Wow! What else can I say about this place and the host. The bed was so comfortable and the host was so accommodating and she made the most amazing breakfast. Beautiful art hung all over. We will definitely be going back

Wonderful B&B. Our room was large, with sitting area sofa, rocking chair, comfy bed & pillows. Nicely decorated. Breakfasts were tasty. In evening sat out on one of their patios. Short drive to Bryce Canyon.We highly recommend👍🌈🎉

We had the “Under the Rim” room, which was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and gorgeous views of the Bryce Canyon foothills. The room had an unmentioned bonus of a massage chair, which was a perfect way to rejuvenate after hiking in Bryce. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious. As a bonus, Bryce Trails is within walking distance of Stone Hearth Grille, perfect for a nice dinner.
We had the “Under the Rim” room, which was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and gorgeous views of the Bryce Canyon foothills. The room had an unmentioned bonus of a massage chair, which was a perfect way to rejuvenate after hiking in Bryce. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious. As a bonus, Bryce Trails is within walking distance of Stone Hearth Grille, perfect for a nice dinner.

Edgar and Lena were amazing hosts- we felt so at home with their delicious breakfasts (must keep shashuka on the menu!), their amazing suggestions for hikes and Edgar’s amazing photography. They are genuine, hardworking people that want you to feel at home. Our bed was comfy and warm, plenty of space, great TV and even a massage chair! We saw wildlife outside the BnB and had a Mountain View- the location was quiet yet easy drive to Bryce. Would recommend to anyone visiting! :)

We absolutely loved this B&B! Easy self check-in on arrival. Our room was spacious with access to lovely outdoor seating. Wonderful creative and tasty breakfasts cooked and served by friendly and helpful hosts. Great suggestions for hikes and the best ways to enjoy Bryce and the surrounding area. This will be our go-to place to stay the next time we are in the area.

Clean room, easy check in and check out. Quiet location. Nice touches- chocolate on your coffee tray, we had a massage chair in our room which was fun! Breakfast was ok but the host was not overly friendly, just doing her job.

Outside property was trashy with chickens running around. Breakfast supposed to be served at 8:00 which is late for us, we left the table at 0820 still no food served. Never saw any staff except the unfriendly woman cooking breakfast. Inconvenient location

Owner/hostess was excellent! V nice to me and my granddaughter who loved the chicken coop and hummingbird feeders outside the breakfast area. Scenic vistas around b&b are excellent. Nicely located about 10 miles from Bryce. The town of Tropic has limited dining tho. Breakfasts at B&B were delicious. Only downside was that rooms could use a little updating. Overall, very comfortable respite.

Very nice B&B that\'s close to Bryce Canyon National Park and within walking distance of restaurants for dinner. We stayed in the "Navajo Loop" room. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a gourmet breakfast every morning and the coffee was very good. My only complaint (a minor one) was that were no fans or air conditioning and, even with the window open, it was very warm and stuffy in the room. We\'ll stay there again but we\'ll definitely bring our own portable fan.

Ed and Lienn are excellent, friendly, efficient hosts. Our room had a very comfortable bed, spectacular sunrise view, and great, soft water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. We have stayed at many B&Bs across the country, and this one is the best! .

I stayed in the Under the Rim room. The view was lovely, room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, practically made-to-order by the owner. She thought of every detail. I highly recommend it.

Our first impression when driving up was so-so. We entered, easily found our key and room. The room was clean and later we found the bed to be very comfortable. The bathroom is smallish, but gets the job done. Our host saved the stay with a very tasty breakfast. The breakfast area is very nice and large enough to accommodate a number of guests. Since I was the only one down for breakfast, I had a chance to visit with the host and we had an enjoyable visit. It was interesting to learn about the Bryce Canyon area. The host is also a very accomplished photographer and has his work on display. Beautiful photos of the area.

Sehr schöne und individull gestaltete Unterkunft. Besonders das Frühstück war toll und wirklich zum Genießen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es auf richtigen Tellern serviert wurde. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es für uns vier große Leute nur ein geeignetes Bett gab. Zwei von uns mussten sehr beengt und in einem zu kleinen schlafen.
Sehr schöne und individull gestaltete Unterkunft. Besonders das Frühstück war toll und wirklich zum Genießen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass es auf richtigen Tellern serviert wurde. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es für uns vier große Leute nur ein geeignetes Bett gab. Zwei von uns mussten sehr beengt und in einem zu kleinen schlafen.

Host was rude when checking in. Felt like it was an inconvenience to her and there was no direction provided for checkin, checkout, & maintenance issues. Bring earplugs as you'll hear others in the B&B (opening & shutting doors, walking, and cleaner playing music). Good location and bed was comfy but those don't outweigh the negatives. Breakfast smelled good, but I didn't try it. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. We have stayed at many B&Bs across the country, and this one is the best! .

