A nice, quaint hotel outside of Basel. We found a parking spot fairly easily. We choose to take a bus into Basel, which was easy and affordable. Just a short walk to the stop. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They worked hard to keep the guests happy. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was excellent. This is not a business hotel but a nice getaway. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The back garden was nice, with a stream running along it. Relaxing. They do have an outdoor hot tub, but the water looked like it needed to be changed out. It was a little green and foamy. The rooms were large and comfortable. The little tables next to the bed were attached to the wall but were sloped and needed repair. Just some minor maintenance issues. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

Basically nice hotel, but the rooms would need an update. The backyard and swimming pool are okay. Breakfast didn't meet the expectations and rooms dont have AC. The location is in country side so car is definitely needed and services are limited around the area.

Très belle nuit passée dans cet hôtel, on a pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, magnifique expérience ! Restaurant excellent, formule plats/vins très bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Beautiful place! Helpful staff. We needed an outlet adapter. They loaned us one. When we asked if there was anywhere nearby we could purchase one, they said, "no need to waste your vacation time looking for one." (Although it was used) they allowed us to purchase theirs. Incredibly thoughtful and considerate of our vacation! The hot tub wasn't working, which was disappointing, as it's one of the reasons we booked that place. We were only there for one night, so can't much else about the property or amenities.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel Jenny. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb und direkt an der Hauptstraße Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch und schlicht eingerichtet. Von außen sieht man, dass alte renovierungsbedürftig Haus. Der Garten ist schön, sowie das kleine Schwimmbad. Sauna, Hamam gingen nicht. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Kaffee und Tee stehen 24std.kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das eigene Restaurant ist sehr teuer und zählt als gehobeneres Restaurant (ausgefallenes Essen). Es gibt nur eine geringe Auswahl. Bei uns wurde dann das Kindermenü kurzerhand abgeändert, da die Produkte nicht vorhanden waren. Kroketten wurden zu Pürree und Chicken Nuggets zu einer Frikadelle. Gemüse wurde weggelassen. Wir haben, obwohl das Restaurant leer war 45min auf unser Essen gewartet. Insgesamt waren die Wartezeiten sehr lang. Im Gesamten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit anliegenden Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles war frisch,reichhaltig und köstlich. Da wir den ganzen Tag bei einem Retreat waren konnten wir leider den Sauna&Wellnessbereich nicht testen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und nehmen uns dann mehr Zeit, um alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels zu genießen. Vielen Dank

Personnel exceptionnellement agréable et professionnel. Bon déjeuner propreté dans les chambres. Belle piscine sauna sec et vapeur tres apprécié. Par contre le jacuzzi n'était pas très invitant l eau était trouble lors de notre passage. Très beau site jardins et lac. Et sony sympathique.

Absolument super. Chambre familiale très grande (nous étions 4). Très propre, moderne, avec chaussons et peignoirs pour tout le monde (chose rare). Petit déjeuner excellent avec produits frais et locaux. Le personnel était adorable et nous a très bien accueillis.

Bel établissement situé proche de la frontière suisse. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable avec un balcon donnant sur le parc.( il existe également des chambres côté route).Bon petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Malheureusement je n’ai pas pu essayer la partie spa. Accueil sympathique.

Wij waren met de caravan op doorreis en verbleven hier. We konden de caravan ook goed kwijt en er waren 2 laadplekken. Het bed was wel een beetje hard. Verder uitstekend!

We hadden hier een tussenstop op weg naar Italië. We hadden een familiekamer geboekt, echt prima. Het was een hele ruime kamer voor 4 personen. Het ontbijt was goed en echt lekkere koffie. Zeker een aanrader.

Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is ok. Employee below average. Becauase we where on travel we stayed for one night and wanted to get up early to move further. When inquired for time of breakfast the employee tolt it was at 7. We went up early and there was no breakfast. We waited for nothing. At 7:30 the breakfast was ready. Unfortunately bad information from employee.
Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is ok. Employee below average. Becauase we where on travel we stayed for one night and wanted to get up early to move further. Beautiful place! Helpful staff. We needed an outlet adapter. They loaned us one. When we asked if there was anywhere nearby we could purchase one, they said, "no need to waste your vacation time looking for one." (Although it was used) they allowed us to purchase theirs. Incredibly thoughtful and considerate of our vacation! The hot tub wasn't working, which was disappointing, as it's one of the reasons we booked that place. We were only there for one night, so can't much else about the property or amenities.

A nice, quaint hotel outside of Basel. We found a parking spot fairly easily. We choose to take a bus into Basel, which was easy and affordable. Just a short walk to the stop. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They worked hard to keep the guests happy. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was excellent. This is not a business hotel but a nice getaway. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The back garden was nice, with a stream running along it. Relaxing. They do have an outdoor hot tub, but the water looked like it needed to be changed out. It was a little green and foamy. The rooms were large and comfortable. The little tables next to the bed were attached to the wall but were sloped and needed repair. Just some minor maintenance issues. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

Basically nice hotel, but the rooms would need an update. The backyard and swimming pool are okay. Breakfast didn't meet the expectations and rooms dont have AC. The location is in country side so car is definitely needed and services are limited around the area.

Bel établissement situé proche de la frontière suisse. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable avec un balcon donnant sur le parc.( il existe également des chambres côté route).Bon petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Malheureusement je n’ai pas pu essayer la partie spa. Accueil sympathique.

Alles gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ein wenig teurer, aber im Nachbardorf war eine Pizzeria. Frühstück war bei uns zum Glück drin, dafür aber 23€ pro Person wäre es nicht Wert gewesen.

Très belle nuit passée dans cet hôtel, on a pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, magnifique expérience ! Restaurant excellent, formule plats/vins très bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel Jenny. Das Hotel liegt außerhalb und direkt an der Hauptstraße Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch und schlicht eingerichtet. Von außen sieht man, dass alte renovierungsbedürftig Haus. Der Garten ist schön, sowie das kleine Schwimmbad. Sauna, Hamam gingen nicht. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Kaffee und Tee stehen 24std.kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das eigene Restaurant ist sehr teuer und zählt als gehobeneres Restaurant (ausgefallenes Essen). Es gibt nur eine geringe Auswahl. Bei uns wurde dann das Kindermenü kurzerhand abgeändert, da die Produkte nicht vorhanden waren. Kroketten wurden zu Pürree und Chicken Nuggets zu einer Frikadelle. Gemüse wurde weggelassen. Wir haben, obwohl das Restaurant leer war 45min auf unser Essen gewartet. Insgesamt waren die Wartezeiten sehr lang. Im Gesamten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

No air con was a huge oversight when we booked this hotel. On the first night there was no fan in the room and the heat was unbearable. Second night we had a fan which helped. The gardens are beautiful and we felt very relaxed after a busy few days of staying in city centres. We enjoyed having a drink in the evening and there are a few options for bar snacks. Breakfast wasnt as good as we expected from other reviews. There were a lot of flies over all food and very little in place to protect the food. In other hotels on this trip the buffet food has been covered or small table fans are in place to keep the flies away. It really put me off the food.

A lovely property with an excellent restaurant, and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, it was a hot day and no air conditioning. Opening the window brought some relief but also traffic noise from trucks and every jkass who felt like peeling out on a motorcycle or car with muffler cutouts. Very poor quality sleep.

This is the idyllic french retreat that includes everything one might imagine of a European spa, including a peaceful pool and hot tub, an outdoor garden sanctuary, a delicious breakfast, and a chill outdoor bar. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Our family's favorite aspect of our stay was the outdoor bar and scenic garden. Highly recommend.
