Some Staff were rude ,UNWELCOMING and careless👎, never apologized for their mistakes. We missed our Turkish dinner because of their booking error — no apology, no compensation. Reception didn’t even mention we could pay for early check-in until hours later. Most staff barely speak English and act annoyed when you ask anything. Buffet was the same dull food every day. Dirty plates, greasy reused cups at the bar — disgusting. For the price, this place is a joke. Definitely not worth it.👎👎👎

Herkese selamlar eşim ve ben çocukları büyüklerimize bırakıp baş başa tatil yapmak istedik ve aqua fantay’i tercih ettik. Hotele girdiğimizde her şey güzel olacak gibi görünüyordu personelin ilgisi ve alakası gayet memnun edici sonrasında ana restorantta çıkan yemeklerin çeşit azınlığı 10dan 12:30’a kadar yemek bulamıyorsunuz pastahane gibi bi yer var fakat durum cidden içler acısı içeceklerin tatları aşırı kötü ve kalitesiz. Sahildeki durum içler acısı bakımsız, yosun dolu, denizin içindeki kum balçık gibi ayağınız içine batıyor ve iskele gibi bişey var orada hiçbir şekilde hizmet yok başı boş bi sahil plajı gibi hotelde saat 4ten sonra havlu bulamıyorsunuz :)) Bir daha katiyen tercih etmeyeceğiz ve tavsiye etmiyoruz.

Gittiğim en eğlenceli otellerden biriydi. Bize balayı için gittiğimiz için çok güzel oda vermişler bu yüzdende teşekkür ederim. Aquası çok eğlenceliydi. Çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Özellikle barda çalışan Furkan beye çok teşekkür ediyorum. Yemekler kaliteliydi. Seneye arkadaşlarımla birlikte tekrar geleceğiz umarım bu kaliteyi her zaman devam ettirirsiniz.
