Hyatt Place Kansas City/Overland Park/Convention Center

The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. We had originally booked one night but booked another night to do some sightseeing. When we checked in I explained what we did and they front desk staff was great. We loved the breakfast too. There was a lot to choose from and unlike some places none of the dishes were ever empty while you waited for them to get refilled. The pool was being renovated but since it was early May and chilly, we would not have swam anyway. Also, the location was great to everything we wanted to do.

Breakfast was amazing. So many options. I was disappointed with no microwave in the room. Staff was overly helpful! Amazing service.

Breakfast was typical. It’s fine. Their room service protocol is odd I think. They ask if you want daily freshening. Then, they changed out the used coffee cups but not the glasses??? The value is good for the price.
