Allt var väldigt bra. Ligger mitt i stan. Bra restaurang, caffe och framförallt alla som jobbar i hotellet. Väldigt behjälpliga med allt du behöver. Rekomenderas varmt.

Wenn man im Zimmer genau geschaut hat,war es etwas staubig im Bad. Am 2.Tag beim Frühstück war das Service nicht so gut wie am Vortag.Frühstück selbst war wirklich gut. Der Spa Bereich im Grand Hotel war fein. In unserem Zimmer (Gallery) hat ein Stab gefehlt um die Raffstores von den Dachfenstern zu schließen.So war es sehr hell um zu schlafen.

Not only is this a beautiful hotel with well maintained rooms in the best location in old town but the staff made it that much better. I have to say Anet and Karla who was welcoming and incredible helpful at the front desk with staff member Christian . Were three of the best hotel staff I ever met. Hotels are not just brick and mortar, they are part of an experience and the experience We had was delightful. Highly recommended
