Great location near Palermo Airport. Hotel offered collection for €20. Standard taxis would have been €35. They also dropped us off to car rental for €10. We arrived late and they recommended a great restaurant Las Vegas Tacos which food was lovely. Continental breakfast included and sat outside in the sun. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very clean, quiet and convenient. Claudio and his Son arranged pickup and returnntonthe airport even at 4:00 am. Excellent breakfast too.

We stayed at Kunesias twice on our trip to Italy - at the beginning and end of our stay. The airport shuttle is convenient. It's €25 in the day and €30 at night. The staff was really helpful and kind when it came to giving us directions to get to Palermo and the check in both times went super smoothly. Rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good!

Enjoyed our stay.Host always around and available.Breakfast was great.We really liked the outdoor tables and seating area.Available shuttle to the airport was very convenient and less expensive than the high fixed cost of airport taxi.

Very nice place and close to the airport for those having early flights. A little bit hard to find and cramped parking along the small streets. The host is very kind and accommodating.

Parti très tôt alors pas pris de petit déjeuner. Parking dans la rue. Chambre "chez l'habitant" et pas du tout dans un hotel. Chambre minuscule et située a dernier étage d'une maison particulière (4° ?) avec accès par une échelle métallique très verticale et un autre escalier en dur. Bonjour l'accès par les pas très valides et difficulté pour monter et descendre les bagages. Le patron m'a monté mon sac.

Claudio at Kunesias B and B is an excellent host! He personally provided transportation from Palermo Airport to and from his place for our one-night layover and offered breakfast in the morning, even though we were leaving at 3:30 am. The en suite bedroom was renovated and clean and was air conditioned. Claudio provided clear directions for checking in. We liked it so much that we used it twice!

Bed and breakfast is in good condition, we had room upstairs, a little steep stairs to carry suitcases, but doable. Parking is a gamble, streets very narrow. Manager is excellent, she even offered to take us to the beach. Breakfast is great.

The property was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient with our check in and airport transfers. We were extremely grateful to have stayed there, an excellent spot if you have a flight to catch from Palermo, however Cinisi is a great place also, very relaxing

Kunesias was a lovely place in a quiet, small town about an hour from Palermo. Our room was spacious and clean, the hosts are wonderful. There is a bus that goes directly to Palermo if you want to be in the city. The hosts offered a shuttle from the airport for 25 euros which was great.

Gina was an excellent assett to the place. She was friendly, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast choices were outstand and we especially enjoyed the fresh cuppuccinos in the morning. The room was very clean and, as we were staying there for 2 nights, our beds were made and thr garbage bins emptied out after the first night.

It is close to the airport and price is right . You will need to pay 50 euros to hotel for R/T from airport to hotel .It is not free shuttle .so room and shuttle is 120 euros . Room was large . Basic furniture . Breakfast lady was very nice . The evening check in guy, not really. So it you are stuck for one nite at Palermo airport, this hotel may be the best option .

This property is not in a good area, certainly not for tourists. The property looks like it may have been nicer at one time but has gotten old. I think we may have been put in a spare room so maybe the other rooms are better. In our room: no fridge or safe, bed falling apart/torn up, sink didn’t drain, memory foam mattress worn out with too many memories (ha ha), in general it was just falling apart. Staff was pretty friendly though.

Great little B&B near the Palermo airport in a town surrounded by beautiful mountains and with a sandy beach, away from the craziness of Palermo. Very well maintained house. Room was updated, very clean and had great bedding. Very safe. Centrally located house, walkable to various restaurants and a good walk to the beach, which has a few bars/restaurants. They took us to the airport at 4am, which was very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and owner is very nice.

The hotel had a spacious clean warm room with a fridge, a small table and chairs too. Also a big shower room and toilet. We loved it. Also we were picked up at the airport after dropping off the hire car, and taken back to departures at 4.00 am the next morning. How wonderful. I hope to go back

Camera buona e spaziosa, il bagno grande con una doccia altrettanto grande, l’unica pecca è che per andare in camera al secondo piano la scala è esterna e in ferro. Colazione varia con un po’ di tutto dal dolce al salato, con vari succhi e un buon caffè.Comunque un b&b ottimo, lo consigliò senz’altro.

Kunesias was a lovely place in a quiet, small town about an hour from Palermo. Our room was spacious and clean, the hosts are wonderful. There is a bus that goes directly to Palermo if you want to be in the city. The hosts offered a shuttle from the airport for 25 euros which was great.

Great B&B close to airport. Room was somewhat small, but made up for by wonderful, helpful and engaging staff. Our 2.39am breakfast was great, and the taxi they arranged arrived punctually for our early morning departure from Palermo.

This B&B was in a great little town it’s a very small beach town so it’s not Big city feel Our room was very nice. The bed was so super comfortable in the pillow. It was extremely clean. They had a really nice breakfast the next morning with fresh cappuccino and how much you wanted The place was immaculate. Everybody was really nice the owner and the reception!

Claudio was very friendly and helpful. This was a good place for the night. The rooms are simple and clean, nothing fancy. If you require pick up from the airport, take him up on his offer because it's less than a taxi and less hassle for you. We were able to walk to a good pizza restaurant that Claudio had recommended. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful with good coffee.

Gina was an excellent assett to the place. She was friendly, kind and very accommodating. The breakfast choices were outstand and we especially enjoyed the fresh cuppuccinos in the morning. Despite a very late arrival in the middle of the night, the pre-arranged airport transfer was waiting, and both the driver and the Receptionist were incredibly helpful and cheerful. The guesthouse itself has nice rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and charming balconies. The air-conditioning was great, the Location was quiet and very handy for the airport And buses the next day. All in all, highly recommended.

This is a small inn in a local neighborhood. I had to call a number and wait 15 minutes before the host arrived by car to let me inside the compound. Please note there is no elevator, with 2 flights of stairs to climb to get to the top floor. The host brought my bags up. The room was small with the bed taking up most of the space. The a/c worked well. And the room was clean. Breakfast choices were fine. It’s a very short ride to the airport which the inn provided for a minimal fee.
