Very minimal continental breakfast. Pool area is great, but TOO COLD for most adults to use! Only one washer/dryer in this large place, but they dud work great. Nice room.

I liked the lighting of the parking lot and parking. The restaurant was great and the pool area looked nice. It was quiet and the room were nice. The only thing I wished they had were outside locking doors to get into the hotel with your key card.

Quiet and comfortable, but showing its age. The water park and hot tub were closed, which was disappointing. Still, we’d stay there again. Great staff, super friendly!

Pool is closed and it wasn't posted online. Literally the only reason we booked here. Also, I booked a room that was supposed to have a sofa in it and two Queen beds and we just got two queen beds

We were told to park in the back of the property near where the closest entrance would be for our room. Both parking lot lights were out, so we parked further away to feel our car would be safe. Also, no elevators to be found which was an inconvenience.

They made arrangements for my check in and check out with no hassle or issues. I love when I am able to get accommodated when it comes to my kiddos. The only thing I would have liked to know upfront would be that the pool was having issues with the heater. Also if someone would have stayed on the towels more. I had to call and ask for towels once I got out of the pool.

The pool area was good for the kids but they made us pay an additional cash only fee that the manager implemented with a very poor sign. Felt like they were going to pocket the money, not ok. We might return if the fee disappears. The rooms and bedding were poorly cleaned, very young and inexperienced/untrained cleaning staff. Mold and mildew present in the bathroom. Otherwise the Mexican restaurant attached was the highlight of our stay.

The rooms need updating badly. Increase your room prices and waterpark wristband prices, and put that extra revenue towards remodeling. Our kids still loved the waterpark. The water was freezinggg cold in the lazy river/park area, but that didn’t stop the kids from having a blast. Hot tub and regular pool were perfect temps. Staff was all very friendly.

Beds uncomfortable. Heater broken in pool. Front desk very slow. Didnt refill any breakfast items. Was mostly out by 8am. Pool doesnt open until 10am. Not impressed. Waste of money

The lazy river/play area of the pool had extremely cold water. It was so fun but hard to enjoy due to the water temp. Other than that everything was good considering the price.

Mold growing on the floor into the fridge. Smelled terrible. Toilet seat discolored and chipping. We did get our room changed. Second room was a little better but there was mold in the shower. Pool was the best part but had to ask to have it opened both days.

Our room had mold in the corners by thw ceiling, the toilet rocked when you would sit down and stand up. When taking a shower the water came out of rhe faucet more then the shower head. The walls were dirty and the hallways smelled like Marijuana. The breakfast room was dirty and they were out of waffle mix and coffee and it took 30 mins to fill it after we asked for a refill. The lazy river was ice cold

It was the worst experience I have ever had! The pool was disgusting! The breakfast was nasty. Everything was dirty. No tables were wiped down the floor had stains. It’s almost like it has never been cleaned. I wouldn’t even call the breakfast a breakfast.

As a previous housekeeper and front desk attendant I feel as though I have to leave this review. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, I couldn’t wait to check out and hated staying in my room. I’ve never seen a room get left that dirty. There was so much dirt on the bathroom floors I had to put towels down to walk on. I didn’t even trust the towels since I found a stain on one. The shower curtain had a big black mark on it and there was hair on the toilet and bedsheets. After showering I got into bed and it smelled like body sweat… It quickly clicked that I just showered and the smell couldn’t be my own… Safety was also an issue. Since this hotel has a pool that is appealing to families and children you’d think there would be locks on doors to the outside. Anyone could enter and leave because the only door that locked was the hotel door. I’m disappointed because the building is large and nice but not taken care of. I hope the staff see the potential and start taking care of the rooms and building. As a previous hotel employee I try to be as forgiving as possible because I know housekeeping is incredibly difficult. At this point, I think they just made the bed with the same bedsheets as the previous guest and left. I was grateful to have packed multiple blankets that I could lay on the pillows and use throughout my stay. I couldn’t cancel my trip because there was a fee and I did not have the funds to cancel and find a new hotel.

Pricey for the condition of the room. Looked like the walls hadnt been cleaned in years. Holes in the wall, ceiling sagging, lampshade falling apart, mold or mildew in the shower.

What a rip off. This place is absolutely gross. It's a place I wouldn't take a $3 hooker to. Save your hard earned money and pass. Pubic hair in the tub, mattress that is like a brick, they are praying on busy weekends to float and rip you off. Don't do it! I've stayed in plenty of holes but this one is nasty.

Staff was wonderful but the rooms are very dirty. Walls have food and greenies all over. Bathroom was in serious need of some TLC and paint. Hallways to upstairs and downstairs are in some very poor condition. Walls and doors need to be cleaned. 2nd floor ice machine had chew in it.

The entire hotel was overall very dirty. Our room was so dirty we thankfully had our own blankets because our comforters were stained. The bathroom was so dirty I went to Walmart and purchased my own cleaning spray with bleach and everything came clean easily so it was clear that it was just poor cleaning by the staff. The toilet barely flushed. The hot handle in the shower was stripped and barely worked and if it did it was either scolding hot or ice cold. Our TV and WIFI was out for 12 hours of our stay. The water park was poorly up kept and the floors were disgusting. There was dirt and dust every inch that we looked of this hotel. The floors in the room and the hallways were grossly stained and the hallways were freezing! This was a horrifying stay.

