Room was not clean Lobby Bathroom was plugged No extra blankets in room Mopping with a towel (housekeeping) Front desk not professional dressed

Amazing rooms and great value!

Things were good until we tried to extend our stay. On Friday I thought I booked another night. When Sunday came around which was our original day to check out the staff member came pounding on our door and said we need to get out as we are late to check out. I was not there and my wife was rudely treated and packed up quickly and before I got her message and call the hotel she had checked out. The person at the front desk said she left and they found that I had booked an extra day but that didn’t mean everything was right. We will not stay there again.

The breakfast is great and the staff were very helpful

The only negative comment is poor mattresses
