Four Points by Sheraton Lévis Convention Centre

Had a lovely stay here while visiting Q City during the day. Hotel was immaculate, staff friendly and helpful. There were some restaurants etc walkable distance, but it isn’t really a walkable neighbourhood as such- super convenient drive to the ferry though. Loved the outdoor heated pool/hot tub!

I have an electric car and there are not enough plug to recharge

Great hotel. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are big. Only 2 issues, room next to elevator, so noisy. And, one elevator out of service, so wait time was long.

Wifi not good. Ice machines did not function properly, could not get ice. Breakfast buffet was a cold selection, was hoping for warm. Coffee in lobby was cold. Elevatprs are very slow. Paid $380 for our room. Expected better from the Sheraton.

Excellent place, quiet. Gym is OK, but not the best for hotel in this category. Breakfast stops at 10 AM and not announced... we were disappointed on Sunday !

Lights in parking not working. I mentioned to front desk and she asked the service guy who was standing there and his response was they are always like that and laughed

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only negative I can think of is the tightness of the underground parking, but that was no big deal at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Was not clean, found a hair brush in one bedroom, dirty shirt in the other, curtains had stains, sofa terribly stained, king bedding had what appeared to be feces on the sheets and I dont mean just a stain, which we didnt notice till leaving as we arrived at 12am just to sleep and keep traveling. Considering it was 439 for the night we expected way better. No bottled water at all and expedia advertised as 1350sqft and it was 900sqft. Highly recommend Hotel Centre Ville their cleaning was superior and cost was half.

I had high hopes for this hotel, considering the price I paid (250$ a night). The room was clean & staff were nice, but we were given a conjoining room, that had a random person next door that was extremely loud all night. You could hear everything from the hallways and the other rooms- almost like the rooms were built with paper. Would not recommend if you are a light sleeper. I did not sleep all night and left around 5:30am because I was up anyways. Disappointing.

Great hotel. Rooms are large. Bathroom were clean. Staff was helpful. I needed to print a document and they helped me. One bad thing - The walls need sound proofing. We could easily hear entire conversations between a father and their young son in the next room.

Our two bedroom suite was huge and very comfortable! Many options to grab a bite to eat within walking distance. The scenic ferry to the Old Port of Quebec City was just an 8 min drive from the hotel. We were travelling out East and the hotel's location right off the highway was perfect for fitting in a night in QC.

We are extremely disappointed by the hotel stuff. I booked the room weeks ahead of time. Signed the document authorizing the hotel to use my card for the room. My guest reached the desk and was denied the room under the reason that the credit card authorization document was never received. The stuff did not want to talk to me on the phone as my guest called. A few minutes later, the desk stuff downloaded the document that i sent a week ago, without any apology to my guest nor to me. Is this the way guests are treated?

When I booked my stay at Four Points Sheraton Levi’s Convention Center in Quebec City, Canada, I contacted Marriott customer service to ensure there wouldn’t be an issue with my husband’s service animal. I was assured that even though the property doesn’t allow pets that service animals are accepted. However, this was not the case at check-in. We were harassed and treated poorly to the extent that the clerk had to consult with the manager as to whether we could stay at this hotel. Then we were asked to present documentation that doesn’t exist in the United States and is not required by the a Canadian governmen. My husband convinced them to accept his service animal’s department of transportation number for airlines. Then we were given a lesser room than what I paid for because of the service animal. I booked a room with a king size bed and a sofa; we were given a room with two queen sized beds. I have received multiple emails from managers at this property attempting to justify their discrimination. I have filed a complaint with the government of Quebec as well as the Canadian government.

This is not a pet friendly place. Even though we stayed here with our dog before. We were denied our room after we checked in. As we were in the process of getting a refund, a couple walked in with their french bull dog, but apparently it was a "service dog" (without any harness or vest indicating it was). All hotels were fully booked and we ended up having to pull an all nighter driving out east. Please be ware!

