Het is een zeer mooi hotel met zeeschone kamers personeel is ze vriendelijk het is wel een labyrint op naar je kamer te gaan toevallig had ik ook de kamer 4104 de allerlaatste kamer en dat is toch even zoeken tevens wordt ook heel erg zoeken is de Spa om naar het zwembad te gaan moet je uiteindelijk door de ondergrond spakking wat ik minder goed is aangegeven ontbijt is ook zeer correct

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Being new to international travel we learned a lot. But we were on a 16 day trip in Europe and Expedia had this hotel listed as having a guest laundry. It did not. The nearest laundry mat was an outdoor situation in a gas station lot with no where for us to sit and wait for the wash and dry cycle. But it was a lovely hotel and all the staff were great.

Had a wonderful 2 days at this hotel. The pool was just a nice size and not overcrowded. Near Naas shopping and the food was really good. Would definitely stay here again and easy access to Killdeer Village

Rooms clean and comfortable. Shower had control on the outside of the cubicle which was a bit awkward. Swimming pool not in hotel, across car park therefore didn't use.

Room was lovely , however shower taps were outside the shower door, difficult to navigate, very dissapointed with the pool, had to travel accross the underground car park to gain entrance and it looks dated and no jacuzzi in the area, however steam and sauna rooms were perfect. It was very clean, and breakfast was fabulous.

Nice hotel close to town, with all the amenities you would want. Very clean, with a nice bar, decent pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The food in the bar was very good, one of the best steak sandwiches we have ever had. Reasonably priced too. The only downside was the temperature in the bar. We sat down close to the window (unopened) and could feel a cold draught/breeze straight away so asked to be moved. We got seated at the far side of the pub, but after an hour or so we started feeling cold again so had to leave. This was during average temperatures outside (10C / 50F). The only other minor issue was the remote control for the TV kept causing the TV to crash/reset when we changed the channel or volume. Sometimes we could move 3-4 channels and then it would restart, other times we could get 7-8 channels in! The restart process isn't quick either! Overall, a lovely hotel, would recommend, and would stay again if in the area.

Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was average and what I was expecting. Noisy plumbing! Good balcony though and use of leisure facilities very welcome.

Disappointed that Netflix and Prime tv didn't work. I didn't see a password for the internet. Room was very spacious but some litter behind door. Food in restaurant very good and great service. I was disappointedwith eith level if noise outdide winde. Still noisy at 00:45am. I had stayed in Lawlors last night and I had expected the Osprey to be better as it was somewhat more expensive. .

Really nice hotel and room. Staff was very nice, common areas are great and the food was really nice and fairly priced. Some things like the curtains could do with a refresh there was quite a lot of dust under the desk I noticed when using it to work. But great place to work from and relax overall.

Prima hotel met alle faciliteiten. Denk wel dat ze iets kunnen doen aan algemene uitstraling. Is toch een prijzig hotel. In mijn kamer was afvoer aardig verstopt, algemene wc in bar zag er echt niet uit. Maar erg vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt en dicht bij het centrum. Heb geen gebruik gemaakt van faciliteiten.

I booked an executive room for 2 nights and decided as a treat to upgrade to a Junior suite. Well to be perfectly honest I’ve no idea what the extra €30 a night was for? There were 2 mini Prosecco and a box with 4 sweets, on one night only? Was that really what I paid €60 for? We had booked a spa and therefore obtained slippers and luxury robes that fitted! There wasn’t even a desk in the room. The coffee machine had 2 coffee capsules the first night but only 1 creamer to accompany the coffee for the machine. The second night I had to phone for coffee capsules to be replenished and they brought ‘budget brand Lidl’ cappuccino with no accompanying creamer just uht milk! The website refers to Field Day Toiletry range of toiletries provided and there was ‘Hand Wash’ only for the sink, the bath and the shower - not body wash, shampoo or conditioner, not to mention Body lotion that most standard hotels provide and The Osprey Hotel boasts a so called ‘Luxury 4 Star’ as advertised. Luckily we were able to purchase shampoo in the local store. The TV control had no cover on the battery compartment and they kept falling out. The lighting in the room was dreadful, at one stage we had to use the torch on our mobile phone to look for something in our suitcase 🙄 So overall unfortunately not what I believe anyone would expect from a 4 star Hotel!

