable. Breakfast is amazing and choice of food on the menu is good. Again, a little more expensive than other places in Kusadasi but worth it. Deck area has comfy beds with branded towel/rug. The weather and the sea has worn the deck a little but that’s being picky. Great watersport group right there on the deck - don’t even need to get sand on your feet. Live band playing most nights - very popular place to visit by non residents and local Turkish folks. Our flight was late in the evening but we paid extra to keep our room which was really great. A special rate for this was €100 which was a bit expensive but we were happy to not have to use the changing area adjacent to the pool. That said those facilities were spotless and new but we just didn’t want to mess with cases.

We loved this hotel, decor was stunning, beds very comfortable and stylish. Staff very nice and friendly, we loved the beach deck and cooling off in the sea! Food very good and very varied choice, We ate at both the sea food restaurant and main restaurant and lunch at JoJo's really enjoyed it all. Food and drink prices as to be excepted at a hotel such as this although on the pricer side. The only bad thing was the awfully loud music played from 9pm. We took our ear plugs as we had read the reviews. This hotel would be perfect if the music was a little quieter! Despite the loud music we had a great week, very relaxing and would return.

Prima Hotel, verzorgd, netjes, vriendelijk, geordend. Ontbijt is super! (Complimenten voor Durmus en Firat, top mensen in de bediening). (Eten in het restaurant is erg prijzig!)

Harika bir eğlence ve tatil oteli. Zengin restaurant seçenekleri ve müthiş kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi. Mimari detaylara çok önem verilmiş, her türlü malzeme en üst segment seçilmiş ve müthiş bir atmosfer yaratılmış.

Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Es entspricht auf keinen Fall dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Besonders die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sollte man unbedingt vermeiden; ich habe 2 Nächte dort verbracht und konnte wegen der lauten Musik und des ununterbrochenen Autolärms bis zum Morgen nicht schlafen. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war sehr schwach und die angebotenen Lebensmittel teilweise alt. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten zwar höflich, waren aber alles andere als professionell. Außerdem hatten wir nach dem Essen Magenprobleme. Insgesamt war es eine Erfahrung, die weit unter unseren Erwartungen lag.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderfully designed hotel on the Turkish coast – and to our delight, we received a generous upgrade upon arrival. Location: Perfectly situated directly by the sea, the hotel offers an ideal base for day trips to Kusadasi, Ephesus, or into the surrounding mountains.Architecture and Garden: The architecture is modern and exceptionally well thought out. A highlight is the intelligent use of the hillside location: the main restaurant is placed between the garden, pool, and sea, but thanks to a high steel-and-glass structure, the view from the pool and garden remains completely unobstructed – offering a clear panorama of the shimmering sea through the transparent building.The hotel garden is immaculately maintained and home to a variety of exotic plants. Sea Access & View: The sea is easily accessible via a wide staircase with a handrail leading down from the wooden platform. The view from this platform is breathtaking. In the evening, this very platform transforms into a romantic seafood restaurant, where guests can dine.Restaurants: There are two main dining options: A fine seafood restaurant offering fresh fish, and an excellent wine list, located right on the water. The main restaurant, where breakfast is also served, combines casual elegance with stunning views.Overall Impression: Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. We would love to come back.
