The location was superb. After extensive walking in the upper and lower sections of Old QC, there is no where else that I would consider a better location. The studio T403 was large. airy and very comfortable for two. It was very new. The rooftop terrace afforded amazing views of the St Lawrence River, the Chateau Frontenac and other skyline buildings. I would rebook here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property, walkable distance to amazing turist places. Clean. Need some minor maintenance (electrical) but nothing major. Totally recommend this place. There is another property with same name 50m from this one which is confusing. This property has a lift, the other one doesnt. Manager not too friendly but there is minor or non interaction with the manager which is probably for the best because it is a really nice property in great location that we will choose again if we go back.

The roof terrace had a great view. A washing machine and laundry facilities are noted however no laundry detergent was provided. Some starter supplies such as paper towels and coffee packets for the first day would be good. A description of where to buy essential items nearby would be helpful. Also extra hangars would be useful.

Incredible location. Perfect for families. Very easy check in and out and able to leave luggage at sister property downtown. Very clean but washing machine was a bit dirty. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfy and clean.

Great location, decent accomodation for the price, but dropped the ball on some housekeeping items. No paper towel in the kitchen (small rags under the sink), used (dirty?) towels in the laundry room (clean towels were left in the bathroom, strand of hair left right across one of the pillows in one of the rooms, shower drain and bathroom sink drain clearly clogged as it drained very slowly. Also, no lock on the bathroom door (??? Whyy). Not a horrible experience but wont be booking again.

The communication through the company was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was untidy. We had to sweep the apartment ourselves after noticing a lot of "debris" under the couch. There was one bath towel and 1 face cloth for a 3 night stay. We reached through email. Again, response was quick and apologetic, but onsite housekeeper said he received no communication about it and had to locate additional towels. Location is perfect. Communication was above average. I would just recommended a more thorough cleaning for incoming guests.

In a good area and the apartment is impressive until you look closely or stay there. Horribly sound proofed against street noise. You can hear every car go by and muffled outdoor conversations. The TV must be from year 2001; can barely load Netflix and has no way for iPhones or Google phones to connect. What really runs salt in the wound is that they advertise a coffee machine/full kitchen but there's no coffee in the loft. Even a cheap less than 100$/night hotel provides complimentary coffee. For a relatively high nightly cost, these problems shouldn't be included. Won't stay there again.

This place is right next to the major attractions so the location is great. Place was huge and clean. AC worked well. Only things we didn’t like was the TV was extremely slow and older and the beds were very firm. Otherwise would recommend!

We booked a 2-bedroom loft and were quickly disappointed by a non-cooling AC in the living room and a lack of windows leading no fresh air in both bedrooms, creating an oppressive atmosphere. Getting a decent night's sleep was a big challenge - a real nightmare!!! When we expressed our concerns about the AC, the host was indifferent and not cooperative. Consequently, we were forced to seek comfort in a nearby hotel. To make matters worse, the host declined to refund our unused night. It's baffling how such an expensive loft can lack basic comforts and good customer service. Think twice before choosing this place.

Les Lofts du Trésor was spacious and had easy access via a code provided by email for both the building entrance and loft door. The location was great for touring around old Quebec. The only negatives were that the bedrooms are very hot and the air conditioner in T402 was malfunctioning. We contacted the management company and they sent out a maintenance person and 2 fans which really helped. I would also recommend the loft be stocked with a little coffee, laundry soap and paper towels. Lots of bath towels were provided which was perfect. Overall, really enjoyed ourselves and the rooftop terrace was awesome with a great panoramic view of the city. Would stay again :)

Enjoyed the room, excellent location! I had problems getting them to communicate in English. The registration and check in code / instructions were in French with no option to translate to English. I contacted them via email and specifically asked them not to send the entry code in French, but it didn’t help.

The Lofts were beautiful, accessible, in the best location and very comfortable. Having all the amenities and space to stretch out after a day of touring was excellent. Check in and out was really easy and the communication was always quick if I had a question or comment.

Love the location of the property once I found it. They could do a much better job of telling you how to find the place. It would have been nice to know that the entryway is an old alley/sidewalk area.

Beautiful setting and apartment. Rooftop terrace has the best view in town. However, even if you call the office they don’t care about your request and just ignore them. We had a smoke alarm beep ALL the time; we called twice being told they were on their way; it turned out not to be true. We didn’t sleep. Very disapointing.

DO NOT STAY HERE -- super dishonest folks as we were wrongly accused for 'smoking' in the loft and was charged for damage fees despite both me and my friend have never ever smoked in our lives AND we even left the place spotless clean upon check out! The owners claimed there was heavy smoke odor in our loft ~3 weeks AFTER our check out and showed us two very closed up photos of cigarette boxes on a counter. It literally could've been any counter AND in the background of one of their photos even had luggages that weren't even ours and the positioning of wall/couch doesn't match our unit either!! We had heard and saw the cleaning crew sitting outside of our rooms talking loudly for at least 30 min before our check out time so this was either left by them or completely staged by the owner/blamed onto us without proper investigation. We had asked for fingerprint matches to be conduced or clear photo proof of the receipt that was shown in the random cigarette photo they sent us since this is completely made up. However, they simply denied everything and said their "decision remains unchanged regarding the policy violation." This is absolutely not unacceptable and the way they handled the situation is extremely unprofessional and unjust. We had picture proof of what the place looked like when we left and they still chose to charge us money and blame us for something that we absolutely did not do. Extremely dishonest people, please do not stay here folks!

