Outdated worn and in desperate need of updates and repair. Smelled like mildew. Holes in carpet and once upon a time the tub was a jacuzzi which hadn’t been repaired. Marble floor in foyer and bathroom but very slippery in my handicap room. Also pool and hot tub closed out of season. In Florida?

Pool and hot tub weren’t open. Room stunk. Restaurant and bar I don’t think have ever been open. I can’t believe Wyndham puts there name on this trash.

This property was rather run down and there was no fitness center, despite the label of one in the hallway. The restaurant was never open, there was a tattered leather chair in the room, and the A/C did not work in the common areas. It served the purpose of a 2-day stay just fine and was a convenient location to the beach and to breakfast spots, but I would not want to stay there again.

Super creepy, not at all like the photos. Every amenity they have was either closed or “being repaired”. There was a padlock on the pool, when we asked the front desk attendant about it she said “there was just a shift change, I have no idea”. The next morning, there was a sign that stated you had to pay $30 plus tax to use the hot tub. The hot tub was one of the only reasons I booked the hotel, so that definitely made my birthday trip a little less fun. There was also almost no one staying at the hotel, it was just a completely odd and slightly uncomfortable experience. It was fine as a place to sleep and leave for the day, that’s really the only thing I would recommend this hotel for. I wish that I had read the other reviews people left before booking, if I had I would’ve gone with another hotel altogether. Whoever said this hotel is a money laundering scheme….I believe it!!

Hotel has been partialy renovated and it really isn't up for guests yet. No breakfast, pool closed, main hotel AC was being repaired. Nice comfy beds. Left at dawn .

Hotel renovations stop at the lobby but the rooms are clean. Pool area is nice but the hot tub was broken. Hote has direct tv but it buffered every 15 minutes. No breakfast and the restaurant didn’t seem like it was operating atleast it wasn’t during my three day stay.

**Title: Worst Hotel Experience – Filthy, Uncomfortable, and Rude Staff** If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was filthy—dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When we brought it up to the front desk, the staff was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. They didn’t offer a solution, nor did they even bother to apologize. The customer service here is nonexistent. On top of that, there was no daily housekeeping. We had to ask for fresh towels, and even then, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. It’s clear that this hotel has zero regard for its guests. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. This place is a complete disaster.

The lady at the front desk was on a phone call and barely spoke English. She took my credit card and ID without telling me what she was doing. She tapped my credit card for a payment without asking for permission or tell me what the payment was for. She handed me one room key, did not tell me where my room was or how to get there. The hotel had no A/C, water stains in the ceilings everywhere you looked. Walls were covered in condensation and texture was falling off in many areas. When I walked into the room, there was a nasty musky smell. Poor lighting did not help either. The bed was not made properly which made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly. I immediately turned around and went to the lobby to demand a cancellation and refund. The lady at the front desk was still on the phone and told me she could not do anything. I demanded the Name, Contact Number and Email to the Hotel Management and the lady at the front acted like she had no information for me. She gave me the phone number the front desk and told me again she had no other information. After multiple questions she finally gave me an email I could try to reach out to. This hotel is poorly maintained and does not match what was advertised. I would appreciate someone contact me ASAP to discuss retribution. I had to book at a different hotel last minute in order to have a safe, clean place to stay.

PROS: • Great location • 10 minutes from the beach •Bed was comfy CONS: • Tub & shower were filthy. I left to shower at Planet Fitness. • Room had no seating. Bed, nightstands, Dresser, TV, that’s it. And a bunch of empty space in the room. • Pool was absolutely filthy, hot tub didn’t even have water in it.

The furniture was garage sale cast offs. There was hair on the shower wall. The TV never worked and the WiFi only worked for minutes and then was dropped. The restaurant was not opened and no Continental breakfast. The carpeting in the hallways were grossly filthy. And upon leaving our neighboring travelers had similar complaints.

Rooms were very rundown..furniture in terrible shape. No hand soap in bath. Carpet stained. Mold on shower curtain. We were on 3rd floor and one of two elevators had button for 3rd floor missing so could only access using one elevator. Very disappointing to say the least.

The outside of the hotel and the main lobby are well kept and clean. The actual room was not that great. The chairs in the room were in poor condition and the sheet on the bed has a stain on them.

