Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Property itself needs work big time. I went down a set of stairs in the back and they were treacherous. The building needs paint really badly. Whole property needs updating.

The room itself was very clean. The beds not terrible but not very comfortable. They were 'short sheeted' meaning you couldn't pull them over your shoulder. The property itself was very rundown, hallways smelled musty, exterior doors, carpets and walls were filthy. The key to our door which opened both the door handle and deadbolt would not turn, we exchanged the key for another, after fighting with it for 10 minutes we finally got it to work, but it was a struggle each time we used it. There was what appeared to be a homeless woman inside the main building who wanted my husband to drive her to the store, he declined. We found out she had stayed at the motel the night before but they were booked up the night we stayed and she was just hanging around. We are sympathetic but it isn't something we wanted to deal with. The grounds were very unkempt, filthy benches, smoking area had overflowing smoker's outpost containers, so many butts on the ground. Trash all over, the grassy area, what there was of it smelled like people didn't pick up after their dogs. The staff was very nice though. And there was shuttle service to the concert venue which is why we were there. I would not recommend staying here.
