The staff was nice and very helpful. The pool looked wonderful. We just didn’t have time to try it out. The room was good with everything we needed.

The pool is frozen and full of chlorine, the reception staff is unfriendly.

Liked the outdoor pool, you can swim until 11PM. The room was clean and big

This place was a great find! Affordable, but also very clean and updated. Our room was comfortable, the lobby/breakfast was very clean. Did not use the pool, but it looked well maintained. Only bad I would say is that the washer/dryer and ice machine could use an update. If you don’t mind a little drive to the falls, this is a great place to stay.

It was quiet and accommodating. The pool was super clean but was open at crummy hours 11-11 wish it was open at 9am so you could enjoy a quick swim before you had to leave.

Fresh food for breakfast and parking was very safe

Our room was very nice and clean. The tub drain did not tighten completely and had a slow leak. The toilet handle had to be held down for it to flush completely but neither issues were of a major concern. The base of the shower handle was loose from the wall, but didnt impede the process of taking a shower. The complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner was very refreshing and smelled great. The free all day coffee was great to have. The only negative thing about the hotel was the smoking section. The designated smoking area was behind or on the side of the building. There were no benches to sit down on or cameras to keep us feeling safe. I understand wanting to keep the property clean and smoke free, but as a smoker, it made me feel unwelcome and like an embarrasment to the hotel. I dont hold this against the hotel because it may have been my fault for not noticing a "smoke free property " on the website. This was the only thing that let me down on our arrival. The staff was great, the room was clean. There wasnt too many sounds to interrupt our time while in the room. I would stay again if we didnt have another hotel that offered a better smoking area solution for their customers.

Reasonable for the area. Room was clean. Pool area was nice. Staff was friendly enough. The walls are thin and can hear hall and other room noises. Only concern was outer entrance door was not secured, no key or code to enter motel from outside area. But, over all a good overnight stay.

I thought the breakfast was very good. I did not like that there were no luggage carts. This caused multiple trips to the car. The doors shut loudly and sadly guests slammed the doors night and day. At 4 am a company called CONTROL AIR slammed the door multiple times .

Stay there for two days and got bit by bed bugs

Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel has potential but needs further improvements. Rooms recently renovated and modern but bathrooms outdated, run down and mold evident in places. Lighting in room was plenty and quite bright. Convenience of microwave and fridge appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness questionable as swarm of ants noted under the night stand from leftover food crumbs from previous guest. Walls super thin. You can hear everything. Had to turn on AC/fan to drown out the noise. Consider elsewhere.

Although the location isn’t right next to the falls, it’s only a short drive away, and we liked that it was in a quieter area. Overall, it’s a great budget-friendly option, especially for families or anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay again!

I was very disappointed. This was a 8.2 star review. Our room smelled like body Odor. The pillows smelled so bad . The bathroom ceiling was cracked with what looked like black mold. The towels were damp and rolled on the shelf. There was trash under the bed. The only positive experience was when we arrived there was no parking so staff moved her personal car so we could park in a well light area.

The rooms are too small and dirty for the price. There were nothing in the breakfast except juice. There were no shower gel in the shower. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this hotel.

Found a cockroach in room. Desk clerk vaping at check in. No refund too bad for me Expedia didn’t help either. Very disappointing.

Spacious room, helpful & friendly staff, clean & well kept.

There was blood on the night stand with the phone. The pullout couch was awful for my son to sleep on and broken down severely. The clerk came up and cleaned the blood but it makes me think the room wasn’t cleaned at all or was done very poorly. There is no excuse for that.

We checked in, we’re given the room key card and went to go check it out. My husband and I walked in and it looked okay, not as nice as the pictures look, but could live with that. My husband pulled the blanket down on the bed and found stains on the fitted sheet as well as the flat top sheet. I was looking around in the room and counted at least 5 live flies, and other dead ones. On top of the stained bedding, this was an immediate turn off. I ended up killing a couple of the flies with their notepad of paper that they had near the TV. My husband and I were less than impressed, and quite frankly just disgusted. The floors were slightly wet so they must have just cleaned the floors but still put stained sheets on the bed and didn’t do anything with the flies, dead or alive. We brought our room card key back to the front desk and I explained to the staff that we would not be staying and why. They offered to put us in a different room, but we declined. We both had a very sour taste in our mouths from the presentation of our room for the price we paid per night. I was rudely told I would need to contact Expedia because I booked this room on here, and that they would still be charging me for the first night’s stay regardless. I spoke with Expedia who also spoke with the property, they still declined to give me a full refund. They are keeping $140 of my money. Lesson learned: I will not waste my money on a place like this in the future, no second chances here!

Cleanliness is my priority when staying at a motel or hotel and although the bed, towels and shower were very clean, everything else was not great. The floors had hair and stains (which mean they didn't vacuum or mop). The bathroom smelt like wet cloth and piss. The AC was strong which was nice on a hot day. The staff were helpful and friendly. There were tons of parking space and the location was quiet. The biggest upset was they advertised 2 queen beds but they were 2 doubles, not a queen (BEWARE!). Maybe the bed frame was a queen but the mattress is definitely a double. I sleep in a Queen bed every night and when I shared with my petite sister, I was elbowing her which never happens at home.

The beds were rock hard

This was a great hotel for my family of 5. We need 2 queen beds and a pull out and sometimes they are extra pricey... this room came with 2 king and the single pull out. So much room the all 5 of us! It was clean and quiet and the beds were comfy! Recommend!

It was noisy. The walls are thin. We could hear the people snoring next door.