All staff were good. Alexander and Felix at reception were extremely helpful in guiding us to locate good restaurants, ferry rides, promenades, food outlets etc. Both of them are true representatives of Quebec City. They made our stay comfortable and memorable.

I stayed at the Four Points Levis on Friday June 16, 2023. Around 7 PM I was returning to the hotel with food when a man met me at the door and would not let me into the building. This man exits the hotel with his arm out blocking me from going into the building saying “come with me”. I said “I’m not going anywhere with you” and he started accusing me of hitting his car with mine. Saying he watched me from his hotel room. I couldn’t even understand half of what he was saying. He would not let me in the hotel, blocking me with his body from taking steps. I wasn’t understanding what was going on but I knew this was not a safe situation. I push past him and get to the desk and I loudly say “I NEED A MANAGER WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE WITH THIS MAN. HE IS HARASSING ME”. The hotel staff seemed very indifferent, unconcerned, and frankly, did not care. The man started talking to them in French, and no one was translating what was happening. All I know was I was unable to move, I was alone, there was a man who was angry, and no one was there to help me, make me feel safe, separate us, make me feel heard, or even cared. Security came and once again, everyone talked in french and then tried to get me to go to this mans vehicle. As you can imagine, being a woman, alone in the situation, with a language barrier, I did not feel comfortable going anywhere, especially with 3 men. I received no apology, no reassurance, absolutely nothing more than feeling like this was a hassle

We have tried other hotels in the area as we travel back and forth to Ontario and New Brunswick. This is our go to place. The beds are very comfortable. Great bedding. Clean rooms. Spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Close to great restaurants. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Easy on and off from the highway.

The property is not located at 4 km from old quebec as advertised on expedia

Too far from Quebec City. Was advertised online as 15 min away but took 40 mins to get to hotel. Very basic hotel not worth the price we paid.

Great night stay. Easy to get to the Ferry

Nice new hotel, spacious rooms, clean and tidy, friendly staff, and easy access from the highway. A bit far from the Quebec City ferry if you want to walk (lots of Uphill near the port!) so we drove the second day and it’s a short drive and we found parking easily. Would stay again!

Great property with large and clean rooms and a super helpful staff. We had a great stay there in August 2025 and found it a much more cost competitive option compared to the hotels in Quebec City. The only drawback is that the old Quebec City is between 20-40 minutes away as no direct land bridge exists between Lévis and Quebec City. This was generally not a problem to us. I also found Lévis to be a fantastic city with great coffee and dining options. I would highly recommend Sheraton if you are planning to visit the area.

Way too pricy for what they offer. They anticipated there is a restaurant and bar on the premises. That was not true. Very unwelcoming environment. On day at 2 am the fire alarm went on for a long time. Every one run downstairs and after one hour they said it was a false alarm. No apologies no explanations was given. It was very disappointing experience. Totally waste of money. Very disappointed

This is the best option to visit Old Quebec City. No traffic to the ferry terminal at Levi's. Cross in 15 minutes and in the heart of it all without the hassle of finding parking. Or if you really want to go by car cross by ferry and skip the massively congested bridge. It is also close to the Trans Canada highway but not on the off ramps with all the noise where most hotels are built in this area. Thus a quiet and relaxing spot! They do not have any food services but the ES Cafe across the road is an absolute gem!!! Food is really affordable, delicious and served in a beautiful space. Breakfast, served with fruit and coffee for $8-$12 per person. Beautiful alternative options too! Hotel pool is heated, with 2 jaccuzi spots and lovely to unwind at the end of a day of exploring. Well equipped gym. Morning coffee is served. Everything was new and very well kept. We however think they can have a station where coffee is served throughout the day or maybe a mini station with pastries, oatmeal, cereal (single serve packages) and maybe a yoghurt or fruit option at a self serve breakfast counter to have a breakfast on the run for guests. The lack of any dining option makes one perceive this lovely spot as barebones. We loved how quiet the spot was though and the rooms are new and modern. For supper there were options within walking distance.
