Motel 6-Bend, OR

Nice stay. Good rooms. Enjoyed the pool.

Quiet area, pool was good , nothing fancy but very adequate. Staff accommodating and helpful.

This Motel 6 has had a makeover!! It is like night and day from 2 years ago. Rooms have new paint, curtains, beds, furniture, flooring, linens, TV, sink and countertop. Bathroom was clean and freshly painted, yet the toilet and tub were older. Pool is open, clean and refreshing. Staff was nice and the office was clean. Plenty of parking for whatever you are driving. Didn't bother me, but there is a train VERY close that goes by 2 times a day.

It was quiet and the room was clean. If you arrive late, you might have to park in the street.

It was ok for what it was.. Beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was not very clean.

Our bedding was not clean. There was hair in the pillow cases and it wasn’t clean.

My room smelled like cigarettes. Could have been the last person who booked there . I did like the air conditioning and the service was great. But the cigarette smell was terrible

I was very surprised on how true the reviews were for this location. They are very clean and affordable.

First day found hair in dirty bed. Dirty shower with soap scum. Dirty toilet and I want a refund.

Beds and pillows were ok. Floor was filthy bottom of my feet and socks were black. The TV had to be reset every time it was turned on by an office personnel because they only had one remote for the entire building to turn the TV on to cable mode. Very small area to take the dogs potty and was covered in feces.

Lovely Motel 6. Very clean and nice!

Clean, convenient to downtown Bend. We made a last minute decision to stay another night in bend, our other motel had no other vacancies. The price point was good. The only real complaint was whatever cleaning products they used were strong. Or deodorizer, not sure. Was kind of annoying. If you have those sensitivities I'd find somewhere else. The tv didn't work properly either.

Dog friendly. Easy to check in. Next to a strip joint and rail yard. There were train engines that ran all night.

Okay but old and needs updating, air conditioner too far away for best cooling factor, and uncomfortable pillows!

The room was more recently renovated. The overall finish looked pretty decent however a few of the fixtures were a little wonky or crooked like the lights on the nightstands weren't parallel with the headboard. The TV was basically functional but there wasn't an option to change the input, so for remote work and using as an additional monitor it isn't an option. Otherwise, the TV area / desk combo would be good for remote work. The chairs were okay, but the feet on them were really noisy and make these grinding noises to move around which can be heard from other rooms. Tub stopper and bath and shower all worked fine.

I would only recommend this hotel if you are in a pinch and need a room quick. The TV got taken over by someone trying to stream AirPlay through their phone, and the walls are paper thin. There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room. Plenty of nicer options in town, and I only would recommend booking if everywhere else is booked up and you need a room quick.

Rooms are clean and staff were friendly. AC was too noisy and takes a lot of time to cool.

It was inexpensive but very loud.

I was only in town overnight for a concert, but the staff who checked me in and out were both incredibly friendly. The room was clearly updated fairly recently, so it was quite nice. The bed was huge. I love a firm bed, so I was happy, but I know a lot of people who might not have enjoyed the bed as much as I did.

Best Motel 6 ever!! Awesome staff. Room was super clean and felt really safe. Lovely girl at the front desk made me great coffee.

Aaron did an excellent job at checking us in, making us feel very welcome, orienting us to the property and giving us the lay of the land. It was the best hospitality we have ever witnessed staying at Motel 6 (we are repeat customers). We definitely will be return booking when passing through Bend. Thank you for making our stay so great!

Aaron was awesome and addressed a minor issue very quickly.

Aaron was the only positive thing there. And the cleaning staff. Check in was fine, first night was fine. Second night was absolutely horrifying. Ten or more 'guests' decided to get together after a concert and party all night with beer and pot. Playing loud music and yelling back and forth. Six of them were camped out in front of my door. Falling against it and banging on it. I called to complain and the lady said she had already asked them twice to stop so she was calling the police. Well that never happened. They continued to party until at least six am. I missed my daughters college orientation because of this. Thanks for that missed experience. I was afraid/terrified to leave my room, i slept in the bathroom on the floor with my dog. I couldn't take my dog out until they left at 11:36am, past check out time. I hope they were charged extra. I found out the lady i spoke to was the General manager! I was appalled. I should be reimbursed for the whole stay. So should everyone else subjected to the noise and disruption. She told me they were 'nice' people...No, nice people would not have acted this way. Disrespectful, rude, loud, drunken, high is not nice people. The GM should be fired. My life felt threatened and my dog was upset the whole time. Do not stay here, it also shares a lot with an adult book store and it is transient alley behind the building about 2 blocks.

Check in was great and the lady that checked us in was very nice. But the second day our key cards were deactivated and the guy at the counter tried to say we didn’t book for two days. After some research he realized he was wrong and gave new key cards but this was not an ideal situation. He was not as friendly as the lady that checked us in. The room was spacious and nice. I do like this hotel.

Overall it was ok., the people upstairs were extremely noisy most of the night. Place is convenient to restaurants.

Decent! The room felt clean. We just needed a place to sleep for a concert. Good price for a clean decent room. The property looks a little ghetto on the outside and the TV didn’t work great. There was a lot of homeless people just around the corner…but we never felt unsafe and it was close enough to the venue that we only had to spend about $9 on Ubers each way.

We always love that our dogs stay for free! The staff are over the top friendly. We love that we can walk to the Old Mill District too.

Honestly had great stay, the rooms are nice, the staff were really good, I had a smoking room by accident and in 1 minute he had me switched to a non smoking room, the only knock is that right around the corner is like the “homeless block” of homeless wandering around, they would ride their bikes through the motel, never had a single issue but it definitely was a bit less desirable of a location, but got to Hayden homes venue in like 5 minutes so for the price it was great. Would stay again for sure

The place was as described. The surrounding area includes a homeless shelter, homeless camp and a strip club.

This place is highly recommended. Its so clean and quiet. Close to downtown bend. Will stay here again in the future. Bend, oregon is a nice place to visit. John from san Diego California
