The property is nice, room great, realize some work being done on bldg. Staff was helpful, great for service dog. Issues door lock back door is broken, yes if you arrive at nite finding the proper driveway to get to site is difficult - needs a better sign at that entrance. Enjoyed the stay. Would say the price is touch high for the area vs Fort Wayne or Ind City. Overall would stay again when travelling to western USA..

The pool at this property is out of service long term. Also, the hot tub has been permanently removed. The hotel should update their internet postings to reflect that these amenities are not available to guests. We chose this property based on these amenities and did not learn that they were unavailable til we had already checked in.

The hotel was easy to find. It was a quick check in process. My room was freezing when I got in but it adjusted quickly. The advertising is a little misleading. The pool is "down" but if you look at it, it's been empty and unused for a while so they don't really have a pool. Also, there is a room next to the pool that looks to be filled with random things but the windows are papered over. I assume that was the "fitness center" that is advertised. If you are looking for either of those things they aren't actually there. The breakfast was a normal hot hotel style bar.

We stayed for 4 days and every night I had to get the room key reprogrammed. The TV gets only 6-8 channels. The room carpeting is dirty. The pool has not been in use for years.

The property looks to be a new acquisition as the walls in the bedroom had spots where newer paint had been applied. There was a small hole in the bathroom door where the main door bangs into it when you enter the room. The pool was closed. The TV only had 5 or 6 channels that were not glitchy. Breakfast was less then desirable. No milk, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Sausage, eggs, and waffels were your only choices.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Staff also does a good job of keeping things clean. Our big disappointment was the fact that having children we picked this location so that my kids could swim. Pool is closed for the foreseeable future it looks like. Also the ice maker on the 2nd floor was completely missing from its connection

Very disappointing The room did not meet expectation of a Comfort Inn, felt like a cheap truck stop motel. The staff was pleasant, the room wasn’t disgusting. Had I paid for a cheap motel room I would have been happy. Tv only played 4 channels, 3 of which were news. Pool was closed. Holes in the walls were vending machines should have been. Hole in the bathroom door, dented and barely working fridge. We set the thermostat to 68, was burning hot, turned down to 66 and it quickly was freezing cold, something definitely not right there. Overall just fell short of expectations, which were not that high to begin. We often stay at comfort inn, never disappointed before.

This hotel is in poor condition. There are air freshening plug ins around the place but they don’t fully mask the smell. The pool is out of order, allegedly for renovations though we never saw anyone working on it despite staying there mid week. The fitness room is likewise out of order due to “renovations”, though it appears to be functioning as a furniture storage closet. The room, like the rest of the hotel had a funky smell, paint peeling in the bathroom, carpet that seems to desperately need cleaning, or better yet, replacement - yuck! The complimentary breakfast was frankly the worst I have ever experienced. Stale cereal, a yogurt machine, that was out of order, dishwater coffee etc. At $170 Canadian for one night, this place is a disgrace and best avoided

My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn last weekend, and we were deeply diappointed. There was mold on the lamp in the room and the shower curtian. The sheets had yellow stains. Plaster was braking off the wall in the bathroom and the shower hardware had rust. The fan in the bathroom was sqeeky and hardly worked. Even the raisin brand at breakfast was stale. Usually we enjoy Comfort Inns, bit this was not one of those times. At least it was a room.

Nice hotel for a quick stop along the highway. The room did smell very musty and had to turn the AC off because it was so loud. However, for a one night stay, it was perfect. Breakfast was good, place was quiet and clean.

The room we stayed in, there were stains on the blankets when we walked into the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t close fully. The was an aroma very strong in the hallways from our room. The only saving grace of this hotel, was the breakfast was good.

The room/bedding was clean, but the shower was revolting. The tub had thick rings of grime and scum, and the tub fixtures were covered in soap scum. None of us braved taking a shower, since it was a one night stay. The sink faucet had a propensity to splatter all over the counter. The humidity in the room was thick, and everything felt damp. Breakfast was average. Front desk staff was pleasant. Beds were so-so comfortable.

Comfortable and quiet room overlooking open fields. Needs a little work but nothing major. Breakfast was good; area was kept clean. Ugalde's restaurant within walking distance is a real plus. Staff was helpful. Maybe a little over-priced. (But what isn't, these days?) I would definitely stay here again.

The only reason I did not do 5 stars is, the place is dated. The faucet and shower head need to be replaced, they did not provide a good stream of water. Drywall tape hanging down in the bathroom. The bed very squeaky. And the ac unit was bipolar to say the least. It would maintain a steady temperature in this particular room. Overall, the staff was truly amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Day or night they were accessible and accommodating. The place overall, very clean and quiet. Pricing was inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. Overall I would stay there again compared to other places in the area.