The room was old but comfortable. Water park was nice for the grandson. Staff were all friendly. I stayed on the first floor by the pool area. Might choose a upper floor next time as the pool is noisy if you wanted to sleep. Staff were good about closing the pool area on schedule which helped.

Checking into the hotel was the best part. My room was so so. The cigarette smoke in my room from the adjoining room was terrible. Notified the front desk and they said they had talked with the occupants, but that was it. The bed was hard and the room needed an update. Trying to find a plug in on the side of the bed where i normally sleep was nonexistent. The highlight of my stay was the shower to wash the cig smell off my body. the shower was good. great pressure and warm. the smell of marijuana in the hall was not good either...

This is an older establishment. The room was nice. The bathroom was a little lacking. There was a dusty vent on the wall near the ceiling and a broken door on the vanity. The door opened to a bare cement area under the vanity. The vanity was extremely low even for a short person. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were not and the fitted sheet kept popping off of the mattress throughout the night. Also there was quite a bit of noise in the hallway outside our room until about 11:30. Service from the front desk was very nice and the cost for the night was affordable.

Enjoyed interaction checking in. Bed was comfortable. Room size was good. Breakfast - could use some protein. Very disappointed that the only creamer for coffee was hazelnut. You have to be able to have regular creamer or carnation powder. It is very dated hotel, but would stay there again.

Quiet and neat. Age is apparent in bathroom, fixtures aren't caulked. HVAC unit needed to be restarted a couple times to adjust temperature. Not horrible. Decent Value.

The pictures are much nicer than reality. Our room had worn surfaces, the A/C didn't work, the bathtub caulking was filthy, and it wasn't a great experience overall. It is OK as a crash pad, but overpriced for that.

The fridge was broken and making loud noise until unplugged, TV is just a smart TV and doesn’t offer anything unless you login to your own streaming devices.

Outdated and not the cleanest of room. No wi-fi or atleast didn’t work for us. Air conditioner sounded awful and loud

This hotel is badly in need of a renovation. Hallways are dark, dirty, and musty. Shower water temp wildly fluctuates, especially when someone flushes a toilet. Curtains not very well designed and let a lot of light in around edges.

Started out rough our heater didn't work and as I was reporting it the maintenance man was not so nice and a little grumpy the front desk employee was fantastic. We switched rooms and had a good night.

Beyond disappointed in this hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and there was moldy food in the corners. Spend a little extra money and go somewhere else. This was the true definition of you get what you pay for.

The only negative thing I would say is that where i was and the door i went out at night needed to have some kind of lighting because it was dark back there

Very conveniently located. Staff was very friendly. Somewhat aged property but it was clean enough for me to feel comfortable traveling with two small kids.

In town for a hockey tournament. Conveniently located near the rink. Breakfast was nothing special, but there is a Mexican restaurant attached that is open later. Room was clean.

All I needed it for was a place to sleep for a low price, so for that it got the job done. Most of the reviews you see are pretty accurate. Outside of the building looks nice but the inside could definitely use an update. It was nice the rooms included appliances but they were very old and of shaky quality. Beds are super comfortable but the sheets were very clean. Also, you will constantly smell chlorine for the indoor water park. If you’re just looking for a quick overnight, this will do unless you prefer something of higher quality.

The water park was lots of fun for my family and the Mexican restaurant was wonderful! Also enjoyed the free breakfast. We will definitely stay there again!

The property is fine, but a little run down. It did feel safe and was clean. The internet and TV leave something to be desired, but we were only there for the night so it wasn't too bad. Also, the breakfast is lacking, but it gets the job done if you are starving.

Stayed one night before a campus visit the next day. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The indoor water park area is nice for families with kids. The hotel itself is showing its age and could use some updating, but nothing was uncomfortable or unusable, just worn. The breakfast was adequate but was very carb-heavy, the only hot item offered was waffles. Some protein or fruit would have been welcome.

It's a great place yo take kids swimming and the restaurant, La Cantina, is excellent!

👍 Good location. Friendly front desk. Nice pricepoint. Nice shower head & water pressure. Good view of indoor waterpark from 2nd floor room. Easy parking. Mexican restaurant on site. Wedding reception venue good but nothing special. 👎 Room had dark stains on the couch. Worst free breakfast.

Hotel was understaffed. Workers did not show up and the same person that checked us in was there in the morning. There was no breakfast. And when the poor person could get some out it went right away due to many waiting. It was just poorly staffed.

This hotel was perfect for a large group traveling to a wedding. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Mexican restaurant is very good. My only critique is that the coffee in the breakfast room was weak. The good news is there is a wonderful, locally owned coffee shop called Choco Latte within walking distance. That certainly fixed the problem. I would visit this hotel again.

Needs some updating but it clean and staff is nice. Restaurant is great.
