Where do I start- the door lock was broke so it just pushed open, there are boards on the windows, used shampoo, no microwave, refrigerator or remote. The exits were all locked expect the front.

The hotel is falling apart. No ac in halls. No restaurant and no ice machine. The front of the building is falling down and you have to use a side entrance. The luggage cart is falling apart.

It was ok if you just need somewhere to sleep. No microwave or fridge in room. Shared microwave downstairs which was filthy. And the toilet was stopped up and the TV was glitching...No cable......

After in room next day found you can enter without key. Once in had to make sure bold lock on. ???? Toilet made irrigation sound every hour?? Old building elevator only for employees ...was told out of order but saw employees getting on it. Never again!!!!

The front entrance area is severely damaged so another entrance is being used and there is a whistling that never stops. Sounds like a smoke detector that has a bad battery. The wifi doesnt work in this room. Roof leaks and it doesnt seem like a mop has ever even been in here.

Zero security (gave me a key at check in without asking for ID) disgusting property (trash on the ground, stains everywhere) zero amenities (no restaurant , laundry facilities, or pool as stated in advertisement.) room was disgusting (sheets stained with multiple things, walls with fluid marks, black mold in bathroom and in all furniture, nothing in room looked wiped down in years) horrible condition (bathroom vent made screeching noise 24/7, smoke detectors and sprinkler covered up, front door didn’t have secondary lock) I have pictures of all of this if needed. Staff was less than helpful. Both my keys were deactivated on my second to the last day. 3 calls and 45 minutes resolved nothing. Go to front desk and lady was playing games on her phone and not even trying to fix my issue. Gave me another key for room without confirming with ID. Rude and unhelpful. Stay away!

Only thing really going for this place is it is cheap. You get what you pay for. No: wifi, digital tv, phone, onsite restaurant. There appeared to be water damage when I was there also so the humidity in the building was horrible.

This is the worst experience ever had with a hotel. The hotel looked like it had been hit by a tornado, even though I know it hadn't. But, we were understanding that things happened not they are renting the rooms, it must be ok, right?? Wrong It took at least 5 minutes to get anyone to the front desk to check in. Then she stated that they didn't have a working elevator, and the pool (that we specifically booked the hotel for) wasn't available. On the way to the room, I tripped walking down the hallway because the planks aren't set into the floor. There was water running out from one of the bathroom, under the wall into the floor. When we got into our room, the smoke detector has been ripped off the wall and there were exposed wires. Mold in the bathroom. Missing window (on the first floor). AC plug held together with tape. Blood on the bedsheets. Holes in the walls. We did not feel safe at all. Staff was no help. They would not even talk to hotels.com when they tried to step in and help. When we finally gave up and found a different hotel, this one refused to work with hotels.com to give us a refund. Tried to attach pictures, but the link wasn't working.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Even for the price. Check in went fine, but that was the end of the comfort and niceness. Everything beyond this point was questionable and had a film of filth covering it. Literally the lobby, hallways, and elevator had no a/c whatsoever. Our room did not even have a working lock on the door. The A/c in our room could barely even be considered “working” as it stayed on hi the entire stay and barely kept the room at a bearable temperature. We had to request cleaning supplies and clean sheets from the house keeper to clean our room before I was comfortable setting my belongings down on any surface in the room. There were ashes on all of the tables, we had to sweep and mop our floor, the walls had stains and sticky spots from the floor to the ceiling, the sheets had stains and burn holes in them. And we even saw roaches throughout the rooms and halls. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve had even in a cheap room. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous, but there was absolutely no reason for this level of disgust.

When we checked in, we went to the room and opened the door only to be greeted by black mold all over the place. The bathroom ceiling was basically falling down from the black mold, it was black mold on the lamp shades. The walls in the room were sprayed with who knows what, and it looked like people have been wiping their snot all over the walls. Worse yet was the fact that there was cockroaches all over the place. We went back out to ask for a different room, and the only thing better about it was the fact that it didn't look like there was not on the walls, but there was more cockroaches and again the black mold that was actually taking place and ready to knock down the bathroom walls. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Worst place I have stayed. Room has cockroaches and beds have bed bugs. This place need to shutdown. Heater is not working and was freezing cold. Structure is broken. This hotel is health hazard and need to shutdown. Pictures on their listing page are misleading. Very very dirt place and has mold and water leaked everywhere. Do not stay at this motel.

