On a eu un problème de stationnement puisque les gens étaient mal stationnés. Heureusement un membre du personnel nous a dépanné. Si c'est une chambre deluxe, je n'ose imaginer les autres chambres.

This was a great stay for the one night especially where breakfast was included. Only downside is that there is no elevator, but the front desk clerk, Gilles, was very friendly and kind and carried our heavy bag up the stairs for us even though we said we could manage.

Aucune ascenseur, dans le cas de mon conjoint, difficulté de marcher , à notre arrivée, notre chambre était pas prête et la salle de bain avait des perces oreilles et , ils ont dû faire le manage de la chambre pour que nous punissions nous installer et , je peux vous dire faire une chambre en moins de 15 minutes sa en dit long . Excusez moi , mais très déçu de mon séjour, je le déconseille! Si c’est toujours ainsi je leurs donnes pas long feux à cette entreprise, si c’est par manque de personnels , ben régler le problème!

Have been staying at this chain of hotel for many years in a row. This time i found it to be not the greatest experience. Carpets were muddy, there was tape on the stairs heading up to second floor. Kids running up and down the hallways close to midnight.

Le stationnement est bizarre lorsque l'ont a une chambre au deuxieme étage la demande pour avoir un réveil le matin n'a pas fontionnée et ce durant les 2 nuits ca semblait ne pas déranger la personne a la réception Je lui ai spécifier de vérifier pour que les autres clients n'ai pas le meme probleme A suivre

The property was very clean buy there was no elevator for the second floor rooms. We did not have a hair dryer in our room. We had to park out back and drag suitcased in from there.

Comfort inn chicoutimi. Room 231 needs repairs. Chair ripped, rug worned. Refriferator not dusted and to top these, on second day stay, we returned back to our room 8 oclock, only to see the room was never cleaned. That was a real disappointment. We didnt get whst we expected for the cosr we had to pay. We've always stay at comfort inn when we go to Quebec. We are not planning to return to comfort inn. Denise Abbott

Worst confort inn stay yet. Room wasn't clean during my 2 days stay. Conditions outside were unsafe, took a major fall getting out of the back door. Reported the condition to the front desk to be told that "the guy" doing snow removal had been by and there was nothing he could do. No way to report unsafe conditions on their website and manager would only be back on Monday...Too stupid to ask someone to put salr or sand in front of the door or do it himself. That was my last stay there for sure. Worst part was that the ice build-up was just in front of the door, rest of walkway was clear. Extremely unhappy customer, luckily I didn't break anything but saw stars for a while while laying down on the cement walkway.

Séjour très déplaisant, propreté très déficiente même après l’avoir mentionner 4 fois rien n’a été fait aucun nettoyage pendant 3 jours et la chambres très mal propre à notre arrivé. Le commis a notre départ a été très compréhensif et donné un rabais d’une journée. Seul point positif, ne recommencerait pas à personne.

Non recommandable. Je suis arrivée et on m’as donné les clés d’une chambre pas nettoyée. Ils ont envoyé un préposé d’entretien et j’ai remarqué qu’ils ne changeaient pas les draps, ils font que replacer les couvertures. Je me suis plaints à l’accueil et ils m’ont juste répondu qu’il va envoyer quelqu’un changer les draps. Finalement j’ai fait les lits moi-même.

Carpets seemed to be very dirty. There was a moldy, damp smell in the lobby and even in the room. The mattress seemed to have thinned from years of use, I could feel the metal spring pressing on the body. Not worth what we paid for at all.

La chambre était vraiment pas propre, des cheveux sur la couette et dans les draps, le sofa plein poile d animaux, serviettes déchirées dans la salle de bain, tapis taché et odeurs , je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel !! Besoin de beaucoup de rénovation!!

The room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the quality body lotion and hot shower. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking but the room was well setup. The breakfast was excellent. I found it quite pricy but I’m leaving satisfied with the quality of the service.

Pour ce prix, je me serais attendu a un hotel de plus haut standard. Malheureusement, on est resté dans le meme decor habituel mais avec un acoustique de type motel bas de gamme. Serieusement, entendre le couple discuté jusqu'à meme avec la tele ouverte et je vous garantie qu'il n'y avait pas de chicane de couple. Seulement un mauvais acoustique...une premiere et dernière fois pour moi a cet endroit.

