Why does Hotels.com have these types of nasty places on their site? Do you just hate your customers… that pay a lot of money to use this service? Upon arrival and unloading my things, I was approached by a crack head literally asking for a spoon… for “cereal”. There were 3 used tires laying directly in front of our door so we couldn’t even enter safely. It is so gross and infested with roaches! Do not take your stuff in or they will hitch a ride home. I seriously cannot believe this place is still operating. Of course it’s mainly used for people LIVING there! People have their kids around this filth. Take it how you want but I think Hotels.com should just let this one go.

Asked for a downstairs room upon arrival and there weren't any available except the one the heat didn't work in. Gladly accepted that one---it was so nice to park right in front of the door and also be close to the lobby! Staff was super helpful!

Nice budget motel in a quite location, yet near many restaurants. Pet friendly with nice grass areas around the entire motel. Clean, nice size rooms with refrigerator and microwave.

It was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had in North Louisiana. Only thing I could complain about was both vending machines I used didn’t dispense my drink so that was $4 I lost out on but I know that’s not on Motel 6 in itself. Really comfortable place and enjoyed my stay.

Sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed hair in the bed, on the walls in the bathroom. Boogers in the shower on the wall. No clean towels everything was stained and dirty. Floors looked like they weren’t swept mud piles everywhere

My stay was not the best my room was not clean I had to go get my own cleaning supplies from Walmart to clean my room the ac did not work properly it was set on 60and the room felt like it was 75-80degrees saw a few roaches and some of the floor panel was coming off the wall and it just was not a great stay I was so disappointed I had a reservation in October I canceled it I will not be back

Needs a remodel. We had a hole in the wall in the bathroom was not big but was there. The black piece around the floor was falling off the wall. The wall was patched like i understand ppl damage think but atleast make it look better. The tub didnt have a stopper so thank goodnes i didnt want to take a bath.. the air conditioner was terrible. My husband is normally cold but he was hot sleeping in there.. i wanted to by a fan.

The first older lady i met at the office when checking in was a little rude about me interupting her smoke break, but the man that took my keycard during checkout was nice. The room had a broken toilet handle, damage on the walls, a broken latch on the door, and the bed was a little more than stiff, but it was quiet and didnt smell bad or anything. My room was only 51 dollars for the night as well which is really cheap for the area so honestly nothing i couldnt overlook. Over I'd say it was a descent enough experience for the money.

Would never stay here again, check in should have been a reg flag to leave. The lady didn’t acknowledge us and was on her personal phone making a phone call. We got the room and there were stains on the counter and fridge and crayon on the door and wall. Bed was rock hard and tv didn’t work. Parking lot was in very rough conditions as well with a smell of weed. Only thing we enjoyed was the shower with hot water.

Upon arrive we were not greeted. The friend desk was not helpful. We paid for a non-smoking room and it had a horrible smell of smoke. The toilet did not flush. Attempted to call the front desk from the phone and it had no wires meaning it was not connected to the wall or itself. Maintenance came removed the lip of the toilet and showed us how we had to lift it with the flush. the next morning, at check out once again, not greeted when I entered the office.

I had gotten to the hotel around 1:30 pm after driving through the night hoping for an early check in. The room I was initially put in wasn't ready yet but the front desk person was able to put me in a different room. Room was basic as most Motel 6 are and suited my needs just fine. Will definitely look into this Motel 6 again if I stay in Monroe.

I loved the service I got at the front desk. She made my stay very quick and easy. I wanted to change rooms and she was so polite and helpful with me doing that. Then I locked myself out my room and she was so polite and awesome getting me another copy of my room key. My room was clean and quiet. I enjoyed myself

I definitely would not stay here. In fact i did not stay i left and went to stay some where else. I was put in a room (nosmoking) that smelled of pot. There was a man sleeping in his very broken down vehicle right outside my room. There was a tire just randomly in the parking lot. Very sketchy to say the least......i will attach pictures of the unclean room....

Terrible conditions. Prostitutes hanging around outside and witnessed a drug deal as i was trying to get into room. The room was 2 inchws thick of dust bedding had cigarettes burns all on it the sheets looked as if they hadnt been washed in 6 months the towels for bathroom were dirty yellow and dingy looking and the room was not fresh at all it absolutely stunck

It was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had in North Louisiana. Only thing I could complain about was both vending machines I used didn’t dispense my drink so that was $4 I lost out on but I know that’s not on Motel 6 in itself. Really comfortable place and enjoyed my stay.

The room was horrible had holes and mold on the ceiling and walls. I wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone! The people obviously don’t care about the rooms or the customers!

Terrible decision to try to stay here. No refrigerator in the room. Went to office and First Lady said she’d move me. Went to get my stuff out of the room and by the time I got back to office there was a Second Lady. She proceeded to harshly tell me they were almost sold out and couldn’t move me but said they’d bring me one, but it never came. So I had to move all my stuff back into the room I had just taken all my stuff out of. And for being almost sold out the parking lot was not full so I’m sure that wasn’t true. None of the ice machines worked. Cigarette burn all over the edge of the tub. AC would only get the room to probably 75 degrees even when set on 60 degrees. Smoke detector was laying an a counter not connected. Random 9V battery on the counter. I will never stay here again.

My stay at Motel 6 in Monroe, Louisiana, was extremely disappointing. The entire property was dirty, with trash, beer bottles, cigarette butts, and other debris scattered throughout the grounds. I asked the front desk for clean towels, but the employee told me they could not leave the desk because they were the only person working. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the towels and other basic supplies were never restocked. I also saw roaches in the room repeatedly. The room and property felt so unsanitary that I eventually had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. This location needs major improvements in housekeeping, pest control, staffing, and overall property maintenance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
