Hotels.com refused to pay the hotel so they couldn’t check me in (even though I already payed in advance. Then I was on the phone with hotels.con for over an hour while they told me it was the hotels fault, then they said it was my banks(which it wasn’t because I saw the payment went through) when the whole time it was hotels.com’s fault and they couldn’t give me a valid reason why even though I’m. Gold member and done this many times… ultimately after all that I had to try and get a refund that took 10 business days to get back in my account and I was unable to stay at the hotel. Hotels.com is the worst and never will I be using them again.
