MainStay Suites Williston

I called 701-850-8074 to request a late check out on May 13th @ 5:44pm, I was rudely awakened by house keeping at 10:45am, then the manager at 11:15am on 5/14/26 demanding i leave. I said I contacted support and she said the number i dialed was a call center who doesnt send the calls to the front desk. Either way I called, I dont lie about stuff like this. But it is extremely unprofessional to wake up and demand i leave. I have 0 reasons to lie and needed that extra hr to sleep since I wk nights. The manager had 0 grace, 0 customer svc. Said the hotel was booked and I needed to be out. I want someone in upper management to address this. Its absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. The front desk woman i talked to was there as well. Wouldn't make eye contact with me either. (Sus)!! Mistakes happen, dont treat me like a piece of trash because your incompetent staff cant do their job. Thats disgraceful. I ended up calling customer service (guest relations), they said they could see my request in there system. So clearly I called. Do a better job at your job. This hotel was rude, incompetent and was everything but helpful. Will not be spending money here again

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was hot and good. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was good,,Room was clean,Staff was friendly , Air conditioner was quiet. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel; especially for the price-point. Friendly personnel. Nice to have breakfast included. Liked the club room; we used it in the afternoon/evening for family time (games, etc.). Rooms are huge and like the kitchenette feature. Great for cooking or leftovers. Only minor issue was slightly dirty hallway on our floor. I mentioned it and they said they were short staffed for housekeeping. Not a huge deal; things happen; rooms and other areas were clean. Would recommend.

Although the room was clean where it counts most (bed, sheets, bathroom, kitchen), the hotel seriously lacks attention to details - even large details. The remote control was filthy - like, really gross. I am not sure when the hallways, stairwells, and elevator had been cleaned, either. It is just unsettling that when you see things that should be clean and are not, it makes you wonder where else they cut corners. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows are not. The location is great and it is quiet for being in a busy area, but we will not be returning.