Honestly most comfortable sleep I’ve had in a hotel. The bed was super soft and the pillows too. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I was travelling with my new puppy and driven from Toronto Canada. We were both so tired, but the room was just what the doctor ordered. This room is Clover approved ♥️

They gave our room away. Had to wait in the hallway while they scrambled to find another room for us. Then they assigned another room that also had someone in it. Finally got into a room with no one in it on the third try.

Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Was able to find my reservation with ease. Overall stay was nice and quiet, which was perfect after a day of driving. Only issue is the limited dining surrounding the hotel and not much is open late.

The air in one of our Rooms didn't work very well. The staff was great. They had to cancel 3 rooms because expedia booked 6 for me.

The air in one of our Rooms didn't work very well. The staff was great. They had to cancel 3 rooms because expedia booked 6 for me.

The property is nice, room great, realize some work being done on bldg. Staff was helpful, great for service dog. Issues door lock back door is broken, yes if you arrive at nite finding the proper driveway to get to site is difficult - needs a better sign at that entrance. Enjoyed the stay. Would say the price is touch high for the area vs Fort Wayne or Ind City. Overall would stay again when travelling to western USA..

Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Was able to find my reservation with ease. Overall stay was nice and quiet, which was perfect after a day of driving. Only issue is the limited dining surrounding the hotel and not much is open late.

Nice place for a quick trip. Just off the highway, clean, and friendly staff. Exacrly what we were looking for. Convenient to our event, and a pleasant stay. While this is an older building, it is clear the staff cares about the place, and their guests.

My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Inn last weekend, and we were deeply diappointed. There was mold on the lamp in the room and the shower curtian. The sheets had yellow stains. Plaster was braking off the wall in the bathroom and the shower hardware had rust. The fan in the bathroom was sqeeky and hardly worked. Even the raisin brand at breakfast was stale. Usually we enjoy Comfort Inns, bit this was not one of those times. At least it was a room.

Nice hotel for a quick stop along the highway. The room did smell very musty and had to turn the AC off because it was so loud. However, for a one night stay, it was perfect. Breakfast was good, place was quiet and clean.

Comfortable and quiet room overlooking open fields. Needs a little work but nothing major. Breakfast was good; area was kept clean. Ugalde's restaurant within walking distance is a real plus. Staff was helpful. Maybe a little over-priced. (But what isn't, these days?) I would definitely stay here again.

The property looks to be a new acquisition as the walls in the bedroom had spots where newer paint had been applied. There was a small hole in the bathroom door where the main door bangs into it when you enter the room. The pool was closed. The TV only had 5 or 6 channels that were not glitchy. Breakfast was less then desirable. No milk, yogurt, or fresh fruit. Sausage, eggs, and waffels were your only choices.

Had a quick stay overnight for business trip. Front desk woman was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast was really good as well.

This hotel is in poor condition. There are air freshening plug ins around the place but they don’t fully mask the smell. The pool is out of order, allegedly for renovations though we never saw anyone working on it despite staying there mid week. The fitness room is likewise out of order due to “renovations”, though it appears to be functioning as a furniture storage closet. The room, like the rest of the hotel had a funky smell, paint peeling in the bathroom, carpet that seems to desperately need cleaning, or better yet, replacement - yuck! The complimentary breakfast was frankly the worst I have ever experienced. Stale cereal, a yogurt machine, that was out of order, dishwater coffee etc. At $170 Canadian for one night, this place is a disgrace and best avoided

The hotel is under renovations and many amenities aren’t working. The front desk is being worked out of a side room, the pool is closed, the tv doesn’t work without major playing with it to get just a couple of channels, overall it is pretty rough.

the room was less than average, the cost of the room lead to believe it was more than it was the price was in accordance of other hotels in the area, but the quality was just not there, I expected more from this chain, by the looks of the room and lobby and hallways,I thought I was in a run down Travelodge from another chain, the elevator was pretty much stripped of the carpet and the was only one bolt holding the control panel into the wall, I had originally planned a 2 day stay but I left in the morning and paid for a night I did not even want to use,and went to a different place, if you are looking for one night cover out of a storm and can pay less than $59.00 this might be something you can use.

Construction was going on, had no idea prior… upon arrival staff had to check multiple rooms because none were clean for my stay… when one was prepared the WiFi didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the remote was broken and the shower did not function well… was a let down but I had no other option but to stay.

Room was not real clean and the next morning we noticed that old towels were hanging in the closet. Yuck. Breakfast was terrible and sparse. Construction was going on so we had different entrance and the elevator was filthy. Luckily we only had the night and the beds were clean and comfortable

The parking lot is a mess. Dodging potholes before even getting to a parking spot. They were under construction, so I will give the benefit of a doubt. The temporary office was a side door that led to a messy room. I rang the buzzer 3 times while waiting 15 minutes for someone to come check me in. No one ever came. I cancelled my reservation and went down the road to the Best Western for the same cost and way better quality of a stay.
