Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel by IHG

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and staff were friendly. It was really quiet and not loud like other hotels. They did have breakfast but when we checked in the lady didn’t let us know that our reservation didn’t come with breakfast so we at elsewhere. They also charged for parking. The refrigerator didn’t work in the room and the ice maker on our floor wasn’t working. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves. We probably won’t stay here again because of the breakfast and I don’t think we should have to pay extra as some hotels have complementary breakfast for around the same price. They wanted to charge almost $27 for each person.

The bed was very comfortable and the room super clean

Very old hotel. Needs a wrecking ball. Not a staff issue. Not worth what they are charging. Staff is nice and accommodative they deserve better surroundings.

No body wash in the shower... The body wash container was filled with conditioner or something...

Pretty run down for 4 star hotel. No travel bassinet even though call in advanced and was assured one. AC was out in our room had to get another one
