We love our stay! the staff was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and we enjoyed hiking around the property

This hotel is misleading on its marketing on known booking sites! It states it is 5 star and has AC but has none! If you think thats bad enough, you will be told to sleep with windows locked to prevent insects, which means you still cannot enjoy the cold air in absence of the promised AC as the windows do not have fly mesh. It is very hot and unsafe to breathe the same air overnight in the room. The safe didnt work in 302 and lastly I paid and booked a lake view and I got a bush view instead. Had to cut short my trip. I paid insurance on this trip. Lets see how it goes.