The owners were great hosts! Wonderful breakfast each morning! Room was very nice, with many personal touches that go above and beyond other lodging choices. Great value. Our room had everything we wanted and more! The owners gave good advice regarding our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park and other hiking options. The location is very close, an easy, short drive to the national park.

Edgar and Lena were amazing hosts- we felt so at home with their delicious breakfasts (must keep shashuka on the menu!), their amazing suggestions for hikes and Edgar’s amazing photography. They are genuine, hardworking people that want you to feel at home. Our bed was comfy and warm, plenty of space, great TV and even a massage chair! We saw wildlife outside the BnB and had a Mountain View- the location was quiet yet easy drive to Bryce. Would recommend to anyone visiting! :)

We absolutely loved this B&B! Easy self check-in on arrival. Our room was spacious with access to lovely outdoor seating. Wonderful creative and tasty breakfasts cooked and served by friendly and helpful hosts. Great suggestions for hikes and the best ways to enjoy Bryce and the surrounding area. This will be our go-to place to stay the next time we are in the area.

Clean room, easy check in and check out. Quiet location. Nice touches- chocolate on your coffee tray, we had a massage chair in our room which was fun! Breakfast was ok but the host was not overly friendly, just doing her job.

Host was rude when checking in. Felt like it was an inconvenience to her and there was no direction provided for checkin, checkout, & maintenance issues. Bring earplugs as you'll hear others in the B&B (opening & shutting doors, walking, and cleaner playing music). Good location and bed was comfy but those don't outweigh the negatives. Breakfast smelled good, but I didn't try it. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Do not book here. Looks like this place used to be nice, but the owners are going through a divorce and not managing it anymore. The owner is still accepting guests online and collecting money but has left the property and his phone number is disconnected. His ex wife lives on the property but says she's not getting payed so is not managing the bnb anymore, she didn't leave us keys and said the bnb is closed and reservation should have been cancelled, but was not. We had to find another place and could not get a refund.

Ed and Lienn are excellent, friendly, efficient hosts. Our room had a very comfortable bed, spectacular sunrise view, and great, soft water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. This is a wonderful Bed & Breakfast! Room was pretty and spacious. The home-made breakfast was creative and delicious. A fabulous place to stay while at Bryce Canyon. It's situated in the town of Tropic, just 15 min. away. Surrounded by mountains!

We had the “Under the Rim” room, which was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and gorgeous views of the Bryce Canyon foothills. The room had an unmentioned bonus of a massage chair, which was a perfect way to rejuvenate after hiking in Bryce. Breakfasts were hearty and delicious. As a bonus, Bryce Trails is within walking distance of Stone Hearth Grille, perfect for a nice dinner.

Outside property was trashy with chickens running around. Breakfast supposed to be served at 8:00 which is late for us, we left the table at 0820 still no food served. Never saw any staff except the unfriendly woman cooking breakfast. Inconvenient location

Very nice B&B that\'s close to Bryce Canyon National Park and within walking distance of restaurants for dinner. We stayed in the "Navajo Loop" room. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a gourmet breakfast every morning and the coffee was very good. My only complaint (a minor one) was that were no fans or air conditioning and, even with the window open, it was very warm and stuffy in the room. We\'ll stay there again but we\'ll definitely bring our own portable fan.

My wife and I like B & Bs for the breakfasts and the innkeepers. The woman who runs this B&B was extremely unfriendly. When we arrived we introduced ourselves and we were answered with a grunt. No name. She never asked where we were from, what we were doing during our stay, where else we were visiting on our trip, or if we needed advice or had questions about the local area or the park. Every time I encountered her during our 2 night stay she seemed distracted and genuinely unhappy. She did offer dinner recommendations when asked. The breakfasts were ok; nothing special. The kitchen was dirty with the remnants from the last meal all over the place. She left the eggs out overnight. The coffee pot in our room had no filter. She told us there is always coffee available in the main room, but I’m pretty certain it was the same pot for the first 36 hours we were there. Nasty coffee. The icing on the cake? When we awoke the second morning I went into the common area looking for coffee. The entire kitchen and eating area was filled with smoke and there was a pot actively burning on the stove. A teenager (daughter of innkeeper?) was coughing and opening windows as the flames rolled out of the pot. I asked where the innkeeper was and the girl said she couldn’t find her. She told me I should go outside since it was too dangerous and she ran out. I turned off the stove and brought the burning pot outside. Later I asked the woman about it and she blew me off. No thanks for my help.