The rooms are in need up deep cleaning, furniture repair and updates. The chairs were torn, the carpets stained and dirty; along with sand and dirt being in the tub. I was only there overnight. I will not book again.

I paid for 2 nights there and went up to our room. The tub was horrific. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Visible dirt all the way around the tub. I was refused a refund when i checked out early. Staff was very rude and incorporative. I gave it 1 star because there isnt an option worse than that. Just dont go there. There was no staff available after 11pm until 9am.

Parking was safe. Hotel was very empty. Lobby seemed nice but the room was quite sub par. The bathroom was nice but the room was missing furniture and the tv only had basic cable (no Netflix or prime sign in options) The elevator was shaky and the stairs are locked.

Not a good stay. The room had two full size beds instead of queen size that was advertised. The heater was giving a burning odor. The shower had no water pressure and the water would drain very slow.

It was ok, but I wouldn’t stay again. Clean enough, but basic, basic,basic. You can hear everything from your floor - slamming doors, kids running, even after 10:00. The jet engine that passes for an air conditioner made regulating the temperature in the room a challenge. Dated hotel that needs many upgrades. Disappointing Wyndham property.

Direct TV didn’t work the whole stay . The furniture was scratched up. Reported to front desk and no maintenance person came at all. Didn’t get the names but the management of this Hotel need to get a refresher training on Hospitality. In my profession I am an Auditor. This Hotel and some of the Staff would have failed. Sad part is I knew the Owner before he passed. He wouldn’t be Happy at All with the way This Hotel has went down .

Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great.

Terrible experience go to check in they wanted a 50 dollar deposit no problem. Get to room after being at the beach all day go to take a shower and there are for prints of feet with some black substance and pubic hair all over the tub. The small couch in the room should've been replaced years ago if i was the owner i would be embarrassed to even let anyone stay there. Then the next morning my phone goes off they done pulled another 50 dollars for no reason. Go up front to ask about it and the guy was really rude no apologies sorry for your inconvenience nothing. That really upset me then he proceeds to tell me it's going to take 4 to 5 days to return to my card when 50 of it should've never been taken out in the first place. WILL NOT BE BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The lady at the front desk was on a phone call and barely spoke English. She took my credit card and ID without telling me what she was doing. She tapped my credit card for a payment without asking for permission or tell me what the payment was for. She handed me one room key, did not tell me where my room was or how to get there. The hotel had no A/C, water stains in the ceilings everywhere you looked. Walls were covered in condensation and texture was falling off in many areas. When I walked into the room, there was a nasty musky smell. Poor lighting did not help either. The bed was not made properly which made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly. I immediately turned around and went to the lobby to demand a cancellation and refund. The lady at the front desk was still on the phone and told me she could not do anything. I demanded the Name, Contact Number and Email to the Hotel Management and the lady at the front acted like she had no information for me. She gave me the phone number the front desk and told me again she had no other information. After multiple questions she finally gave me an email I could try to reach out to. This hotel is poorly maintained and does not match what was advertised. I would appreciate someone contact me ASAP to discuss retribution. I had to book at a different hotel last minute in order to have a safe, clean place to stay.

We entered to check in at 5:21p. The lobby was hot and humid and no one was there. Walked the halls and yelled a few times to get anyone’s attention, after waiting 19 minutes. I called the hotel hoping someone would answer from another room and no. Finally someone came out and checked us in. Headed to the room and the elevator and common areas were hot and humid. Only a/c was a blower unit at the front desk. The room was also hot, a/c unit was blowing hot air even at 62°. When it cut on and off it sounded like a truck driving thru the room. We woke up sweaty and very disappointed at the horrible nights sleep we got. This is our second stay here and our last.

Took 30 minutes for the clerk to come to the desk for a late check in. No a/c on floors or reception only in rooms, bathtub and curtains moldy. Used to be a good hotel, I don’t know what happened with it.