Staff were the best. You could not get nicer. Beautiful designer bathroom but had no plug for bath or sink /no cups to fill with water, to rince your mouth with after you washed your teeth. Remote for the TV /battery was loose so it was difficult to change stations. A little TLC in order. Over all with the staff so nice we had a very nice was stay. Thank you

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Plenty of food choices but a little pricey. Good breakfast. The room was fine but the patio needs a bit of attention. Could do with a coat of paint. Good position as the town was only a short walk away. We may return in the future.

From the moment of check in there was a feel of professionalism and I told the lady it was a friendly check in. The bar was just the same, staff introducing themselves and asking my name so as to tell the other staff who i was, Jimmy behind the bar and Brandon(I Believe) looked after me all evening with always a warm welcome and smile.

From the moment of check in there was a feel of professionalism and I told the lady it was a friendly check in. The bar was just the same, staff introducing themselves and asking my name so as to tell the other staff who i was, Jimmy behind the bar and Brandon(I Believe) looked after me all evening with always a warm welcome and smile.

Had a wonderful 2 days at this hotel. The pool was just a nice size and not overcrowded. Near Naas shopping and the food was really good. Would definitely stay here again and easy access to Killdeer Village

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Plenty of food choices but a little pricey. Good breakfast. The room was fine but the patio needs a bit of attention. Could do with a coat of paint. Good position as the town was only a short walk away. We may return in the future.

Needed a 3 night stay in Naas this week. Used this hotel before so happy to rebook. Service is great. Good sized room. Great dinner and breakfast throughout. Will no doubt book again if needed.

Room was lovely , however shower taps were outside the shower door, difficult to navigate, very dissapointed with the pool, had to travel accross the underground car park to gain entrance and it looks dated and no jacuzzi in the area, however steam and sauna rooms were perfect. It was very clean, and breakfast was fabulous.

Nice hotel close to town, with all the amenities you would want. Very clean, with a nice bar, decent pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The food in the bar was very good, one of the best steak sandwiches we have ever had. Reasonably priced too. The only downside was the temperature in the bar. We sat down close to the window (unopened) and could feel a cold draught/breeze straight away so asked to be moved. We got seated at the far side of the pub, but after an hour or so we started feeling cold again so had to leave. This was during average temperatures outside (10C / 50F). The only other minor issue was the remote control for the TV kept causing the TV to crash/reset when we changed the channel or volume. Sometimes we could move 3-4 channels and then it would restart, other times we could get 7-8 channels in! The restart process isn't quick either! Overall, a lovely hotel, would recommend, and would stay again if in the area.

all staff were really pleasant helpful and friendly. Room 135 was a lovely spacious room and had the benefit of a full door to open and let air in on hot muggy nights. Gym facilities were very good if a little busy at times. Burger and beer on world cup match night was great value at 20 euros and it was really good quality and a lot better than I expected. Some breakfast items not great and seemed cheaper products....fresh made offerings were a lot better....but yet another hotel who are unable to make a poached egg that is nice and soft.....this fact is a big one for me....am I picky ?

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Great breakfast and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was there was no aircon in the bedrooms. I pointed this out during checkout and a very nice receptionist called Sara told me she would pass this onto the hotel management. I will return as its a good base to allow us to go to the naas races. Apart from the very warm room everything was really as expected.

We had just a few issues, 1:Requested a cot on check-in and the cot wasn't in our room when we got back that night (luckily we had a travel cot in the car). 2: Our room was left open after it was cleaned and we were out the whole day. 3: someone must have been re arranging there conference room at 5.30am and woke us up with the sound of tables and chairs being dragged across a floor. Otherwise staff where friendly hotel was clean and the breakfast was good quality.
