Rented 2 rooms to stay with friends for 3 nights. One room was in okay shape, but the other, which I stayed in, had a broken AC unit and was leaking water all over the floor. The carpet was soaking wet, the air was humid, and the entire room smelled. Informed the front desk who told me a maintenance guy would fix it by the next day. So we had to endure the night in that room. He never showed up the next day. Luckily when I talked to the front desk again she moved us to a new room and it was in much better shape. Don't know why they're even allowing that room to be occupied. Also, the indoor pool that's being advertised all over the website is completely out of commission and probably has been for months. Don't know why they haven't mentioned it.

We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool, which we really wanted since it was summer and we knew we'd be doing a lot of walking during the daytime. But the pool was under construction! What a disappointment. Glad we were only there for one night before we moved on.

This property was on the low average side. It is advertised with pictures of a very nice indoor pool. It is not there and has not been there for some time. We had spent a long day at the fair and we’re looking forward to swimming in the pool, there should have been notice on the website that the pool was no longer in service.

This property needs an update! The carpet in the hallways and rooms were soiled and stained, tile grout in the bathroom stained, sheets were stained and thin, furniture showed signs of banging and scratches. Not up to the standard of AmericInn!

The building was old and dated. You can tell they refreshed the paint but all the fittings were old and deteriorating. The room was dingy. We saw a bug on our pillow after walking in to our room. The light above the sink had several dead bugs on the fixture. The morning we woke up, there was another bug on the sink counter. The place had a smell om cigarette smoke that was in the building.

Our room had mold in the shower, the overflow wasn’t attached. There was a janky piece of wood in the windowsill used as a lock/jam. Our sheets were dirty when we pulled the bedding back. Room service was gone for the day and we were given sheets to change them ourselves. Not a big deal. However, there was no option to switch rooms, no compensation and the manager won’t get back to me. -10/10

Took about 30 min to see someone working to check me in get to my room no soap for the sink no toilet paper holder the sink was leaking giving me a lil spritz on my feet as I was try to wash my hands because it was not connected. TV doesn't work the remote is taped only button that works is power and volume up and down only channel you can get is accu weather national news. Gets very old after couple mins. And after my mom tried messing with it to get it to work it went mostly black. There is a deli sticker on the smoke alarm. Thank God there is hot water in the shower. Breakfast good some hot food and the basic you can make your own waffle cereal. The turn for the hotel has no street sign so it will sneak up on you.

The room I was in this time is starting to look worn (chair quite ratty), mattress sagging on right side, lamp has a short in it, toilet set not bolted down , no place for soap in the shower. Linens were great just the mattress has seen better days. Just needs some freshening up. Millwork starting to show age.

Second time staying here. Anita at the front desk was one of the best clerks I have met in a while!!! I saw her interact with two guests ahead of us. Then when she interacted with us she was exactly what you look for in customer service! Kind, efficient (despite some tech issues) and very friendly! The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is so friendly. Decent breakfast and super convenient to the airport!

I booked this property through Expedia. We booked a two queen room at this property for myself, my wife, and our adult daughter. We arrived after 11pm after a long flight. When we arrived, we checked in and went to our room, only one bed. I went back to the front desk and the clerk struggled to find another room. He gave us the key card to another room with 2 beds. When we got to that room, it was under remodel or something, sheets off the beds and headboards placed on top of the mattresses. We went back to the front desk for a 3rd time and the clerk apologized that the hotel was full and they had no other rooms. We would have to find another hotel for the night. Knowing I had booked through Expedia, I had to resolve it with them first and ensure the property would refund our money. The week before, I had a similar issue and when Expedia attempted to resolve it, the GM wouldn’t redund the $$. I waited in the lobby for Expedia to contact the hotel, have the clerk authorize refund, and receive an email confirming refund. Then had to find another hotel after midnight…such a pain!

Mattress should have been tossed about 5 years earlier. It was like walking back to 1960s again. TV, if turned on, would reboot itself at various times. They will email the receipt - still waiting. Scale of 1-10 with 10 worse? Minus 50

The young gentleman who checked me in was absolutely fabulous! Clean room and I was able to leave my car parked there for my entire trip out of state with airport shuttle! Fabulous service!

Bad experience during check in, the lady working had a dog with her and it wouldn’t stop barking. She even asked my 13 year old to back away from the counter with her food rather than control her dog while working. She was extremely rude. When I told her it was unnecessary she stated we could go find a different hotel if we would like. We were then informed the pool was out of service which is why I paid extra for this hotel. Room was ok but smelled terrible. You can see the hallway light under the door so much we could put our whole hand under it. The breakfast was good that’s the only bright side. I recommend they train the lady who worked Friday night April 11th on customer service! We will not be back

I checked in online for my stay but when I got to the hotel it didn’t show that. The lady working the counter was very nice. When I wanted to check out in the morning I had to ring the bell for someone and when he came to the desk I wasn’t greeted, I handed him my room key cards and the asked if the shuttle was coming at 5:15 and he kind of grunted a “yeah”. Must not be a morning person. The 4 of us on the shuttle had asked for a wake up call for this morning but none of us got one. The room was clean and the bed wasn’t bad.

Across the street from the airport. Grocery store and wonderful Mexican restaurant down the street. Great location. Pool under construction. Didn't see an elevator. Breakfast was great. Hot eggs with cheese, sausage, sausage gravel, biscuits, fruit, yogurt and waffles.

Just across the street from the airport. Independent shuttle driver friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Likely won't stay here again because of "shady characters" hanging about. Guest running down the hall laughing at 4:30am, guests arguing outside our window later that morning.

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Homey and tastefully decorated. Free airport shuttle greatly appreciated. Grocery store and shops less than a mile away. No elevator so request first floor if you have much luggage, they don't have anyone to help. Rooms fully equipped with extras--frig, iron, microwave. Breakfast delicious--make your own waffles, eggs, gravy and biscuits!

Room was clean and comfortable. Clerk at check-in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was tasty and offered good variety. My husband did have to microwave his biscuit and gravy though because it was cold. Also, he slipped on ice in the parking lot last night

The breakfast was very good. Many choices. Staff was friendly and thoughtful. Was dissapointed the pool wasn't open, but understand maintenance must be done.

Would not recommend. If you just need a quick place to sleep, this would suffice. Do not expect anything more. Pool is currently under maintenance with no pre arrival warning. TV is useless! Doesn’t connect at all and is restricted from anything that isn’t the DirecTV that is offered. Can’t even use the remote to control the volume because they don’t give you the actual TV remote, only DirecTV remote. Got snacks & sat down with kids for a movie just to find out it doesn’t work. The room is dirty, smelly & run down. Breakfast was subpar. Cold biscuits. Gross eggs. Faulty waffle makers. Just terrible overall.

Front desk seemed to be bothered, didn’t communicate well. Wasn’t sure if they were pulling up my reservation or doing something else. Pool wasn’t open. Laundry was broken and they didn’t have an alternative option. Breakfast was ok. Workers seemed to lounge around in their phones in lobby. Big fight between some women drinking early in the morning in parking lot. No one went out to tell them to leave or quite fighting. They were leaning against another guests car, he complained, but not much was done. Don’t know if these women and men were staying in hotel, but they were loud, swearing, drinking alcohol at 7:30 am. They would also come in periodically to get food from the breakfast area. Totally ghetto.
