Es war ein perfekter Zwischenstopp. Das Hotel liegt am Hang mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir hatten ein Arvenzimmer. Der Empfang von einem jungen Mann war super. Er erklärte und die Umgebung, das Hotel und bekamen ein Begrüßunggetränk. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielfältig. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenso top. Nur der Pool müsste mal gesäubert werden. Hier sind Schimmel oder Algen vorhanden, trotzdem kann man hineingehen und den Blick über den See genießen. Wir kommen wieder.

룸에서 아름다운 호수를 내려다볼 수 있습니다. 호텔 수영장이 넓고 선베드가 많아서 여유있게 즐길 수 있고, 어린 아이가 있다면 바로 건너편의 Lido 수영장도 할인 쿠폰을 받아서 이용할 수 있습니다. 저녁에는 호텔 레스토랑을 이용할 것을 추천합니다. 음식도 아주 훌륭하고 베기스 지역의 선셋을 보면서 식사할 수 있습니다. 호텔 주차장이 넓은 편이고, 미리 요청하면 리기산으로 올라가는 케이블카가 출발하는 베기스 역까지 셔틀 서비스를 제공하기도 합니다. 직원들이 모두 아주 친절하고 프렌들리해서 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

Wir würden wieder kommen. Uns hat vor allem der grosse Wellness Bereich gefallen. Pool innen ist eher klein, Pool aussen ist relativ gross und man hat eine super Aussicht auf den See. Unser Zimmer (Arven Zimmer) ist etwas kleiner als vorgestellt. Grund hierfür ist das in der Mitte des Zimmers eine Art Reduit hat wo sich auch der Safe befindet. Die Idee dies zu separieren ist nicht schlecht aber das Zimmer ist dadurch gefühlt kleiner. Bad und Balkon sind grosszügig. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne zum duschen was auch nicht ideal ist. Für ein Wochenende aber trotzdem gut und wie gesagt, der Balkon und die Aussicht macht einiges wett :-) Essen (morgen und Abend) war sehr gut.

Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Das Hotel scheint kaum 4* zu verdienen, jedenfalls, was die Zimmer anbetrifft. Der Eingangsbereich sowie die Terrasse und der Gartenbereich sind sehr schön, aber die Zimmer sind im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis doch sehr überteuert. Das Bett war mit einer sehr dünnen Matratze und schietschend sehr unbequem und allgemein wirkte unser Zimmer alt, gebraucht und erneuerungsbedürftig. Lage und Aussicht des Seezimmers hingegen sind sehr schön. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.

The stay was great and the staff was fantastic in accommodating us after Delta lost our luggage for several days. Roy at the front desk went out of his way to help us with only the clothes we were wearing. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Only downfall is the property has no A/C. Being from the U.S. in particular Tampa, Florida it’s hard to sleep without A/C. The room can get quite hot, so be prepared. Aside from that everything else was great.

Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too.

The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player

Absolutely the perfect place to completely switch off from everything. Staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay so delightful, from the lovely breakfast ladies and the drivers who picked us up and dropped us wherever we wanted to the reception and housekeeping staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for the best experience in a beautiful place!

Absolutely the perfect place to completely switch off from everything. Staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay so delightful, from the lovely breakfast ladies and the drivers who picked us up and dropped us wherever we wanted to the reception and housekeeping staff. Great place to stay with an amazing view of the lake. The staff was super kind and helpful. It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too.

The hotel itself is an older hotel with a beautiful location on lake Lucerne. The staff was fabulous. The check in desk assisted us with everything. The restaurant servers were exceptional. Especially in making sure my husband had the best single malt whisky. The food was some of the best of our entire trip. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed the piano player

The view is amazing! And the breakfast was nice. But huge downsides for us were zero A/C and the road out to the hotel us a obe lane extremely taxing drive. If you happen to be staying when it was a little colder outsude not summer maybe the heat in the room may bit bother you. But the drive in is rough

A little bit off the beaten path in Weggis, but a lovely area and fun to explore. Hotel has many nice amenities including access to the beach club across the street, bikes to use, piano player at dinner, excellent breakfast and food overall. Beautiful scenery that you can enjoy from your balcony. Tip: use the boat or train/bus to get there— Uber/taxi is expensive. Boat is about 40 minutes.

The stay was great and the staff was fantastic in accommodating us after Delta lost our luggage for several days. Roy at the front desk went out of his way to help us with only the clothes we were wearing. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Only downfall is the property has no A/C. Being from the U.S. in particular Tampa, Florida it’s hard to sleep without A/C. The room can get quite hot, so be prepared. Aside from that everything else was great.

Wir würden wieder kommen. Uns hat vor allem der grosse Wellness Bereich gefallen. Pool innen ist eher klein, Pool aussen ist relativ gross und man hat eine super Aussicht auf den See. Unser Zimmer (Arven Zimmer) ist etwas kleiner als vorgestellt. Grund hierfür ist das in der Mitte des Zimmers eine Art Reduit hat wo sich auch der Safe befindet. Die Idee dies zu separieren ist nicht schlecht aber das Zimmer ist dadurch gefühlt kleiner. Bad und Balkon sind grosszügig. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne zum duschen was auch nicht ideal ist. Für ein Wochenende aber trotzdem gut und wie gesagt, der Balkon und die Aussicht macht einiges wett :-) Essen (morgen und Abend) war sehr gut.

Spectacular view of the lake from the pool. Spa and pool were wonderful and not crowded, so it was very peaceful and relaxing and loved that there were waterbeds available to rest on. The meals were delicious, too. Friendly and helpful staff.

Where to start? The view across the lake was a wonderful. And the staff! They were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They took the time to provide little extras at breakfast or helping to suggest local activities. Next the breakfast was wonderful too. Fresh cheezes, bread, eggs, well seasoned bacon, fresh fruits and pastries made for a scrumptious meal. The pool though small, had an amazing feature that I wasn't expecting; hydro foot massage! After a long day hiking my feet were completely restored. Then I hung out in the spa for a while. The spa was time well spent. The surrounding town of Weggis was quiet and totally Swiss. And the staff (Victor) was happy to take us via a courtesy shuttle to and from the local boat station. He, like all the others bend over backwards to be helpful and kind. Oh...and in the evenings there was life piano music down in the restaurant. All around a great experience that I would do all over again next year. Stay here, you'll love it!

Third stay here and still just as satisfied with the hotel, the staff, the food, and the kindness of the owners. Only one downside however: Hotels.com should have warned me that major construction work would be underway during this period. There is a crane installed directly in front of the lake, so I wouldn't have paid for a lake-view room.