Hôtel bien situé proche de toutes les commodités (boutiques, restauration...) et à quelques minutes de voiture du centre ville. Accueil rapide et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée (frigo micro-ondes...). Literie confortable. Wifi fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner inclus varié (sucré/salé). Personnel compétent, souriant et agréable. Parking gratuit sur place. Le seul bémol pour moi reste l'isolation sonore entre les chambres, qui laisse à désirer. Très bon rapport qualité/prix au final.

Personnel à la rėception aimable et courtois. Manque de stationnement. Nous avons dû stationner chez le commerçant à côté de l’hotel. La propreté laisse vraiment à dėsirer dans la chambre et les escaliers. Aucune femme de chambre n’est passé durant notre court séjour. Nous avons dû descendre à la réception pour avoir réponse à nos besoins. On nous a fait part d’un manque de personnel. Le déjeuner continental était correct.

Came in and was fine when we got to check in we got told our room had been booked with someone else and ended getting a 1 bed hotel room when we were two people we managed but i purposely booked the 2 bed room not to end up in a one bed and still ended up with only one bed

Hôtel bien situé proche de toutes les commodités (boutiques, restauration...) et à quelques minutes de voiture du centre ville. Accueil rapide et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée (frigo micro-ondes...). Literie confortable. Wifi fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner inclus varié (sucré/salé). Personnel compétent, souriant et agréable. Parking gratuit sur place. Le seul bémol pour moi reste l'isolation sonore entre les chambres, qui laisse à désirer. Très bon rapport qualité/prix au final.

Bonne accueil a l’arrivée!!! Bon déjeuner avec horaire adéquat avec employé dévoué a expliqué fonctionnement du gaufrier et à ce qu’il manque de rien et surtout reste propre et bien gérer:-)))j’ai bien apprécié pouvoir avoir mon petit chien et la proximité de tout les services:-))en résumé j’ai adoré mon séjour à la prochaine fois ✌️

Il n'y a pas eu de déjeuner car l'employée n'est pas entré au travail le matin... Le lit est trop ferme, nous avons très mal dormi. C'est propre et au centre ville près de tous les services

The room was clean and comfy. Enjoyed the quality body lotion and hot shower. The bed is a bit too firm for my liking but the room was well setup. The breakfast was excellent. I found it quite pricy but I’m leaving satisfied with the quality of the service.

Room wasn’t clean, breakfast area very small and breakfast itself poor…went to Tim Hortons to compensate. Cost of hotel too high for what you get…very disappointed. Lost my Expedia points on this hotel… ot happy!!

Clean and simple hotel. Perfectly fine if you just want a place to sleep and freshen up. Breakfast is fine (for a free one) but gets crowded on the weekends. Would book again.

Excellent breakfast with staff member replenishing and cleaning up as needed. The best scrambled eggs I have ever had ! I would appreciate real dishes instead of paper and plastic, or at least a way to compost plates, napkins, leftovers etc as well as recycling for yogurt cups etc. The room did have a recycle bins which is excellent. We appreciated that our roo. Was spotless!

Stayed at this location on the way to Tadoussac. Felt we could have stayed another night. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Washroom with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, all necessities. Friendly staff, good service. Excellent breakfast, different bread options, beverages, cooked egg, sausages, grilled potatoes, waffles. and just a lot of breakfast food. Loved our stay at this location

Very disappointing stay. The room was poorly cleaned and felt neglected: the patio door was extremely dirty, there were large brown/red/orange stains on the walls around the patio door, headboard and nightstand, and the room had an unpleasant smell. The carpet also felt unsanitary, especially in a pet-friendly hotel. The A/C did not work, there were no other windows, and the patio door had no screen, so we could not open it. The room quickly became very hot. I specifically paid for a ground-floor patio room so I could park my truck directly outside, unload shopping easily, and stay close to my dog. Staff confirmed that the space in front of our patio door was reserved for our room, but guests from upstairs parked there anyway. The lot was not even one-third full. I complained to the front desk, but they refused to have the vehicles moved and offered no solution or compensation. At 7 a.m., those same guests were loading their vehicle less than a metre from our patio door, talking loudly and waking us and our dog. The grounds were filthy: garbage everywhere, oyster shells in the grass, and hundreds of cigarette butts, making it disgusting to walk my dog. The $40 pet fee for one night was excessive, especially for a hotel this dirty. Breakfast was included, but I did not feel comfortable eating there because of the overall lack of cleanliness. For the price, this hotel was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend it and will never return.
