Service was great. My first room the bed was broken and they switched me rooms immediately. The elevator was very slow we felt like we were gonna be stuck on it. My room was right by the elevator and it made banging noises all night.

The property was very outdated and rundown. The stairs were creaky. The walls were painted with mismatched colors. The carpets were very old and the hotel requires a massive renovation for the cost of a hotel per night. Limited breakfast options were available and no pool. This place is way overpriced.

The front desk person, Jag, was very polite and nice. However, the hotel appeared to be run down, inside and out. Outside neglected maintenance, dirty windows, weeds around parking lot. The elevator inside was scary. Dirty, no lights working to indicate what floor or if it was even moving. It seemed to be on its last leg! I thought for sure we were stuck in the elevator and that it hadn’t moved, because it took well over a minute to go 2 floors! The breakfast was bare minimum and the dining area wasn’t appealing to want to sit and eat. We took a couple wrapped muffins and checked out.

Room took a while to warm up but once it was a comfortable temperature inside it remained comfortable. It was raining and snowing late one night and the noise from the watter hitting the window sill woke all of up from a deep sleep as it sounded like somebody was trying to break in. The breakfast was lacking in selection of items. The fruit should be rotated out after it is beyond its freshness. Our last morning there the waffle mix had a sour taste as if it was left out from the night before and definitely went bad. Parking was adequate with oversized parking behind the hotel. Not having a swimming pool was a bit of a downer for the family as there was not anything to do for children. No evening cookies available here. Most motels do actually offer them.

Couldn’t get full size towels to save our life. They just kept saying they were washing some but never cared to bring us any. Breakfast was very limited. No butter for waffles. Cereal was old. Shower went from extreme hot to cold but when we told them they didn’t take it seriously. Parking lot is TERRIBLE. Crammed and hard to maneuver through.

We found a bedbug immediately upon arriving in the room. We went straight back to the front desk and they were incredibly polite and accommodating. They were going to put us in another room but we asked for a refund - which they gave us without penalty.

YIKES!! We had to cancel our reservation because both of the rooms that we were shown had a foul, mold-like odor. Despite being a smoke free hotel, the hallways and lobby areas smelled of smoke. I suspect this is because this is an old hotel and smoking likely was acceptable back in the day. Additionally, there was a long electrical cord that ran across the hallway to a large fan drying the carpeting across from the bathroom. There was no sign to warn not to trip. All furnishings are extremely worn. I do want to commend the staff, however. The young woman at the desk was extremely friendly and polite. When we came back to tell her about the first room’s smell, she walked us to another available room. She apologized profusely for the smell there as well (she also smelled it). She refunded our credit card and when she was unable to print us proof of these transactions, she called her manager who was not on site at the time. He arrived within a few minutes to print our receipt. He, too, was incredibly apologetic.

I do not understand how this hotel can have an 8/10 rating. Pros. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean but dimly lit so it was hard to tell. The front desk staff was friendly. Cons. It seems like it is a sketchy area. They had a warning sign about them not being responsible for vehicles. I was told night staff checks on the vehicles every 30 minutes. The entrance hallway and elevator are dirty with dirty towels discarded by the elevator entrance. The lighting in the room was dim. The bathroom was especially dim. The breakfast area did not look very clean. The hot breakfast items were waffles and frozen sausage patties which needed to be microwaved. They were out of coffee-had decaf. A limited quantity of other breakfast items. For example maybe five yogurt cups in the fridge. It seemed like no one was servicing the breakfast area. Several flies circled the food. A cockroach-shaped insect was on the bed waving its antenna as I left. I stay at Super 8 hotels often enough to know this is well below the chain's standards.

We stayed on the first floor and the floor above was very loud anytime someone walked. Breakfast only went to 9 am so we didn’t ever make it. If I stay again I’ll ask for the 3rd floor.

It was fine for a place to sleep. It was the cheapest place I could find in the surge pricing of graduation weekend. It was shabby but clean and comfortable enough. The shower head was at my chin level, which was frustrating for me, at 5’9”, and near torture for my son at 6’4”. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The only reason for my 4-star rating is that this was the darkest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! Even when we left mid-morning on a cloudless day with every available light on and the blinds wide open, it was too dark to read the control panel on the air conditioner. It seemed like every bulb was about half the wattage needed for adequate illumination.

This hotel is getting pretty run down. The bathrooms are old and the shower heads are very low (water hit my 5'11" husband in the chest). Our air conditioner was barely running and temp in the room was around 78 degrees. Beds were pretty good n breakfast was better than expected.

We were in a 1st floor room that had a lot of foot traffic over us. The manager didn't even hesitate to give us a different room to check out. It was great! Much quieter, slept great! Can't say enough good about the above and beyond customer service.

Truly terrible service. No front desk person. Had to walk around to find them after 30 minutes . Had a group above our room with large dog. They refused to move our room even though other rooms available. Tried numerous times calling from desk through the night - no answer. Absolutely reckless behavior, no professional. Shower would not even turn on in bathroom. We called for assistance and no answer in the lobby. Disgusted. We will be looking for a full refund and taking the matter further.

I am an elderly lady that traveled alone. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The resident manager was professional and accompanied my needs like providing a shower chair and lending me a charging block. The room was very clean and the breakfast area was spotless. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean. Very energetic staff. Great rates. Parking by the entrance is limited but a big lot out back. Close to several restaurants. Quiet, very little traffic noise.

This is an older property but it’s easy to get off and on the interstate from here and lots of good restaurant choices in walking distance. Staff was awesome and had our reservation ready for us.

Nicely updated room, large breakfast room, however the lobby is a bit tight! Preregistered prior to arrival and had our cards waiting for us! Super helpful clerk on duty...

Front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. All amenities were in working order. Room was very clean... no issues. Breakfast was spartan but all we expected. Easy access to I-15.

Breakfast was awful. Worst I have seen in a long while. A crock pot with a small folded piece of scrambled egg. We skipped it. And the shower was small with water that was alternating hot and cold and the bed was hard

Always enjoy staying here. We visit our son here in Pocatello so we stay here. Conveniently located near him. Staff has always been so friendly. Bummer that they were out of juice for breakfast but made due with coffee & water. Also the 1st floor ice machine not in use. Overall great 3 night stay.

Elevator needs immediate attention. Leaking hydrolic fluid and door closes on you safety mechanism not functioning. Breakfast quality mediocre. Room was cozy, bed comfy,good shower pressure

Jag at the front desk was amazing from start to finish. We had two rooms and three dogs. He made sure our rooms were all the way down the hall near the exit and right next to each other. That was huge for us. We were traveling cross country and just needed a place to sleep. We were very grateful for the set up. The place isn’t that great, but it was pretty clean and suited our purposes just fine. The beds were really comfortable too. The breakfast was pretty standard, not great hotel food. The area felt very safe. If we were traveling with dogs again, we’d stay there in a heartbeat. If we didn’t have the dogs, we’d probably choose somewhere else. Overall great stay. It got the job done.

The rooms looked nice and were clean. At least in our room the bathroom needed upgrading (tub replaced) and the light above the sink was too dim to apply makeup without some guesswork. But for the price, I would recommend it.
