The hotel wasn’t too bad for the price. The breakfast was good and delicious, with a nice variety of food and fruits. However, the rooms, hallways, and even the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We stayed there for one week, and on two days they didn’t clean our room. When we came back in the evening, the beds were not made and the towels hadn’t been changed. I complained to the staff, but they only said “sorry.” Also, none of the staff spoke English — they just used a translation app on their phones to communicate with us.I asked them for the tourist attraction information, they gave me a printed paper just in Chinese language!!!