Overall a good deal for price, but we booked a room with 2 queen beds and they are definitely not true queens (doubles are more accurate). A queen is 60 inches wide and our beds were only 55 inches. When we inquired about the smaller bed size, the desk attendant said the rooms only had queen and kings and that our rooms definitely had queens. Not a huge deal breaker, but we chose this hotel over others because of the bed size and paid for a room that we expected to have this size. Just a tad frustrating.

Nice standard hotel room. Sound proofing is terrible. You can hear everything in the rooms beside you.

Our stay was only one night, but the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and helpful. He recieved our special request for a room on the first floor, recommended the fireworks at niagara falls that night, and even replied to my message when I forgot where he said I should park. Excellent customer service!! Also very clean smelling and looking immediately when walking through the doors of both the lobby and our room

First of all the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm I arrive around 2:45pm and they tell me the rooms is going to be ready st 3:30pm and I was ok with that. I decide to go to my tourist destination and come back to give them time to finish the rooms. I arrive again at 7pm and again one of the room was not ready. I travel 6 hours to this destination and they give me my room at 9:20pm. They not offer any discount, upgrade or anything. The fault in this case wasn't mine because I was on time for my check in time. On top of that the shampoo, soap and conditioner dispenser was empty. Imagining drive 6 hours plus 4 hours we spend in my tourist destination and arrive to the hotel and nothing is ready and no soap to shower properly. This was a total failure and disapointment. I need a total refound of the 6 hours I have to wait outside because my rooms wasn't ready.

I really had great experience with their office staff both while checking in and out. Very warm and welcoming people.

The manager was incredibly rude! We had asked to speak to him about the smoke detector battery alarm was going off in the early hours of the morning. We were wondering if we could maybe be given a slight discount or something for the inconvenience. We he called us he started the conversation with a rude tone. When we explained what happened he told us he could give us a battery so we could change it ourselves. We have stayed here before & were very disappointed this trip with the way the manager spoke to us and his unwillingness to listen to a customers concern

Property manager was extremely unprofessional and when i tried calling to report the issue I was connected to the very same Property manger in which the issues were coming from to which he hung up on me. We ended up leaving an entire day early due to the issues we were experiencing with the manager.

I booked the room for one of my out of town employees. At check in i was told your credit card reader was down. So i needed to give the girl at the front desk a $100.00 even though the room was already paid for. I did and two days later when my employee was checking out, she was told she could not get the $100.00's back. This necessitated me to have to drive for 35 minutes to get my $100.00 back. I feel very uncomfortable doing business with your company in the future. Your employee was very rude when I came to pick up my $100.00 back. Won't be using your company in the future.

First day we got the room without toilet paper or towels and when I called the lobby they said come get them from the lobby and when I asked for 4 towels because I have my kids they said I’m not allowed to take more then 2 Then the next morning we went to the lobby to get breakfast by 8 am it was so busy until we reached the food counter we didn’t find any eggs or cereal and when I asked the lady in the lobby she said you can go eat at any breakfast place near there And when I said you should have breakfast till 9 she said we got busy and you should come by 6 am to find food There’s no room service Bad lobby service and very rude Really bad experience never ever recommend it

Super clean rooms and facilities. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Very conveniently located only 10 minutes from the Falls.

We stayed at the Days Inn for an overnight trip. Check in was easy and took about 5 minutes. The hotel is actually a motel, and we were on the first floor. The beds are right inside the room, and the bathrooms are off the back of the motel room. We were not able to hear other guests walking around outside the door at night. There is a pool thats in the parking lot. We did not take advantage of the pool. The rooms were very clean and seemed to be updated. Rooms come with a fridge (ours did not work, but that was okay because we didnt need it), microwave, blowdryer, irons and basic toiletries. The beds were comfy and the a/c and heat worked perfectly. Breakfast was a little disappointing, it was just cereal, yogurt, toast, pancakes and hardboiled eggs. Which was fine for my husband and I, but my kids were hoping for more of a variety. There is coffee and tea in the lobby 24hrs. As well as juice. Overall, we would stay here again, it met all of our expectations. It's also important to note theres not much directly by the hotel but if you drive ahour 10-15 minutes up the street theres gas stations, some restaurants and a Target.

Not as close as they said to the Niagara Falls, takes likes 20 minutes.

A great place to stay. About ten minutes from downtown by car. Safe, clean and everything worked. Very friendly staff.

Good stay, Breakfast was terrible, no food as everything was gone by 8am and huge line up for the single waffle machine. Better plan on breakfast elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, room was reasonably. We requested an upstairs room and got one. :-) Only thing is, the rooms don\'t have carpet, so I did feel a little bad walking around just in case there was someone underneath us. The hallway upstairs had carpet. Breakfast was hardboiled eggs, regular yogurt (not greek), 3 cereal options, cute little pancakes with 3 syrup options (blueberry, strawberry, and maple), Toast (cinnamon raisin, ?white, ?wheat?), packaged oatmeal; juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Checkout was easy. Parking was free. I did have to unplug the phone to get the "message light" to stop blinking because I couldn\'t figure out how to dial the correct number to get to the message - it seemed dialing the "message" number got me the front desk.

I picked this last minute as I was coming from Canada to go to the airport for an early flight. Price was super low so expectations were low. My room was clean however noisy so I asked to change and the lady at the front desk was super pleasant and very accommodating. Room on 2nd floor was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast included was basic and with enough variety. I’ll stay again because of the front desk staff- they really made the difference here.
