Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e com boa variedade. Não foi informado durante a reserva que que muitas coisas estariam não funcionando (o restaurante - principal motivo de nossa escolha - estava fechado; piscina vazia (e já era primavera), parte exterior (cadeiras, etc) sem limpeza. Outro problema: deixamos no quarto duas taças de vinhos que tínhamos ganho em um evento (com "Auxerre" gravado nelas o que deixava claro que não seriam taças do hotel), foram retiradas pela camareira (pode ter se confundido), reclamamos e... disseram que não tinham sido localizadas (ficamos com a impressão de que nem procuraram, e as camareiras não mais estavam lá). Muito ruim isso. Perdemos uma lembrança que tínhamos ganho no evento de vinhos para o qual formos convidados.

Completely Misleading Pictures – A Disappointing Experience and a Waste of Money This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. We booked this property through Hotels.com based on the pictures displayed on the listing, which showed a beautiful room with large windows and an attractive view. Naturally, we expected to receive the room that was advertised. Instead, upon arrival, we were given an attic room with just one tiny window, absolutely nothing like the room shown in the photographs. The difference was shocking. This was not a minor variation in room layout or decor; it was a completely different room experience. The large windows and beautiful view that influenced our booking decision were nowhere to be found. What we saw online and what we received in reality were two entirely different things. This kind of misleading presentation is unacceptable. Guests spend their hard-earned money making reservations based on the photographs and descriptions provided. When a hotel showcases an appealing room to attract bookings but then provides something completely different, it undermines the entire booking experience and destroys trust. Had the actual attic room been clearly and accurately represented in the listing, we would never have booked this property in the first place. We stayed at Château de la Tour with our team during SIAL Paris and honestly couldn't have made a better choice. Instead of another standard hotel in Paris, we took the short detour to Gouvieux, and it was absolutely worth it. The château and its grounds are beautiful, surrounded by trees and greenery, offering a peaceful setting after a busy day at the exhibition. The rooms were comfortable, full of character, and several colleagues commented on how well they slept, which is quite rare on business trips! The food was excellent throughout our stay, both at lunch and dinner. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive, and the desserts were particularly memorable. For those travelling by car, there is an EV charger on site, which was very convenient. The only small downside was that one colleague stayed in the annex building and had to walk outside to reach her room, but that was a minor detail. We left with nothing but positive feedback, and several colleagues have already said they would like to return with their families for a weekend. Highly recommended.

Koselig og rent rom. Fint basseng. Enkelt med parkering og gode lademuligheter. Skuffende restaurant og stedet er preget av dårlig vedlikehold.
