1. Quarto com muito cabelo no chão de outros hóspedes. 2. Banheiro, área de banho com rejunte muito sujo. 3. As recepcionistas do café da manhã eram muito inconvenientes e grossas. Fomos tomar café e já sentados na mesa, pediram de forma ríspida para irmos em uma mesa menor, sendo que o restaurante estava vazio. A forma grosseira de abordagem por conta do tamanho de mesa é a primeira vez em um hotel. Zero zelo na tratativa, o que nos irritou e subimos para o quarto sem terminar o café.
