If you want to get no sleep and be watching out the window every second, go ahead and stay at this Motel. It's the absolute ugliest dirtiest nastiest Motel I have ever stayed at. I literally scrub myself with bleach after I left there never again.. do not stay here!!!!

Not clean, pillows disintegrating, toilet did not flush and promised repair person never showed up. Asked for another room, was told no other rooms available even though it was a slow night and there were only a few cars parked outside. The worst: my husband's car's front licence plate was stolen during the night (Gone when we put our luggage into our car in the morning). Avoid this place!

We saw 3 roaches in our room on the night of our stay, unfortunately, Also, the shower floor was dirty with old brown stains. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The pictures don't always tell the truth.

Old looking old things on the channel dirty towels filthy towels actually I asked one of the staff if I can have more she told me no I asked again hours later and security guard gave me some they thought that I was trying to steal them I've been a lot of places and this by far takes the Cake

Once you get there the sign only says Inn no Suite the first room was dusty and the sheets were dirty, they moved us to another room only one light would work, the pillow cases and towels and wash clothes were dirty looking it looks like they wash their white laundry with no bleach

At least I had a Room to rest and take a shower! I don’t like dirty bedsheets and dirty and cheap bathroom towels and the sofa very dirty! I have to pay a deposit of $40 dollars even when I bought insurance with Expedia. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The place was horrible, duty, nasty. Looks like they picked up the beds from the trash. The room had a terrible other coming out from the small fridge. Towels were duty and old they where ripped and duty. I only when in and were there maybe 10 minutes and left

The bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained, we couldn’t sleep in them. The bed heads were dusty and bathroom towels had brown marks so we weren’t sure if they were clean.

AVOID this hotel! Their description states 24 hour lobby, however after arriving there was no one available to check us in. We waited quite a while and contacted hotels.com for assistance. Their calls were also unanswered. By the time we gave up and left there were others also unable to check in. Despite their false advertising of their services and our inability to access what we had paid for, they refused to allow hotels.com to grant a refund by simply ignoring all of their requests for contact. Terrible! Wish I could give zero stars

1. Waited 15 minutes for the check-in person (even though sign on the counter said "Be back in 5 minutes). Checked in by the most unpleasant "customer service" person - no smiles, no eye contact, grunts for language, audible sighs etc...just bad. 2. Blood on pillows - need I say more? 3. Cigarette smoking pillow deliverer. Yup, asked for a new pillow and it was delivered by someone smoking. Door gets opened, huge cloud of smoke gets sucked into the room!! 4. Front desk in the morning - no apology - just that, "housekeeping is going to get reamed."

I just wanted a place to sleep 4 hours, maybe for other people is okay but I would rather sleep in my car, super dirty, sink was dirty, I had to open the water for the toilet bc it was closed, people screaming outside. Clean sheets but a hole of cigarette burn on the sheet. Felt unsafe.

The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. He did check the rooms to make sure we had what we needed. There was no toilet paper, so he got that and the standard toiletries. However, there was no trash can for the trash bags he brought. The mini-fridge had rusted shelves. The extra slide lock was missing the bolt piece it connects to. The smoke detector was missing. Our toilet didn't flush. It is a standing shower with the showerhead above the curtain. There was a cop constantly circling the area, lights included, had someone on the ground, came up on my husband getting something out of the truck. It's evident there are long-term people by the cars and work boots outside. It did not feel safe, but of course the desk clerk says it is. It is a 24/7 desk clerk. I guess you get what you pay for?

Staff came to our room & knocked on the door 30 minutes before check out to confirm we were checking on on time. Very unnecessary, it wasnt 11 AM yet. The electronic key stopped working too, would've been very inconvenient if we had accidently locked ourselves out, carrying bags to the car.

This hotel is completely disgusting!! Our bed sheets were stained, towels had stains of blood and had bed bugs, the fridge had mold!!! Hotels.com couldn’t help us with our refund because the manager of the hotel said our room was clean and made horrible accusations against my husband!! DO NOT STAY!!

The wasn’t cleaned I pulled the blanket back and the sheets had semon all on it. There was roaches. The room needed to have the carpet cleaned the towels were supposed to be white the were brown. This place should be removed from the app. I had to file a complaint with the county
