Siesta Mar Apartamentos

Like staying in a mafia-run place. Do not go here!! The apartment is not appropriately fitted out for a holiday. No curtains only see through drapes that let the light in and woke me up at 05:45 daily! I was tired and not at all rested/relaxed. Stains on the sofa bed! No plug for the bath. I have chronic arthritis so it's super important for me and that's why I booked an apartment with a bath. There was no lamp to read only a big blinding light. When I sentmessages via the app regarding these important issues which were making my holiday some kind of hel camp, I got no response to my issues only, 'You need to pay your final 20%! I then called the team and a horrible entitled woman with zero customer care skills put the phone down on me when I made the complaints. The next day the power was purposefully switched off so that we had no electric so no AC for the last 2 nights, no fridge and all our food ruined, no way to cook or charge our electricals, no TV and total darkness!!! It was horrific. Now I have noticed that the company have taken a further payment from my credit card without my consent!! This company is a disgrace and I urge you do not put yourself at their mercy. Who turns the power out on a 55 year old woman and her daughter on their supposed holiday??! I will be making an official complaint tomorrow and advising my credit card provider that they have taken funds without me being there and consenting

Beschläge in der Küche waren durchgerostet und haben schimmelig gerochen, alle Fenstergriffe waren kaputt und die Fensterbänke (OSB Platten) hatten dadurch Wasserschaden, die Marmorplatte neben der Badewanne war zerbrochen.. Der Spielplatz durch die Jahren gekommen und kaputt (gefährlich!). Da wir dort nur geschlafen haben und tagsüber unterwegs ging es halbwegs.

Superbe appartement très propre tout accessible à pied merci beaucoup

Très bon sejour dans cet établissement très bien entretenu qui propose des appartements confortables, bien équipés et très bien situés à Cala Porter. Merci encore à toute l’équipe.

La estancia en general muy bien y cómoda. Solo un par de anotaciones que mejorarían la estancia que seria el tener un servicio de toallas de piscina como se tienen en otros lugares con fianza y que los apartamentos necesitarían una mejora de baños, se ven antiguos aunque se ve el mantenimiento pero deberían reformarlos. El personal tanto de recepción como del bar de piscina muy amable. Volveríamos si repetimos el destino, pero se pueden mejorar algunos aspectos.
