Phoenix Hotel

The space has a great vibe and history. The staff Is knowledgeable, kind and helpful, Although I think they may be understaffed . This led to them being prone to forgetting Some of my requests. Did a 3 night stay and checked out on a Monday. When I first got there I signed up for premium internet, and I’m out all day .when I get back on the second night my internet had been throttled and Gave me a message saying I couldn’t connect anymore devices. Got it fixed but the internet was even slower than when it was throttled. Also on the second day I tried to use the services they offered ( dry cleaning, room refresh) while I was out, but was told they were unavailable. Which is ok , but they left me notices in the room saying they were. I also asked for new towels but never got them. In the morning , hours before checkout my access cards stopped working . Making it hard to take my things back and forth to the car ( I paid for fri- mon in advance mind you.) even with all that being said , I would still recommend. The beds are clean and sleep well, bathroom was anll good, and it was the perfect location for what I was doing. A few kinks in an otherwise great stay.

Welcoming staff very professional. Parking was available on site. Central location good food in the area.

Restaurant and bar were closed for renovations but think it was more new owner waiting on licensing. Promised breakfast donuts but then told no funds in petty cash to buy donuts.

Cool funky place!

Staff was friendly. Many lights and power outlets does not work in our room. Bathtub was filthy with insects. Walls are thin. Windows does not fully close. TV from other rooms will turn your room into a party room. Not for a quiet nights rest.
