Surf Beach Motel Newcastle

Nobody at the front desk when the sign said there should be. Never got the door code in my messages and didn’t have international calling so I had to wait for someone else to check in with a phone so I could call.

This is our third stay at the Surf Beach Motel & as always the rooms were clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything needed for an overnight stay. The only comment I have is, for the forst time we were on the upper level & the stair case had no proper handrail. With my elderly brother who is not well & myself with bad balance this was a bit uncomfortable to navigate.

Great room, great check-in process.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean, bright and spotless, the kitchen had a microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge and freezer. There was air conditioning which kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom was lovely, hand wash and shampoo and conditioner was supplied. We had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.

Location is good, room is relatively clean price is reasonable too.
