Room was next to the road so it was loud from traffic all night. The heating/cooling unit was loud (rattling too) when turned on so there no noise relief (white fan noise). Coffee maker did not work.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was a pile of powder spilled on the floor near the coffee maker. The coffee maker was not cleaned and there was some old coffee in it and granules of something (coffee?) inside where the coffee packets go. While extra towels and pillows are nice, they were openly just sitting stacked on the arm of the couch. They were sloppily folded so we were unsure these were really fresh towels. It was impossible to understand the gentleman who checked us in. He either didn’t speak English, had an impediment or a mouth full of food. We honestly couldn’t tell what it was but it just took our name to get the keys.

We stayed for 2 evenings with our golden retriever! We were there to hike and bike and the location was perfect! The room was spacious, clean and some new remodeling had already occurred . They were replacing the carpet with new LVP and our room had not had that done yet. It was great to have a microwave and fridge. There was a BBQ propane grill on site but we could not get it lit so we just used microwave . The pool and hot tub were used by us as we like the cold pool and then jumped in hot tub! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Overall I would recommend this place and it will be even better when all of the rooms are completely remodeled.