This was the second room, pretty sure sheets weren’t changed they smelled like musty and like bad body odor. Air conditioner sparked if you turned it on. Mold all over the walls and ceiling. I only stayed because I had to get up in five hours and just needed to sleep. Not a safe or clean facility. Not the kind of place you sleep in

Dirty, no lightbulb in the one and only lamp, main light on wall was so bright it felt like an interrogation room, broken furniture, 1/2” of toilet paper, electrical outlets on bedside wall didn’t work, smelled like marijuana smoke strongly, broken and totally destroyed front entrance. Hotel hostess gave no help with missing lightbulb or tp. I would never stay here again. It felt like a prison.

The rooms were nasty, hallway naste, the rooms smelled like smoke, bad water leak of flood had occurred before our arrival (evidence found on the lamp shade and ceiling). The smoke defector was not attacted, no microwave (in rooms), no iron/ironing board, no small refrigerator, and only two pillows for king bed.

Well I get to my room...there is not main light..half of my TV was busted and no cable...the wifi barely worked..there was mold on the lamps in the room..the bed was very uncomfortable..I had better rooms at motel 6

The television had been punched and wasn’t working. The drywall on the shower ceiling was coming off and the bathtub had marks. All of this was documented and shown to the desk clerk. The floor was dirty. We won’t be staying with this motel chain again.

When i arrived, my reservation was there, but my room had been rented to another. There wasn't a room available at all. I had reserved my room through expedia. It took me hours and some further travel to find a place to stay. It was a nightmare after traveling for hours and being fatigued to find i couldn't rest yet when i tracked oyo.

Everything beyond this point was questionable and had a film of filth covering it. Literally the lobby, hallways, and elevator had no a/c whatsoever. Our room did not even have a working lock on the door. The A/c in our room could barely even be considered “working” as it stayed on hi the entire stay and barely kept the room at a bearable temperature. We had to request cleaning supplies and clean sheets from the house keeper to clean our room before I was comfortable setting my belongings down on any surface in the room. There were ashes on all of the tables, we had to sweep and mop our floor, the walls had stains and sticky spots from the floor to the ceiling, the sheets had stains and burn holes in them. And we even saw roaches throughout the rooms and halls. It was definitely the worst experience I’ve had even in a cheap room. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous, but there was absolutely no reason for this level of disgust.

I don't have a bad or good review to give of this place as I didn't get a chance to stay there as when I went to check in the clerk said my room is already taken and the rooms are a 1st come 1st serve basic and when I let him know I had already paid for the room he said he was sorry and there's nothing he could do for me and my wife. I NEVER laid head on the pillow

The front desk night clerk was great. I haven't stayed there in over 5 yrs so the property is showing it's wear and there is construction up front from fire. But the price waives any aestetics

This is the worst experience ever had with a hotel. The hotel looked like it had been hit by a tornado, even though I know it hadn't. But, we were understanding that things happened not they are renting the rooms, it must be ok, right?? Wrong It took at least 5 minutes to get anyone to the front desk to check in. Then she stated that they didn't have a working elevator, and the pool (that we specifically booked the hotel for) wasn't available. On the way to the room, I tripped walking down the hallway because the planks aren't set into the floor. There was water running out from one of the bathroom, under the wall into the floor. When we got into our room, the smoke detector has been ripped off the wall and there were exposed wires. Mold in the bathroom. Missing window (on the first floor). AC plug held together with tape. Blood on the bedsheets. Holes in the walls. We did not feel safe at all. Staff was no help. They would not even talk to hotels.com when they tried to step in and help. When we finally gave up and found a different hotel, this one refused to work with hotels.com to give us a refund. Tried to attach pictures, but the link wasn't working.

I pulled in for my reservation around 1am, WAY too much going on in the neighborhood and sketchy folks in the parking lot. Not sure I would have had all the windows in my car, or a car, in the morning. I am not picky, stayed in more than a few dirt cheap hotels, but this is the first that I have noped out of on sight.

Would not recommend. The place is very dirty. Not in a good area either. Just walking down the 1st floor hallway to our room there were 3 different buckets catching leaking water from the ceiling.

The rooms don’t have anywhere to hang your clothes up. Last night my driver’s side window and ransacked my but didn’t steal anything. 7 other cars were broken into. My car was parked right in front of my hotel room’s window. I am waiting for a glass repair place to come & replace my car window as I have a 7 hour drive home.

I don't normally try new things because my comfort is important. This trip was a guys trip and it was mainly to lay my head. The Hotel was priced for just that. Hotel was near several cigar bars, Gentleman's clubs and restaurants. No free breakfast , however Cracker Barrel was less than 150 steps from the front door.

Absolute worst hotel experience! The hotel lobby is a pit stop for homeless, alcoholics and everything else you can imagine. The facility was beyond dirty, wiring hanging, and minimal lighting. The pool was closed (apparently forever) Vending machines were out of order and there was strong smell of urine. I refused to stay after the police and ambulance arrived to tend to the lobby extra activities!

