The hotels location is conveniently central, so that's the only plus. The breakfast is some of the saddest I've ever experienced: stale bread, salami, cheese and the worst croissants I've ever tasted. Fruit looks like they've been chilling out for the last days, so I guess yogurt and water it is. Rooms are outdated, the interior designer is not in heaven. It looked like a visit to grandma's place in the 1960's. The parking garage was tiny and extremely tight spaced. The hotels receptionist was rude and unpleasant. I almost walked away hating my life as much as them.

The facilities are older, yet cod stand to be cleaner. The room was dirty. The staff was noisy in mornings. My remote to tv was extremely gross. It had layers of dust and dirt on it. I noticed the cleaning was just dragging a mop on the floor and changing towels.

Other guests make too much noise on hallway and close their doors too hard. Silence signs on corridor could help. The look on my room wasn’t working well, it got stuck. Bathtub needs deep cleaning, too much soap scum buildup.

And only one single power outlet in the entire room made it difficult to power and charge anything, though they did give us an additional power strip. The breakfast buffet was the only redeeming feature. We would not stay here again.

Located centrally ,close to transport hubs. Comfortable firm bed and powerful hot shower in bathroom. Room furniture and fittings a bit tired and dated. Wifi was intermittent and dropped out unless standing in the lobby or bathroom. Only socket available to charge a phone was in the bathroom. Staff are friendly and multi lingual at reception.

The property’s in a great location and it’s convenient to get everywhere (shops/restaurants/tourist sites/beach), but there wasn’t a single night where we slept alright. The walls are ridiculously thin and you can hear everything. The noise was ridiculous, from inside the hotel, and out when the bins were emptied. The actual amenities weren’t all that great either - like we had a mini fridge and tv, but neither worked. We had a balcony, but the view was abysmal (tbf might be better if you paid more).

basic room but that reflects the very reasonable price. Had no coffee making facilities but the staff gave us a kettle and cups as soon as we asked. Room cleaned and replenished daily, bed was clean and comfortable. Very close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Yes you could hear some noise at times but its city centre so was expecting that. I would stay here again as the price is hard to beat in this area.

El personal son excelentes,y saben responder a cualquier duda o pregunta con profesionalidad y amabilidad.Conocen bien la zona y la ciudad.El servicio de limpieza también es bueno. Sería muy difícil,pues,imposible que encontrases otro hotel con relación precio-calidad tan bueno como Hotel Leuka. Está bien situado, cerca de Luceros,de la estación tranvía y del centro. No te cuesta mucho esfuerzo llegar a la playa y al castillo tampoco.

the staff were great, we had some noisy people next door at like 5am and the staff came up to deal with that sadly that didnt stop them being just as noise so we asked to move rooms and the staff were very helpful in getting us sorted the rest of the nights were very peaceful nights of sleep

The room was very comfortable and had a lot of storage space. The breakfast was very good and I particularly liked the fact that you could get your breakfast from 0730 hours. The staff were very helpful and spoke very good English - it was much better than my limited Spanish. When I come back to Alicante, I will again book this hotel.

Vom Hotel zur Plaza de los Luceros sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. An der Plaza gibt es Bushaltestellen, der Flughafenbus C6 hält hier und auch die TRAM ist hier präsent. Geschäfte, Restaurants sowie El Corte Ingles sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Hafenpromenade ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, zum Strand sind es ca. 20 Minuten. Das Hotel ist schon älter, dementsprechend alt und abgewohnt sind die Zimmer. Aber es ist alles sauber und ich hatte das Glück, ein Zimmer im 7. Stock mit Terrasse und Blick auf das Castillo zu bekommen. Hat es natürlich etwas aufgewertet. Aber nichts desto trotz, könnte eine Renovierung nicht schaden. Bei dieser Lage, wäre es dann ein Top-Hotel. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, nicht sehr viel Auswahl. Aber es ist alles da, um gut und gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Hotel, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Schlafen in guter Lage benötigt. Preis/Leistung ist okay.

Würde ein anderes Hotel bevorzugen, da es ausserhalb liegt. Fußlöufig 10min zum Strand. Es gibt bessere Alternativen. Frühstück sehr eintönig, sehr wenig Auswahl. Nicht empfehlenswert, nur für Leute die zum Party machen kommen, würde es sich lohnen

Good hotel for the money. It could do with a little revamp, as it still has very 1980s vibe with visible wear and tear. Breakfast was very limited, but the room was big and clean with spacious bathroom, A/C was working, and the staff was friendly. Also very conveniently located.
