This hotel is right behind the Kasbah, it is easy to walk around & enjoy the area. The staff were very helpful and nice. The view from the roof is amazing. The room was modern, quiet & worked well for us.

The hotel was amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop seating overlooking the city. We were greeted with the most delicious mint tea to sip on upon our arrival and got to enjoy it from the rooftop. The room with the balcony was also a delightful view and was our own private oasis. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff, in particular the man that greeted us at the door when checking-in and the staff at the breakfast terrace. Lovely terrace with one of the best views of the village. Great rooms with a private terrace and Mountain View from the windows, you can see the Spanish Mosque from the view.

Great hotel in the heart of medina , new hotel built a few years ago , rooms are very comfortable , breakfast is very good , roof terrace is amazing . Staff are very friendly and accommodating , help with any questions related to city or near by places , walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and about 15 min walk to ras Elmaa water falls which is a great place to explore , and you can walk further up to the Spanish mosque after the water fall . CTM bus station is about 20 min walk (downhill from the hotel) or 5 min by taxi .. overall great hotel and staff, highly recommended

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are smart and clean and have everything you need. Unfortanetly despite requesting a quiet room, I was put in one which made it sound like I was sleeping on a very busy street, with barking dogs, tooting cars and people talking and yahooing until the early morning. This was compounded by the terrible smell eminating from the bathroom, which I now note, is mentioned by a number of reviews. I complained straight after check in but was told by a defiant unhelpful young guy that the place was fully booked for both days of my stay and there was nothing that could be done. Thankfully Hind, on reception in the morning when I was about to check out early, saved the day and moved me to a higher floor, that was quiet and did not have a stench coming from the bathroom. Hind was very helpful and professional, as were 70 per cent of staff. It was let down by a couple who werent. I also must commend the delicious chinese food in the restaurant, which made up for an average but free breakfast. After very few hours sleep, I was about to

The Vancii is in a fantastic location close to the Medina with an easy walk to get there. However the ‘superior’ room we booked the TV wasn’t working & there was no fridge to keep drinks cold. When staff were approached about these issues they assured that the TV would be fixed & a fridge would be provided. Unfortunately the most important of these requests was ignored! The chose to fix the TV & not provide the fridge as promised! If I stayed again I will be making sure the room allocated has all the amenities advertised & that they are all working!

Property was centrally located in the heart of Chefchaouen and easy accessible for taxi pickup. The terrace was great on top of the hotel offering panoramic views - just at night, the terrace is public to all and you need to pay for a drink to be able to stay which wasn’t clearly indicated. The room was pretty basic but clean. Unfortunately, there was major construction next door and was heard all day into our room making it less relaxing for napping.

Excellent stay! I came with my brother and 2 sisters and had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast. Staff was outstanding. Especially Mohamed, the manger of the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back.

The worst hotel which I ever stay. Me and my friend arrive to hotel room was super hot and air conditioning wasn't work just give a air blast without anything cold i wait in the room 2 hours but the temperature wasn't drop so i went to reception and they try to do something about but finally they cant so they offer me a lover standard room which has the same issue. At the end a book another hotel in same city, contacted hotels.com for refund byt they call them many times and they send couple of emails but they not respond at all to them.

The hotel was amazing. We enjoyed the rooftop seating overlooking the city. We were greeted with the most delicious mint tea to sip on upon our arrival and got to enjoy it from the rooftop. The room with the balcony was also a delightful view and was our own private oasis. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options and the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are smart and clean and have everything you need. Unfortanetly despite requesting a quiet room, I was put in one which made it sound like I was sleeping on a very busy street, with barking dogs, tooting cars and people talking and yahooing until the early morning. This was compounded by the terrible smell eminating from the bathroom, which I now note, is mentioned by a number of reviews. I complained straight after check in but was told by a defiant unhelpful young guy that the place was fully booked for both days of my stay and there was nothing that could be done. Thankfully Hind, on reception in the morning when I was about to check out early, saved the day and moved me to a higher floor, that was quiet and did not have a stench coming from the bathroom. Hind was very helpful and professional, as were 70 per cent of staff. It was let down by a couple who werent. While the accommodation itself was satisfactory, my overall experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the reception team.I believe it is essential for the management of the Hotel to address the training and conduct of their reception team. Guests deserve a welcoming and helpful reception, which was regrettably absent during my stay.

This hotel is right behind the Kasbah, it is easy to walk around & enjoy the area. The staff were very helpful and nice. The view from the roof is amazing. The room was modern, quiet & worked well for us.

A lovely Moroccan hotel very close to the main plaza and with nice views across the valley. The staff were super friendly and helpful and while not exactly luxury, much care had gone in to the aesthetics of the property. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in the heart of medina , new hotel built a few years ago , rooms are very comfortable , breakfast is very good , roof terrace is amazing . Staff are very friendly and accommodating , help with any questions related to city or near by places , walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops and about 15 min walk to ras Elmaa water falls which is a great place to explore , and you can walk further up to the Spanish mosque after the water fall . CTM bus station is about 20 min walk (downhill from the hotel) or 5 min by taxi .. overall great hotel and staff, highly recommended

Nuevo hotel muy recomendable para visitar Chefchauen con excelente ubicación para explorar las calles. Muy buena vista desde la habitación y desde el último piso. Atención excelente por todo el staff. Cerca de pequeños restaurantes y con algunos lugares de estacionamiento en la calle.

Excellent stay! I came with my brother and 2 sisters and had a great time! Comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast. Staff was outstanding. Especially Mohamed, the manger of the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back.

This was an okay hotel, it is clean and the team is very kind and welcoming. It is a functional space rather than a place of beauty. The walls need painting - but as I say it's very clean and therefore the lack of attractive features mean it's an okay place to stay.