I would rather stay at a Motel 6 than spend another night here. And I only stayed 1 night. Everything was disgusting and I felt very unsafe. From the second you pull up the outside is falling apart but I didn’t want to judge. The only reason I stayed is because it was non refundable. My room was dirty, moldy and falling apart. The furniture was all broken the room and bathroom had clearly not been cleaned after several visitors. They had dead bugs and random bits of trash and debris in the room and bathroom. The ceiling was peeling. There were oily hand prints on multiple walls. Dirt, dust, mold and grime covered everything.From each wall to the door the windows, curtains, and bathroom. I slept on top off all the blankets wearing two sets of clothes my socks and shoes . Even after spraying everything with Lysol. My room number was 114. Which is halfway down the main hall to on the right hand side. I was into for a convocation and my plane was rescheduled so I had to leave my Airbnb and stay elsewhere for a night. I choose to leave at 5 am and sit at the airport because is was nasty, and noisy. Very questionable foot traffic.

Booking promised room service, goose down comforter, Italian fretta sheets, and a fitness club as well as restaurant. It had none of these. The property is very unsafe, apparent drugdealers loitering in the lot, multiple holes punched/kicked in walls/doors. Blaring ghetto music, ppl fighting, babies crying. The property is absolutely filthy. Apparently hasn't been swept in months. Property is in absolute disrepair. In this supposed non-smoking property, You will be hit with the smell of weed upon entering the lobby and as you make your way to your room, cigarette smell fills every corridor with evidence of smoking inside the building, cigarette butts on the floor as well as ashes in the halls and elevator. Pictures on website show a clean well-kept property. Property is not well kept, is overgrown. In my opinion, this should be marked as a fraudulent misleading ad. The reviews are obviously fraudulent and anyone could tell that by stepping onto the property after reading the favorable reviews. It took me 2 hours to reach anyone cuz I was hung up on at least six times when I tried to contact customer service. Front desk also was not answering the calls from customer service. When I finally made contact he refused to refund my full payment. This is an incredibly unsafe property and if you are a woman traveling alone, do not go here. Stay away

My expectations must be too high. No coffee pot in the room or anywhere for that matter. No little fridge and no phone to call front desk with any problem. Only got 2 towels for a 3 day stay traveling with 3 adults. Website showed a pool and hot tub guess NEVER found either. When I asked where is the pool? Told it’s closed but never told where it was. At check in I paid for the room with my credit card but then had to pay a 50 cash deposit! Not one to carry cash has to use the ATM which charged me 5.50! I will post pictures of the place and you can decide! You have been warned! Yes I did ask for at least a partial refund! Neither OYO or hotels.com would do so.

It was a decent place, but the website has things on it that the hotel does not offer. There was no type of breakfast, they offer smoking rooms online, but I was told no smoking when i arrived. Other than that, it was okay.

Only thing really going for this place is it is cheap. You get what you pay for. No: wifi, digital tv, phone, onsite restaurant. There appeared to be water damage when I was there also so the humidity in the building was horrible.

My stay was great with one exceptional...I used the restroom in the lobby and it had no toilet paper, no handsoap, or hand towels...thats disgusting. Take some pride in your jobs 11pm to 7am shift, tyey dont pay attention to the breakfast area which is out of coffee usually at 7:15, sometimes it was out milk and juice too

The room was not clean. Every time that we move the bed make noise and move. And you can feel the metal. When house keeping came they only gave us steam towels and didn't make the bed at all. When I ask for the pool. They said they don't have pool and then said the pool is not on services. In the bathroom is not a dryer for hair or even a trash can. One lamp was broke and the others two was old with steam on. Even the wall in the room was durty. The matching for snack don't work at all. It have a sign out of order. The elevator didn't even work the last day. And the hotel, hallway smell like marihuana all the time. I don't recommend this hotel at all......

This is the seediest place I have ever stayed (I’ve spent ~ 1500 nights in hotels so far). I didn’t expect much for the price, but I got even less. The toilet didn’t flush, and the sink didn’t drain. The walls and the trim were filthy. It was so sketchy that I locked myself in the room, ordered Uber Eats, and checked out at 6:00 am. If you’re passing through Memphis pick someplace else!

When I fist got there I had to tote all my belongings up 3 flights of steps and then had to change rooms no tv,no heat in room and no microwave and then they brought me a tv that didn’t show very good and a fridge but still no microwave.If you’re not gonna give and what you say when customers are booking tell them that online and they kept my id.i will never go back there.
