Todo fantástico! Aunque deben mejorar el uso de reposeras y colchones

C'est mon second séjour, Il y a 2 ans j'étais ravis mais aujourd'hui c'est pas pareil. Arrivée tardive dans ma chambre dans le bâtiment 30 vue mer exclusive , en rez de jardin, donc déjà on voit plus le jardin et le muret que la mer mais là! 4 énormes cafards qui gambadent dans ma chambre!!! l'horreur absolue! Le Mr de l'accueil s'excuse platement et me propose d'autres chambres en étage mais plus dans ce bâtiment, donc j'accepte à minuit et demi une chambre près de la réception. le lendemain, je vois les filles de la boutique qui essaye à leur tour d'écraser un gros cafard! En clair j'ai payé pour une chambre avec vue exclusive mais que je n'ai pas eu, le pire c'est que pas une comm de la direction, une excuse, un partage , une compensation... et l'état de l'hôtel qui se détériore, beaucoup de parties en rafraichissement donc bruit de perceuse odeur de peinture etc! et le personnel qui n'est plus aussi poli , il y a 2 ans quand on croisait qqun de l'hôtel c'était au minimum bonjour mais là rien!! Et piscine chauffée ils disent pour l'une d'entre elles, mais bon j'ai pas vue de différence!! Petit plus pour le personnel des bars et de la réception qui eux sont très agréable.

Food was good and facilities and space were really nice. Service is grease only if give most staff tips. On top of cost for the accommodation even if you pay full inclusive, it helps giving tips if you want a good service. We had to change rooms as there were cockroaches everyday since we got in. Second room was better but if you call reception, they would normally ignore requests or forget. Overall was ok but it’s not the usual 5 star hotel we have been before. It’s more a 4 star hotel.

Disappointing stay – does not feel like a true 5-star resort We stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Tikida - three adults in two rooms, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to a 5-star standard. Before arrival it was almost impossible to get in touch with the hotel by email or phone, so we ended up booking via Hotels.com instead of directly. When we finally managed to reach the hotel, we booked round-trip airport transfer. Pickup on arrival was smooth, but on departure the car never showed up and we nearly missed our flight – completely unacceptable for a hotel that calls itself luxury. The buffet restaurant offered more or less the same selection every evening, and only a few staff members appeared truly service-minded. The noise level was very high, mainly due to staff loudly handling glasses, plates and cutlery on trolleys, and the food was generally bland and without much flavour. Evening entertainment was so loud that it was at times impossible to enjoy the bar area. Booking the à la carte restaurants was also difficult. Reservations had to be made via an app, which did not allow us to book a table for three together, even though we were travelling as a group of three. The reception staff were friendly and smiling, but when we needed help, we were sent from one place to another and rarely got any real assistance. On the positive side, the pool area and outdoor spaces were lovely, and the fitness centre was more than satisfact