We had heard and saw the cleaning crew sitting outside of our rooms talking loudly for at least 30 min before our check out time so this was either left by them or completely staged by the owner/blamed onto us without proper investigation. We had asked for fingerprint matches to be conduced or clear photo proof of the receipt that was shown in the random cigarette photo they sent us since this is completely made up. However, they simply denied everything and said their "decision remains unchanged regarding the policy violation." This is absolutely not unacceptable and the way they handled the situation is extremely unprofessional and unjust. We had picture proof of what the place looked like when we left and they still chose to charge us money and blame us for something that we absolutely did not do. Extremely dishonest people, please do not stay here folks!

Les Lofts du Trésor was spacious and had easy access via a code provided by email for both the building entrance and loft door. The location was great for touring around old Quebec. The only negatives were that the bedrooms are very hot and the air conditioner in T402 was malfunctioning. We contacted the management company and they sent out a maintenance person and 2 fans which really helped. I would also recommend the loft be stocked with a little coffee, laundry soap and paper towels. Lots of bath towels were provided which was perfect. Overall, really enjoyed ourselves and the rooftop terrace was awesome with a great panoramic view of the city. Would stay again :)

The communication through the company was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was untidy. We had to sweep the apartment ourselves after noticing a lot of "debris" under the couch. There was one bath towel and 1 face cloth for a 3 night stay. We reached through email. Again, response was quick and apologetic, but onsite housekeeper said he received no communication about it and had to locate additional towels. Location is perfect. Communication was above average. I would just recommended a more thorough cleaning for incoming guests.

This was a hidden gem. We enjoyed our stay. The walk to the front door on the cobblestone was a nice treat. It is nestled between the Basillica and Artisan way. Lots of restaurants nearby but I would recommend going early or making a reservation. You are walking distance around the main core area of old Quebec and steps from the Chateau Frontenac. There is no onsite parking. So you will need to walk a couple of blocks to the underground parking.

The TV must be from year 2001; can barely load Netflix and has no way for iPhones or Google phones to connect. What really runs salt in the wound is that they advertise a coffee machine/full kitchen but there's no coffee in the loft. Even a cheap less than 100$/night hotel provides complimentary coffee. For a relatively high nightly cost, these problems shouldn't be included. Won't stay there again.

It was a great experience. Unit is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Location is unbeatable, right beside Norte-Dame of Quebec. We received by email parking suggestion that helped a lot to save time and effort. The only suggestion is to have paper towels on kitchen and a bit of coffee as a treat:) overall - very good experience and I would be happy to come back in the future.

Great location, condo was clean and spacious. So many restaurants and shops nearby. The only complaint we had was too few hangers, no dish cloths or tea towels to dry dishes. Overall an excellent stay!!

The roof terrace had a great view. A washing machine and laundry facilities are noted however no laundry detergent was provided. Some starter supplies such as paper towels and coffee packets for the first day would be good. A description of where to buy essential items nearby would be helpful. Spectacular location, very clean pleasant suite, perfect for our party (2 couples), long term parking very close by, ease of access and multiple restaurants and shops all around.. will definitely recommend to friends. Suggested they supply coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap but other than those, an excellent stay.

Great location, decent accomodation for the price, but dropped the ball on some housekeeping items. No paper towel in the kitchen (small rags under the sink), used (dirty?) towels in the laundry room (clean towels were left in the bathroom, strand of hair left right across one of the pillows in one of the rooms, shower drain and bathroom sink drain clearly clogged as it drained very slowly. Also, no lock on the bathroom door (??? Whyy). Not a horrible experience but wont be booking again.

Rarely have we been more disappointed when renting a property and by the response received by the owners to a serious complaint. We were really looking forward to our 2 night stay in Central Quebec but were so glad to get out of there. At significant cost, we rented a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor overlooking a street with the Cathedral opposite. Due to the computer-controlled strict entry code system we were not able to access the apartment until 4pm, only to find a ridiculous amount of noise coming from DIRECTLY outside the sitting room window. Large JCB machinery was busy digging up the road outside with a large pneumatic drill. The associated beeping and screeching of the tracks as it moved around was the only respite from the constant pounding noises. We literally had to dump our cases and get out of there again. The evening was peaceful enough, although we couldn't open the windows due to the dust but unbelievably, the noise started again the next morning at 7am sharp and lasted all day. We wrote to the owners to complain and request compensation and was told that in one of the verbose confirmation emails they'd sent me, there was a small paragraph detailing major works in 2026 and 2027 and they would take no responsibility for the disruption caused to our stay (but still happy to take our money at full price). Also - Neither of the 2 bedrooms had a functioning window

I would recommend staying here for sure. The location is amazing and right where you want to be when visiting the old city! There are restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The check in process was a bit confusing (check your spam mail!) but they person on the chat function was as helpful as they could be. The space is nice and there is plenty of room... just know that the apartment has a full kitchen but that you will still need to provide papertowels, detergent, etc. We had a great visit staying in this apartment!

This location is quite literally in the middle of a very busy tourist area. To me, that was a plus. It's easy to drop things off; stop in to recharge phone (and self), fill water bottles, etc. And it's easier to enjoy the area without the crowds by taking either early morning or late evening walks. The views were spectacular from the shared rooftop terrace and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. Minor things to make it even better: It would be helpful to leave an instruction sheet for A/C, exhaust in bathroom, etc., to make it quicker and easier, and it would be fantastic if a small amount of coffee could be stocked. The IKEA dishware (cups in particular) were stained and cracked. Not a big deal, but that plus a couple of dirty spoons in the silverware tray knocks it back from a full 5 stars.