I drove almost 4 hours and arrived after 1am, went to check in and was told by the lady at the front desk that check ins for the night are closed and they are not 24 hours. I did noy realize this as I booked the day-of online on Expedia just trying to find somewhere to stay last minute so I could visit someone in the hospital. If that is the policy then I get it, but I always check in well after midnight frequently at other hotels and never have a problem. If thats the case they should call the customer who has already paid and let them know or allow them a refund. Thankfully, after i plead with her, she did allow me to stay in the room I had already paid for, but I overheard someone on the phone in the lobby the next day who sounded like she had the same thing happen to her and she wasn't as lucky. The room was extremely outdated and felt dirty. The furniture was all torn up like a jaguar was in there. They didn't even provide soap of any kind in the bathroom for washing my hands! Not even a bar of soap! I couldn't believe it. And there was no way of purchasing any snacks or water because the "gift shop was closed". They didn't even have a vending machine or anything. So I had to go to the gas station across the street. When I laid down to sleep at about 3am finally, a guy in another room was yelling loudly. When I checked out, the receptionist couldn't even give me a printed receipt and said I had to go through Expedia to get one... terrible experience.

We've stayed at this hotel before, it's very nice, clean, comfortable ECT, the problem lies with the fact that there are no employees present overnight should your a/c breakdown, the place catch on fire or like us you misplaced your room key and had to sleep in our car ( in Florida) overnight, the security couldn't even reach anyone, couldn't even get anyone to answer the corporate phone . Then when an employee did finally come at a little after eight in the morning ( yes 8am so no breakfast available either) we were informed there was nothing they could do about it and took nearly 20 min to make a card so we could gain access to our medications and clothes.

I stayed hear on a beach trip and was very pleased. It's close to the beach and has restaurants by the hotel. There are also grocery stores nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our king room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Property was easily accessible, and VERY clean. Front staff was GREAT. No coffee in AM except for in the room. It says single cup Dunkin Donuts coffee, BUT when you make it the coffee comes out brown and "tasteless". I thew it out. We packed up to go get breakfast but nothing local. Nearest location was McD 3 miles away.

Air-conditioner was not working anywhere except our room , which i was thankful. Old and outdated inside. Resturant was closed, permanently. Staff was helpful and gave us more pillows and a chair we asked for. Location was nice.

The staff that we spoke with were great! The first room we got had no bathroom light and no bulbs were available to replace the broken ones so we were moved to another room. The second room had no toiletries and a chair that was falling apart. The pool and hot tub were both dirty. The restaurant is not open but still has a sign for $7.99 breakfast.

Looks can be very deceiving! This hotel looks great on the outside and even the lobby area is nice. It's when you get off the elevator that it all goes wrong. The carpet in the hallways is buckling and dirty. I was on the fourth floor and there was spackle on most of the walls (not sure if they were getting ready to fix and repaint). The carpet in the room was just as bad, and the furniture looked like it had been picked up off the side of the road, it was dirty and ripped. The hot tub was very dirty and cold. The restaurant was permanently closed.

Chicken was slow and unfriendly. Room was clean but a few hangars left on the floor and the occasional chair in bad shape. Needs recovering or replacement. No do not disturb tag. Restaurant closed. Snack room that disclaims open until 12am was locked and the desk clerc was snarky, telling emphatically she was working with a check-in and I would have to it four 20 minutes. Wifi password did not work and I was told I could work in the lobby if I liked. I did not like.

Hotel has been partialy renovated and it really isn't up for guests yet. No breakfast, pool closed, main hotel AC was being repaired. Nice comfy beds. Left at dawn .

Hotel renovations stop at the lobby but the rooms are clean. Pool area is nice but the hot tub was broken. Hote has direct tv but it buffered every 15 minutes. No breakfast and the restaurant didn’t seem like it was operating atleast it wasn’t during my three day stay.

While this hotel looked promising from the outside, its interior was very "motel." The elevators were dirty, and the rooms did not look nearly as nice as the pictures. No one made up the room or brought new towels, and it lacked basic amenities like lotion and a blow-dryer. On the upside, it's in a decent location, close to the college and the Naval base, with plenty of restaurants and a movie theater in the immediate area.

I had to work late and got caught in traffic. By the time I arrived, nobody would let me in. The security guard couldn't have been less helpful and nobody seemed to care that I paid for a night and was unable to get a room, much less a refund. Avoid this place like the actual plague.

100 degrees in the lobby and throughout the hallways. Lady at the front desk was rude as hell, probably because she was burning up. Should’ve been a sign when I pulled in the parking lot and it was completely empty at 7:30 in the evening. When the lady at the front desk was asked if there are any other guests staying at the hotel, her response was “yeah, they’re out minding their own business…” Beds were pretty warn out but at least the a/c in the room somewhat worked… definitely won’t stay again.
